6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Noob here, Need information for CPU mining on: August 12, 2019, 10:09:32 AM
I'm totally a newbie in mining. Only have read some articles regarding mining.
I'm interested in CPU mining since it's easy as far as I know. However I have zero knowledge on it.

What equipments do I need in CPU mining?
How can I start CPU mining?

CPU minable coins comes with instructions on how to mine them. Specially on their discord server. And also on the hardware side you really need to test your CPU hashrate when you are mining. Mine with profit not mine with no point of mining at all, and also if your CPU hashrate is too low try to mine it with pools.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: August 07, 2019, 02:11:07 AM

If I am the Lakers management then I will pick Iggy too. Lebron got no say to this. He aint like Kobe who can control which player to get or whom to pick. Yeah, they are close but the Lakers management wants a championship and not some dramatic number 7 for entertainment only. Grin

Lakers doesnt need much of an offensive guy, they already got 2 of the best in their midst. Defense might really be the key and when we talk about defense Iggy had made a lot of defensive winning moments.

I would agree on that brony thing that only Kobe can control which play to get or pick. They really need Iggy on the team to be get some more defensive tactics along their side. Hope they can read this thread lmao.

I hope it is decentralize and still promotes the aspect of what is a cryptocurrency. 'coz what I have heard is that facebook's coin is a centralize coin.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Pre-ANN] Sora (XOR) - The Decentralized Autonomous Economy on: June 16, 2019, 11:52:57 AM
I am roaming around your telegram group and it is so quiet there. Maybe if you need telegram managers we have a team to help you with this project. Also I am so amazed on how this proof-of-concept on this sora chain affects the economy. I am looking forward to check your whitepaper to generate some ideas on how to market or advertise this project. Good luck for the upcoming interviews.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AmityCoin - Re-Launch NEW TICKER XAM [PoW] [CPU ONLY] [NO POOLS] on: June 13, 2019, 12:31:21 AM
I would like to clarify things from you, why is it fixed blocked reward? Does this affect the mining difficulty when a lot of miners will join the run and also it is an unusual cryptonight idea without emissions thing. Hope you understand my point of this. And hoping to get clarifications and satisfactory answers.

Its our belief that emission on CN coins heavily favors early miners and discourages new ones from joining the network as they feel its already to late.  WIth a fixed block reward, it is our belief that this perception will somewhat be alleviated as miners entering 6 months from now will receive the same block reward as someone who mined from the start.

We are all about Fair Mining and believe this assists in the endeavor.

Thanks for the thoughtful clarifications on my question. Yeah, I agree with you on why new adapters to an old coin will be a factor on mining. Anyways Goodluck on reviving the project.

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How 18-year old boy became Millionare from Bitcoin on: June 12, 2019, 05:20:54 AM
He was just lucky on putting a bet on bitcoin, and that statement is just plain dumb. Be like other millionaires that is just so humble on their achievements using cryptocurrency. Hoping the luck will ever in his favor forever.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to safely store big amounts of BTC? on: June 11, 2019, 05:03:40 AM
I mostly recommend buying a hardware wallet and put it the safe place that only you can access it. Don't trust anybodies computer on accessing your hardware wallet. That's all i have done in the past 2 years of owning a hardware wallet. Nothing so suspicious occurs in the 2 years run of my hardware wallet.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: June 09, 2019, 10:20:30 PM
Bitcoin is really known to those who are prone to technology. Advertisements everywhere also those investments scams that is well advertised using btc. Here in my country got a lot of btc ponzi scams that is advertised to be legal and trustworthy schemes. But sad to say it is only good at first. That is why some of the government officials are putting a lot of investments scam to an end. And also they are putting taxes on the btc transactions.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: June 09, 2019, 10:11:29 AM
The real question that fits on my answer will be "how many hours do you sleep?" 'coz when i am awake i am really sitting in front of a computer betting some cryptocurrencies. I know it is an addiction but that is really my life. Yeah i don't have a proper social life, 'coz i really don't go outside for too long. And gambling is really fun for me. I know everyday is on my side. There are times that i will lose a lot.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving: Hype to Speculate? on: June 07, 2019, 06:34:21 AM
A lot of speculation in this thread, Yeah i agree on most of you on the hype from the halving past halving gives hype to the market that it boost the price unto 1000x its  value on 2012. But bitcoin has a volatile price when it is on the market. We already know that bitcoin is getting more and more attention to the public even the government wants to add taxes when it comes to bitcoin transactions on the market. There are no other ways to find out on how this price will go when the halving will occur.
20  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / ⭐[PH-ANN] Celestial [CELC] ASIC & GPU Resistant [POW] Cycle Based Difficulty⭐ on: October 28, 2018, 12:57:57 AM
