What is the situation for BTCD holders? How is this not abandonment?
Sell it already. You have had more than a year and plenty of warnings.

Hi,
Can someone please confirm the status of ico.komodoplatform.com?
I purchased tokens at the ico and was not aware of any closing claiming date, there is some confusion regarding swapping tokens from BTCD but I don't think this applies. I wish to claim KMD which was on my account from the ico.
Is it too late to claim the ico tokens? I was not made aware of any deadline via email or other obvious sources (twitter).
Final swap was a few weeks ago. You had a year to swap and missed your opportunity... sorry bud. Thanks for replying. From memory I had KMD held from the ico and not BTCD. I appreciate that I should of paid more attention but there was hardly any notice of this taking place! I'm sure I'm not the only person to put money into the ico in good faith and thought my tokens were safe on the ico. I was simple not aware of such a deadline! No emails, no tweets and no warnings of this happening except for one blog post back in August. I think it unreasonable to say "you've missed the obscured deadline" so were keeping all the unclaimed funds. Checking through my Komodo notes, I've got a 12 word seed phrase that I assume I exported from the ico site. But using it with the OSX Agama wallet KMD Lite mode. Show an address starting RXae.... But Zero balance! Any help / pointers would be greatly appreciated. I can't see any transactions for the address. Could I be entering the seed wrong, extra formatting or something? If the address starting with RXae doesn't match the one from the ICO site, then you have made an error entering your 12 word passphrase. You can check that your coins are in the blockchain with the explorer by searching for them with your address. If you aren't cutting and pasting your 12 word passphrase, give that a try, assuming you have saved it as a text file.

At this point, I'm not sure which is worse, the repeated spammer or the stalker repeatedly saying it's a scam Do you think it's better if a newbie sees Koinbi's post without my post following and deposits their money to Koinbi? I can shut up, but that would mean that scammers won - they will keep posting their announcements and newbies will be losing money. I think that is only the 2nd of your last 60+ posts that was actual text and not just you copy/pasting the same post. imo, you both need to get gone. That's just selfish. The scammer won't go, but your main concern is that I'm copy-pasting my warning messages. That's pathetic. OK we got the warnings. Your concern is noted. Why not post useful alternatives?

I have some questions. I guess this is the right place to ask and receive answers.
1. How much do I need for staking Komodo? Is there any minimum amount? 2. Does my PC and Agama wallet have to be open in order to get stake? 3. Is that simple as Neo? What should I do for claiming stake reward? 4. Is the problem with Ledger wallet solved? Can I get stake using Ledger wallet? 5. I installed Agama wallet. Which one should I choose? Lite mode or Native mode? 6. Any other special thing I should know?
I want to invest Komodo for long term and I need to know above. Thank you
1. 10 KMD 2. no 3. nothing other than spend funds to collect the accrued interest. there is a claim interest button in the GUI 4. there is a workaround, not the best but seems workable 5. lite mode is faster to get working 6. no 6. yes, it is not called staking.

So is there any kind of market in Agama or any other exchange for the REVS tokens? If so, what kind of market price are they currently trading at?
this : http://atomicexplorer.com:8111/has tons of info on what is trading and for how much. Over Christmas REVS could be sold to "Santa" for 1.953 KMD while at the same time you could buy REVS for 0.6 KMD each. Santa was buying DEX as well and the prices were too good to print (basically you get DEX for free after two trades)... I think we have JL777 to thank for these diamonds hidden in BarterDEX. Folks really need to get on BarterDEX. Who knows what diamonds you could uncover?

I installed this version and am still getting the error 'Connection error! --> DASHBOARD.SPV_CONN_ERROR_SPV1 <-- --> DASHBOARD.SPV_CONN_ERROR_SPV2 <--' Also, when I check the SPV server lists for KMD, both are unreachable. Sorry to resubmit this, but it was buried and I can't figure out how to access my Supernet. I am not in a hurry or looking to sell, but I would really appreciate some help. I'd be happy to tip someone for the assistance. If you have your private key you may have better luck with native chain. It shouldn't take long to download. You may want to get more help at #support in the slack

-effects of advertising Nxt is near all time high of $2 And Nice nxt coinmarketcap.com banner ad at the top of the page. I hope komodo peeps or monaize peeps do something similar. -effects of making friends Show off atomic swaps with bch, komodo goes up. What about Litecoin, dash, zcash, other high liquidity coins , Do their communities know? Barterdex party!? Barterdex contests? The great crypto race around the world. Atomic swap chain race. Swap start on one coin, end on another and include as many as possible in the middle. (Can we get this back atleast?) https://sprnt.slackarchive.io/I love all of these ideas. Folks really need to get into BarterDEX. It is simply awesome! There are many coins that you need to get into your Agama wallet now, and some incredible arbitrage opportunities.

