761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: DiceBot Script! on: October 06, 2019, 01:28:08 PM
I will never understand why people use this kind of scripts, the whole point of gambling is to have fun while you gamble creating an automatic script that bets for you and does all job is only justified if you could make money in the long run and we know that is impossible, so if people really want to throw away their money that much they could just burn it, that is faster.

Not all gamblers play for fun. Some gamblers play mainly for profit. And rhe disclaimer says it that scripts are not created for a long game and will not make you money forever. All who uses script is aware that scripts are not meant to be used for a long game or you will end up losing all your balance.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Poker vs Live Casino Poker on: October 06, 2019, 12:53:00 PM
Well, I experienced this yesterday. My friend and I decided to gamble at a live casino and he gamble there in poker and sit on the table.
I have an idea in player poker in Online casino but I did not try to play in Live casino. At that moment while watching him playing I think it is very easy to identify your opponent's faces and defeat than in online gambling casinos.

Which do you prefer to gamble poker in an online casino or in live casinos?

Indeed, can you consider that Live casinos is have an advantage over online casinos?

Playig live poker lets you apply other factors when playing such as bluffing and intimidating your oppenent, unlike in online gambling where you can only intinidate by raising your bet. It is difficult to put a bluff or read if your enemy is bluffing in online gambling. I think real life poker is more exciting since you play personally with other players and I think it is more fun.
763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best tips for who will invest in BTC for first time? on: October 06, 2019, 12:18:06 PM
Just choose an exchange that you think will be convenient for you. Also before investing, choose a wallet that you think will secure your funds, the best would be to buy a hardware wallet. Never put all your money in crypto, save some for your daily expenses and daily needs, the fee for tranferring your crypto from one wallet to another and changing it to fiat might be costy.
764  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Notice: Coinexchange is shutting on: October 06, 2019, 11:36:32 AM
Coinexchange is shutting down their exchange for no good reason....Guys please take your Coins/Tokens out.
The website and withdrawals will remain operational until the 1st of December 2019.

I had read anout this topic a few days ago and I think they had sent an announcement via e-mail to their users. Haven't used coinexchange for a while, it has been years since I had used my account there  and it seems that the issue is the amount of volume that their website has. Well, at least they announced their plan on closing and gave notice to users.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY TO HACKING INTENSIFIES on: October 06, 2019, 06:41:30 AM
The rate at which cryptocurrency is lost to Hacking has been intensified since the reduction in the scam ICOs. The newest is the stolen of between one to two million ALGO CAPITAL fund through the Hacking of their CTO. Series of individuals have started claiming to have solutions to this threat by developing a quantum resistant wallets and exchanges which prevent and protect individuals wallets from been hacked. Will there be anyway of preventing such occurrence aside from the QUANTUM RESISTANT ECOSYSTEM that some people now campaign.

Well, that is why we need further development in security. Hackers are also finding new means on getting through security of wallets and funds. As time goes by a lot of money from other wallet gets hacked. Inside job is also common, that is why investors are beggining to become skeptical when speaking of security.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can't survive alone on: October 06, 2019, 06:06:23 AM
Over 850 millions of people use alipay as means of payment mostly in china and i heard lots about wepay as well, i come to think of it that what if bitcoin was been used in their places instead? if alipay and wepay can get to where they are today then altcoins have all the chances of survival as well. Wepay and Alipay are just online payment solution, crypto can do better.

Real use cases plus real life working products, let these two be your main focus when picking altcoins to invest your money on, do not listen to those saying 'dump altcoins for bitcoin' when you are holding solid altcoins

I agree, some altcoins are created for a different purpose. We should not just focus on supporting bitcoin but also need to help altcoin with an aim to provide legitimate product and service which can be an alternative in the future. There are altcoins out there which has a good potential but lacks support from investors.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors are impatient and too quick to judge projects on: October 06, 2019, 05:17:48 AM
I think investros changed since the bull market most ICOs had brought quick income for investors. And this suddenly changed when the bear market started, most ICOs had to close their project, some who had a good ICO had a hard time developing due to lack of funds. Investors became impatient because they had a mentality that investing in ICOs can bring them good instant income. Some investors do not intend to support the real cause of the project. They just want to get out early to get some income.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 06, 2019, 04:25:08 AM
I have been in the crypto world since a long time but i have not been able to make my portfolio and never earned anything...i dont have much cash that i can buy many different coins....i have only 0.01 btc right now Embarrassed
Please tell me ways if there are any to earn some different types of altcoins to slowly build up my portfolio with some valuable coins...

