it is still early, and the porting will happen when the new coin blockchain is stable and fully working

the new project will launch with its own blockchain and then few moths later when the blockchain is stable and solid, I will switch and bring it on ETH as an asset like you said

there will be ico of course paid with ETH and BTC ... you are totally free to not invest and just swap your BitSynq coins. There will be 100M coins and 90 Coins for Swap and ICO

The project will need some sort of funding to be developed. it is a platform and you can make money if you are a freelancer