Hi , I transferred 47$ to coinexchange from coinbase and I got 18$. 30$MINING FEES WHAT KINDA SHIT IS THAT, how is it even possible that's more than 50%. plus I cant message the coinbase support. Please help.
Why the heck would you bother to send that amount of dust? Did coinbase not indicate the transaction fee it was going to give to the miners on your behalf? It is because of people like you making these pointless transactions that we are facing this bloated mempool and the ridiculous transaction fees. Can you make this a learning experience at least, and study what it is you are doing to the blockchain and the mempool? Two sites for you to learn from (please do not transact BTC until you learn them): This shows how much folks can expect to be paying to send 47$ coinexchange (for whatever reason I don't know): https://anduck.net/bitcoin/fees/1008_blocks.php This shows how long folks can currently expect to wait if they don't pay 29$ to send 18$ to coinexchange: https://dedi.jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1wI am sorry for your painful lessen, but this is the way it is going to be, until a) the noobs stop clogging the mempool with 47$ transactions b) the blocksize gets expanded c) noobs learn and switch over to LTC, BCH or any other perfectly acceptable substitute.

I want to reiterate I do believe in the project long term, and 4 years of comitment is enough as a proof speaking for itself, if people cant see it their loss, kmd will rise and shine, but dont expect it to happen on the short term it wont...just test the product yourself it is available in beta I don't think you would know a great investment if it bit you in the ass. Short term ( why do you even care?? ) KMD is actually trading at its ATH in terms of fiat. Long term as distributed exchange becomes the predominant mode for moving funds in crypto, we will be the center of the trading hub with BarterDEX. If you put as much "research" into atomic swap as claimed you did reading about our lead dev, then you would not be so ignorant to actually tell people not to invest in this project. Really dude, what is your motive in the first place, did you bother to actually ask James about any of the shit you regurgitated? How, exactly, does not knowing one developer's identity harm the investors? Do you not value your privacy? Calling jl777 untrustworthy is pretty low. This morning I witnessed him save a few tens of thousands of dollars of another fellow KMD investor that were at risk of being traded away due to a typing error. Benji75 I'm sorry but you just don't know the first thing about trust.

first thing to try under settings find </> CLI select komodo native enter ----> validateaddress RVryLHd1zcrC4J2q2fzSWdTTXuDWz43wKa does it say this CLI response: { "isvalid": true, "address": "RVryLHd1zcrC4J2q2fzSWdTTXuDWz43wKa", "scriptPubKey": "7xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxac", "ismine": true, "iswatchonly": false, "isscript": false, "pubkey": "022xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx9457", "iscompressed": true, "account": "" } If not then you didn't import your key correctly. If you still have your passphrase (12 random words from ICO site) then you can get your key. Use the komodo paperwallet generator: under brainwallet tab enter your passphrase and tick the show and iguana compatible boxes. You should then have your correct privkey produced in the key pair shown below (52 characters starts with U) Or you can simply try it out in Agama, just paste your 12 words into the import key page and click the show address and WIF button. Your address should show up there if you entered the correct 12 word passphrase.

I really hate doing this.
Your contributions are worse than zero. So enough is enough! If you have legitimate questions I expect others, more patient than I am, may feel like doing a good deed and answer you.

I'm sorry, but I find zero information about Monaize in that link. What are you talking about? And would it be possible for you to quit trying to hype our coin so much? I think we all appreciate it, but it isn't needed.

