Bitcoin can never and will never be a stable coin. The most volatility in crypto space is Bitcoin. Eventhough it consolidate for some time, nomatter how long this continues, it does not make it to appear or stand for stable coin.

Most things has changed now, you can see a good project that have pre-sale and public sale and still not performing well when listed. Some are even struggled to get quality exchange. Most bounty now, does not worth anything in comparison to the work done by the bounty hunters.

Crypto market is very volatile, you should consider the integrity of the exchange, the security levels put in place, the token or coin you want to trade. Did they have any fundamental and avoid pump group in its entirety.

The New York Attorney General Office submitted a report in which it accused Bitfinex and Tether of illegally selling and trading USDT as securities in the state of New York.

The recent filling show in detail that Bitfinex and Tether allowed top investors such as Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz to trade and cash in USDT until “early 2019” and that both companies opened multiple accounts at New York banks.

Will this affect the current uptrend of Bitcoin as most people holds USDT? If YES in which direction, upward or downward?

Most shoddy exchanges don't look at the quality of the projects before the listing, but they are more interested in the fee charge and the new users the IEO will drive to their exchange. Novice always FOMO in thinking that an exchange should be responsible to do the due diligence.  IEO will not last up to ICO time the way is being handled presently. You will see an IEO conducted on all these semi-exchanges and the price will drop up to 250% within a week, who are the sellers, the project team of course dumping the token to cash out. Any IEO that does not have minimum one year locked up period for the team and advisors, you better tie your shoes and ran very fast to safety.

Bitcoin will continue consolidation between $9800 - $11000 range in the next few weeks before we see any significant uptrend again. any short movement is just BULLs trying to get novice attention to FOMO in. Patient is all that is require to trade safely.