Find jobs that will pay you in crypto. You can try faucets, aidrops, or even bounties. But given you rank, it will be difficult for you to join due to some restrictions and bounty requirements. As for airdrops, it is not as generous as it was a few years back. One of the reasons why I stopped joining airdrops and some requires creating account and KYC, which is a big NO for me.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoin casino bankroll on: October 06, 2019, 03:59:31 AM
I know some sites that are accepting such investment, however, a year for that capital is long. I am not really familiar how it works, but as fas as I can understand when you invest in a bank roll, your money will only be used in an hour of bet and whatever the income is, that is the only portion that you will get. Not sure about this though.
770  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: October 06, 2019, 03:29:10 AM
because bitcoin prices dropped as a result no new rich people arrived suddenly. . . on the contrary, many people go bankrupt because they suffer losses ... haha haahaa

It is an opportunity to buy at lesser price. If you have been to crypto for a few years now or even before the bull market, then welcome to the real crypto market cycle. If you think that crypto is just about the increase in the market price, than crypto is not for you.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit Exchanges, an end to good projects. on: October 06, 2019, 02:25:25 AM
There are many reasons that make developers put their coins / tokens on shit exchange, for investors to be calm because they have entered the market even though it is shit or small exchange. It could be that the exchange itself included it without first asking the developer for permission.
Or it could be that developers are getting frustrated by market conditions but continue to be urged by investors to immediately put them in exchange.

Well investors should understand the current market state. Putting a project in any exchange would not put a value to a coin. It is only a waste of money that could have been used for project development. Sometimes it is not just the developers that should be blamed why some qlts are dying, it is sometimes investors fault.
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs really DEAD or simply cleared a path for better projects? on: October 05, 2019, 05:55:25 PM
There seems to be two primary factors at play here.

1) General crypto market depression. With prices still down at least 50% for most coins from ATH people are skeptical. They don't want to let go of what they've already accumulated or what they perceive they "overpaid" on to take yet another risk. Perhaps the fact the drop off occurred after prices tanked is just a delayed effect.

2) Regulations. The US and other countries are cracking down on ICOs. Look at Kin, basically paralyzed by SEC investigations. The price has fallen through the floor. The Kinit app still reminds you ever day to earn some KIN! But those functions are disabled.

If a team or organization can't even properly discern whether the token they're issuing is a security or utility then the average investor probably doesn't have the confidence to dip their toes on, let alone go full bore investing in more ICOs.

Time will tell but I expect a resurgence of ICOs when the market becomes more bullish. When prices skyrocket people are emboldened to take risks they otherwise wouldn't.

These are good points why ICOs had been havig a hard time getting enough money. Not to mention the number of scam ICOs and successful ICOs who also failed to deliver or even launch their product and service due to the market situation. We will see if the same will happen once the market starts to move again. Let us hope we can see some new projects risig once the market starts fully recovering from the recent crash.
773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many ICO / altcoin scams? on: October 05, 2019, 05:13:24 PM
Hi, many people are still complaining how many ICOs ended up as a scam.
The cryptocurrency idea is to create a free worldwide decentralized ecosystem. Free for all, for honest but also for dishonest people. It is free market and you should protect yourself before losing your money. You donīt like it? Then you do not understand crypto.

