861  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Segwit questions: P2PKH versus P2SH-P2WPKH on: December 19, 2017, 02:29:35 PM
Can I go to my online PC with the watch-only wallet and generate there a SegWit address? will it be linked to my private key? will any software in case armory is discontinued for example in the future be able to retrieve this BTC from the segwit address using the private key in a paper backup?

Yes, yes, and yes.
862  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory Transactions dates are not correct on: December 19, 2017, 02:39:32 AM
No being it is showing 2016 the purchase price for Bitcoin is much higher. The dollar could buy more Bitcoin in 2013.

What?

I'm not asking about fiat valuation. Is your Bitcoin balance right?

DB is still seeing the wrong folder. You need to get that fixed.

Do you have multiple wallets?
867  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Bitcoins not showing up on: December 18, 2017, 07:29:53 PM
Turn off auto bitcoind and start Armory, what do you get?

Demarre Core avec ton wallet, s'il te dit qu'il est "deterministic", c'est bon. Sinon, pas de chance.
869  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: 0.96.2 Bump Fee not working on: December 18, 2017, 06:49:29 PM
You can't, fees are covered by the signature. You have to reconstruct tx with a higher fee and sign that.

Looks like you botched the block file path for your db, post dbLog.txt
871  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Using Armory on the BCH chain on: December 18, 2017, 06:46:04 PM
Logs leak some of your privacy, they do not carry anything that can reveal you private keys.
872  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory is crashing when i send BTC? on: December 18, 2017, 02:38:46 PM
Update
873  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Is the transfer of a P2SH-P2PK address+key to Bitcoin Core doable? on: December 18, 2017, 12:42:46 AM
You're thinking of P2SH-P2WPKH

Whoops, that's right.
874  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Is the transfer of a P2SH-P2PK address+key to Bitcoin Core doable? on: December 17, 2017, 11:36:02 PM
Should be, this script format is described in the SW BIPs after all.
875  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: 0.96.4 RC1 on: December 17, 2017, 11:35:02 PM
Yeah, sometimes next week probably.
876  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: 0.96.4 RC1 on: December 17, 2017, 09:20:45 PM
I'm pretty that's fixed in testing as well.
877  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory crashes while resolving Tx hashes at 98 percent constantly on: December 17, 2017, 06:18:20 PM
What version are you using?
878  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Funds are not being displayed on: December 17, 2017, 05:34:59 PM
Good to know.
879  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: 0.96.4 RC1 on: December 17, 2017, 05:20:08 PM
It looks like stuff that's already fixed in the testing branch. I'll put out another release soon.
880  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Confirming that my offline-wallet actually have the key to online-wallet address on: December 17, 2017, 03:42:04 PM
I didn't mean to be claiming anything regarding the Trezor thing. I lost a lot of money when transferring from one Trezor wallet to another and I still don't know why or how it could happen. I only brought it up to try to explain why I'm so incredibly paranoid regarding this topic.

You are missing the point. It is a whole lot harder to mess things up with a Trezor than it is with Armory. Make sure you triple check everything.