Would appreciate some help with this: I'm trying to get the Agama wallet working, installed v0.2.0.23a OK on Ubuntu and appears to be working, however, I made a trial transaction (from my Swing wallet) to the new Agama wallet: it shows as confirmed in the Swing wallet, but has not appeared in the Agama wallet, nor is it visible on the block explorer (searching both address and TxID).
The "show details" tab on the Swing wallet says "confirmations -1" all other transactions have a positive number of confirmations.
So where might the KMD be?
TIA
To help we need details. what was that confirmation number? If you can, you may want to just import your private key. Lastly you should inquire in #support on our slack channel.

Great news and congrats, my question is this; ive had KMD sitting in my wallet for about 2 weeks (agama) how does the Jumblr process go? if im not mistaken it should be automatic. What about the kmd that are on blockchain?will they also get jumbler? How can I get it You can check any address for its jumblr easily. search this: http://5.9.253.204/sharedrop.472000cntl F is your friend. You would need to open JUMBLR in agama and enter the seed that corresponds to the address.

w0w. What a strategy. Members will use your signature, promote your newly born unknown exchange, and what they get in return? A chance to be randomly picked to get rewards. This is neither a service nor a giveaway but I would prefer to call it just a ploy to get free promotions in the forum.
yes to all you rude and ungrateful souls, must be paid with money to support collective hopes and dreams like some prostitutes instead of lovers wow way to support the future of our economy. sarcasm is my agenda it is preferable to expression of disgust. to be clear and not sarcastic, i would have a signature but i dont know if "noobs" have a right to advertise here! save that for the trolls and shills i guess who post more. probably if you dont have the heart to support a vision (by doing virtually nothing but cut/paste) without a "paycheck" then probably you should limit your resentful communications to your own selves while looking in th3 mirror with disgust! i am still checking to see if i can wield a sig but maybe no lukc for us n00bs hahaha here is my sig: -SUPERNET BARTERDEX.KICKS ASS AND LIBERATES THE VISIONARIES Hey, with posts like yours anyone would be proud to have you supporting their signature campaign. Keep posting and you will reach junior member level soon enough! can I post your sig too? -SUPERNET BARTERDEX.KICKS ASS AND LIBERATES THE VISIONARIES

Will this ever be added to any other exchanges?
We will certainly trade this on BarterDEX. I would be willing to buy it with KMD and LTC, are you looking to sell or buy ? The so called "uglyGUI" version of BarterDEX is now being tested. If you ask me it is a thing of beauty! We are making history here and it seems no one knows it...

Well it certainly has got the support. No. in the market cap already, and the value is great, especially if you think it is an altcoin. So we can all agree that bitcoin cash is doing alright as an altcoin?
What else could it be, other than an altcoin? Air dropping into 4th place market cap is a remarkable feat, but give it a week and then declare how it is doing. How many blocks does it have in its chain?

If you don't control your private keys, then you don't own your coins.
How many times do people need to have this mantra recited ? Maybe Cex.io is enjoying your BCH and you get to just be their BitCH ?

Do you know "where" the 5% are taken from ? The more I stack the more i should return interest right ?
They are new coins, generated not taken from anywhere. The more you stack the more coins you will receive though the rate remains the same. To get slightly more than the 5% redeem your interest often to take advantage of cumulative compounding. Is this the process of "staking" or "minting"? does Komodo use PoS? It's a innovation of Komodo. You gain these rewards all the time, and it doesn't create blockchain bloat. Komodo is PoW (equihash), and it has dPoW consensus built on top of it. What are the interest intervals ? How often can you redeem said interest? Interest rate is 5% and it will accumulate for 1 year, after which you should move the unspent transaction (UTXO) to claim the interest. You can claim more often to compound the interest. I believe komodo will continue to generate interest until all the coins are issued. You can redeem interest once an hour if you are willing to pay for the transaction fees. So if you're actively accumulating say 10 Komodo a day, what is the ideal redemption timeline Also how do you use this feature? https://www.investor.gov/additional-resources/free-financial-planning-tools/compound-interest-calculatorYou use the feature by spending the UTXO that has accumulated the interest. You can spend it by sending the UTXO to yourself. The interest will then show up in your account as a new unspent transaction. If you didn't wait a full day to claim your interest then you should fold that < 10 KMD utxo into a larger UTXO so it will also generate interest and compound your interest generation. The actual command I use (with linux CLI wallet) is ./src/komodo-cli sendtoaddress RMoFomrd69gctLwXjxyz1DLa19g1o8wtSe 10