Even if you make a review about a project and their team it is hard to tell which project is legitimate or not. Or even if legitimate most project dont survive that long since investors had lost their fate in supporting and investing in new projects. There had been a lot of scam ICO and a lot of investors lost a lot of money. That is why ICOs are doomed to fail.
774  Economy / Gambling / Re: Email SCAM: "receive Free Bitcoin and Ethereum With Bitcasino" on: October 05, 2019, 04:33:29 PM
That is why I do not entertain emails and any other promotions that is sent to me. It is risky, there are a lot of emails which contain links that can cointain malwares or virus or can be a phishing site. Good thing that you were able to share this and spread awareness and only three transactions were only made. Just be cautious. Verify everything with the developers first if the announcment is legitimate or not before sendig any money.
775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exacly what is the Reason? on: October 05, 2019, 03:52:51 PM
Instead of whinning about the next bull-run, why not enjoy the current bitcoin price to accumulate bitcoin. Once the bull-run starts people would start crying again regreting not buying when the prices are cheap. Just accumulate in small amount and be patient, everything will be worth it.
776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think Bitcoins biggest vulnerability is? on: October 05, 2019, 03:21:47 PM
What do you think Bitcoins biggest vulnerability is?

Government would be bitcoins biggest enemy. Regulation prevents people from getting involved in crypto, thus preventing cryptocurrency's growth and adoptation. Some countries are skeptical and strict when it comes to their people getting involved to it due to scam and issue that crypto is used in illegal activities.
777  Economy / Economics / Re: What's it like to live on crypto instead of Banks? on: October 05, 2019, 02:40:14 PM
Imagine living your life without depending on Banks ever again. Using only cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, you can make your own income stream and use the coins earned to buy stuff from merchants who accept them. Every day, cryptocurrencies have been going closer towards full mainstream adoption. However, there are still some things which prevent crypto from being used over traditional payment systems we've been accustomed to for a long time.

Nonetheless, what's it like to live only on crypto instead central-bank issued fiat money? Cheesy

Most of us would say it would be good, but we will never know once where already in that situation. Have you ever thought how are economy would be if our currency will be volatile since it is crypto. Or if that point comes, and crypto will be stable since it is the main currency, will people still enjoy crypto as it is today?
778  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't spend bitcoin. Not now. on: October 05, 2019, 01:37:54 PM
Bitcoin was not made to spend. Not for now. There is a misinterpretation of what Satoshi wrote in the Whitepaper: "A peer-to-peer eletronic cash system". He created bitcoin to be an electronic money system. This is a fact.

Before becoming a monetary system, Bitcoin must be able to preserve value over time. After that, he becomes able to earn society's trust and become a genuine cash.

People accept dollars because they believe that money is still backed by gold (as it was until the end of Bretton Woods), or because (unfortunately) they believe the government will guarantee the value of the currency.

That is, people believe in Dollar because they are sure that money will be at the same value tomorrow. Although this is not true.

99% of the world's population still does not understand, do not know and do not trust Bitcoin. And everything is fine. Bitcoin adoption is a lengthy process that may take decades or centuries to happen.

Bitcoin has never been about just being a simple means of payment. It is not like VISA or Mastercard. He is a legitimate Digital Asset and as such needs to earn trust until it is adopted as money.

Do not spend your Bitcoins. Not now.

We will never know on what value will bitcoin stop. So, if you will just wait for it, you will just end up hoarding your bitcoin. There are times that you must sepnd your bitcoin for emergency purposes. Some investors also need topay their bills amd daily expenses. So, it is up to them when to spend. Just do not spend your bitcoin if ir is not that neccessary.
779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A view on hunters and crypto currency on: October 05, 2019, 12:33:49 PM
If a project shows potential and does it's best to gain as much money as it can during crowd funding it will succeed even most ICOs are failing. IEO had become an alternative since most investors are over with ICOs being delayedwith getting their coins listed.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: characteristics of fraudulent projects on: October 05, 2019, 03:48:08 AM
when investors and the crypto community already believed, but the team said differently!
- The team did not respond well to the crypto community.
- The team is very shady and does not provide updates about their projects on the telegram & social media channels.
- The team plans to take a vacation
- The team blocked accounts one by one from each community who questioned about the development of the project.
- and finally you are banned in this group  Grin

it's so annoying, how you feel?  Roll Eyes

Not being credible when answering a community member's question makes the team a bit shady, not to mention if they keep on making excuses and delaying any words or promises they made with the community. Also banning members that is making a point that can exploit the team can also be one of the sign. A legitimate projecr can answer any question and criticism with confidence.
