How long from now would the 2.4 smartchain release be on estimation?

im lost good momenth to buy back RADS
i sell my rads when the price up from 90k to 115k
i have plan to buy back at 100k but i get some problem i need money.

today im very sad look rads price and i lost good momenth  Cry

Weak hands, why invest to try to make a quick buck? Radium need long time holders to get let this project turn in a successful.

Cheers!

I wouldn't necessarily say weak hands.  I like the project.  I bought in at 165000 satoshi and sold at 217000 satoshi and made $600 in a day, but I have a buy back in at a lower price.  It might not go lower from now on, but sometimes it's best to secure your profits.  Crypto's the wild west no matter how good a project is.  I've learned that from 2 years of trading Wink

Because crypto's is the wild west I'm not speculating short term. I doubt if you're able to fill your open buy order, if not you've to buy back for a higher price which only cuts your profits vs buy and hold. I'm staking with 18k coins and it gets me around 25 free coins per day which is secure income.

However anyone should do what they think is best, if we all did the same this market would be very boring Wink

Cheers!

That's actually pretty good staking results. That would be good ongoing income. Personally, I've been caught believing that I'll have ongoing income staking with a coin, and then the coin gets dumped to oblivion a couple weeks later, dev disappears, and project collapses. I'm always left thinking if only I had sold my coins for a profit rather than holding and staking. Hopefully this project's different. And because of the dumping right now, my refill orders are closer to getting filled. We'll see if I can pick up some more.

Hm.. true! Luckily I didn't sell my wife or mortgaged my house for this investment, that said I assume you're aware this is kind of a hobby/side project for me  Anyway I'm honestly happy you get to change to get back in cheaper and get more RADS Smiley

Cheers!

This afternoon Ill be working on adding to the Azure template. If were going to do something, may as well do it better than everyone else. Im adding some features that most other coins on Azure do not have (except maybe Eth), that will make the users experience using the Radium Azure node even better.  No timeline, it is up to Microsoft to review and approve the template before it is added.

JJ

Thx! Could you elaborate a bit more on the different approach?

Cheers!

Sure, The template will allow the user to set their RPC configuration from the azure console, as well as to build from source or download binary.  There will also be an option to sync fresh, or download a block-chain image. IF all goes well, that is my goal.

JJ

Thx! Market seems to respond pretty bullish, glad I had faith in the project for several weeks already. Sitting back, staking and relax :-)

After Azure phase, do you think we should focus on paid developers? I really like how you manage the time for the Radium project but on some point you deserve to be paid also!

Cheers!

I think a public update on ion cloud progress will do good atm, @TM, could you do this?

Cheers!

We've been focusing on some other features such as OCV and phase 2.4 of the smartchain. The IonCloud is still being developed but priorities are priorities Smiley

This is correct. Ion Cloud is still being developed, but it is being developed in parallel with other aspects of the SmartChain. A new service for SmartChain verify has been in testing in the Slack channel, and will be posted here once I add the finishing touches. The service enables you to verify a file before downloading it. Feel free to join the Slack channel if you would be interested in testing it.

When someone needs some Radon (asset) to put for example, a note on the Smartchain, in my understanding there're two ways to get this. First is buying Radium (coins) and burn this yourself, second one is having another user send Radon to your own username on Smartchain. Burning coins into asset will take time and need preparation while having other users send this is fast and easy. Since there're no plans to let Radon being trade on a exchange, are there any plans to build in a decentralized middle man service which makes sure nobody gets scammed in trade?

Cheers!

Radium Decay
Radium decay is the process of generating Radon through Proof of Network Contribution. Radium decay is rate limited, meaning each user can only generate Radon at a set range of speeds. The slowest speed of Radon generation is 3 Radon per hour, at a cost of 1 Radium per Radon. The fastest rate of Radon generation is 30 Radon per hour, at a cost of 2.8 Radium per Radon. The Radium that is contributed to the network becomes incorporated in the next block's stake reward.

So I've 7200 RADS atm sitting on my wallet, last night my wallet staked for the first time but only gave me 1 RADS. In my understanding the fasted rate of Radon generation is 30/Hr, am I doing something wrong here?

Cheers!

EDIT:

I've also some other mined coins but they're 'Genated but not accepted Mined', what does this mean? Here's an overview: http://screencast.com/t/86hIDoCCUJA

Has this guy lived in a cave?

- 'its principal utility is for illegal business dealings where anonymity is important'.

Bitcoin attracts speculators gaining a huge volume of $. Then this volume is actually moving fast with more vendors to accept Bitcoin giving the velocity of money a huge boost and gaining more value. I think we're in this stage now instead of 'All-bad-drug-dealers-use-Bitcoin-and-are-the-only-one-who-do-so'
