What happened to the english telegram group? It suddenly disappeared...what's going on?

I invite who's been scammed by this project to pm me. I'm forming a group to recover our funds and to assure that scammers will get what they deserve through a legal action if needed. Together we are stronger, I've waited already too long and I can't stay more in silence.

Io voglio sapere che fine hanno fatto i miei fondi, 1 BTC investito in questo che si è rivelato essere un completo SCAM. 2 anni, come già menzionato, e ad oggi altri 6 mesi di completo NULLA. Nessuna comunicazione e nessuno sviluppo concreto che non sia stato una scopiazzatura del lavoro di ARK.
Invito, chi si trova nella mia stessa situazione, ad inviarmi un messaggio. Mi impegno per formare un gruppo composto da chi si trova nella mia stessa situazione ed eventualmente procedere per vie legali in caso di completa mancanza di considerazione da parte del team. A questo punto mi sembra l' unica soluzione dato che probabilmente non manca molto alla dichiarazione di bancarotta. Non posso accettare che i colpevoli rimangano impuniti e si godano soldi che non gli spettano. Inoltre dopo lo swap il 70% dei token si trova ancora nelle mani del team, una centralizzazione peggiore di Ripple, una presa per il culo intollerabile

Kapu main wallet (KPMVQXLmKSPKTG2sg7jFHDCUWuRFg9KViz) holds over 70% of the entire supply. If someone still supporting this coin, can clarify how is this acceptable??
The current situation is worst than ripple one but their is rightly accused:
"It has also been alleged that Ripple holds over 60% of the entire XRP supply. This clearly violates the conditions for a truly decentralized cryptocurrency..."
Of course nobody cares but even if the team starts working this would remain a red flag.
My opinion: share the content with ico partecipants which are victims of your abandonment

So any update regarding the swap to v2? it was scheduled for 20 march
"To all Kapu coin holders, we inform you that starting March 20, 2019"
However are there people who still hold this coin? Is it legit to ask for a refund due inexistent work on this project? or maybe unsold coin should be shared to holders, that would be fair!
Socials still not updated, how can you continue this way? I have completely lost hope, it's a fucking joke this project.

So what's going on? no update this is a fact. The price is 5 sat today (2500sat on ICO I remember), maybe the alert to start works rings at 0 sat N.B : Kiashaan do not even try to threaten me another time, what do you want? more money? Facts are talking, no development... project is falling. My talking is for sure not the cause! However, I'm glad to hear a reply from the team or at least an update on reddit (not the 'Weekly discussion thread' for the community because there isn't a community...0 comments, no activity, F-A-C-T-S) |

Hilarious: -Banned for the second time without reason (At this point, not even weird anymore  ) -Labeled as a "liar" by Martino for my concerns that are based on the team incompetence (Clearly proven) -Threatened with legal actions by Martino, the ceo. Because in his opinion I'm destroying the project with my negative talks==concerns based on real observations that can't be answered by them -Martino offered me 0.5btc to partially recover my investment (1 btc into this shit) to shut me up (in exchange for my silence into chats) Of course I have proof, screenshot from PM with Martino where the point 3 and 4 happened. Today we can see a price of 13sat on cryptocompare, nice job But keep calm, for sure we will recover with the launch of v2 that derives from a fork of the ark v2. I did not see a release of something developed from scratch, something unique. |

There was also: - ripa-mobile 1.1. that will be used as main wallet for the Royal Palace of Carditello events

Problem is well known by everyone and that is majority of investors want to get quick profit on their investment like they do from every project. This is sad reality that most people aren't interested in tech or concept but to see it on bigger exchanges to sell during pump to move on to next initial coin offering. This is cycle when it stops then problems and complains appear.
If someone had expected quick profit, for sure the complains would be started before 8 months from ico launch. This last post is even worst, the Italian community knows you Giovanni, I can't trust you even more now because you're really good just on talking Don't know what to say: this is an Open Source project, developers come and go you can find 100 of them if the right funds are released for this project... I'd like a lot to talk with @kiashaan but he's hiding now like before, so If someone thinks that this is a personal battle with Giovanni (BitNow) it's ridiculous. I joined the ICO with 1btc so the personal battle is the last thing, I'm being frustrated when I see to who I gave my money and how they handle them.

Okay so let's report what is going on (I'm talking about development from the first message, of course) The last update on GitHub is on 2nd April for kapu-desktop, for the other repo even older. Github: Since the first repo there are your commits mostly, Giovanni, when the team presented on this thread (first post) is another. I can see "ambros" as CoreDev that I don't know who is, now the CoreDev is you so I don't know if you used a fake nick or is another person. "Luigi" marked as kapu dev never committed nothing on GitHub. So can we know who are the real devs??? Then, looking at your commits you just replace some words with other or something else, there isn't a proof of your skills Giovanni. The only thing completely made by you is https://kapu-geojson.netlify.com that doesn't exist on GitHub so we can't see the quality of the code but the first impression is really bad, judge by yourself if that is acceptable, is the only thing that has been done and yes, for me is incompetence. I think you are saying that I'm incompetent now after having said that to @kiashaan: I'll leave that as it is as I promised to not engage in personal battles as this does not comply with KAPU policy...
