1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: Today at 03:58:29 PM
That 6ers is crazy in the last seconds of the game. The Knicks just got a steal and threw another 3 points while 76ers had the advantage almost the entire match, at the end of the game its the Knicks who won with just that last mistake. If the last free throw goes in, I think 76ers would have won the game.

I wagered at 1.75 and an early celebration is already happening at the Stake chatroom but got crazy after finding out at the last second. People got  Shocked
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Problems with a foreign partner on: Today at 03:42:59 PM

I will just assume the problem is just that his partner is a foreigner. It's just like you have a partner that is a stranger to you.  Grin
And is he there in Belarus or just within your country as well?

Anyway, if the guy becomes a problem to the business. I would regret partnering up with someone who couldn't be there when I needed him and then it's hard for him to share what he has to do for the business to work.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devin Haney vs Ryan Garcia on April 20 on: Today at 03:22:35 PM
Haney should do a good comeback and think about a rematch since it will be good to see another Garcia and Haney part two soon.

Not an immediate rematch he needs to build his confidence I read that his mandatory challenger is Sandor Martin, Sandor Martin is a good one he fought and floored Teofimo Lopez he is a technical fighter but lacks the power it will be another big challenge for Haney.

Devin is not showing himself in the media after his devastating loss, all talks come from his father Bill Haney, he should show up and tell his supporters that he's ok and move on, its better to come out on his mouth.
The social medias are so full of before and after the fight and so many memes comes out related to this fight, this is a candidate for the match of the year.

But Ryan said that he might not fight at 140 lbs anymore, obviously, in this fight, he weighs over at 143 lbs causing the fight to be a non-title. And he said that no matter how he tried to make the weight, he can't do it. So meaning his next fight will be at 147 lbs and yeah, he could be going up another weigh class and it will be very interesting how he will do at the list of the champions.

I wouldn't say that it could be a fight of the year though, it was a dominant win by Ryan and it's not like a go back and forth fight and was really close in the end.

Ryan learned his lesson on not forcing himself to make the limit in weight because of the rehydration clause on Tank Davis so he is going to move in up but he should still try the superlightweight and fight Pitbull Cruz so he can at least win one title because he will have a hard time in the Welterweight where is loaded with great names like Boot s Ennis, Errol Spence and of course Crawford if he decides to come back to the Welterweight Division.
His concentration should be on winning a title besides beating big names in boxing so he can attain greatness

After this win, Ryan really made the world crazy for more. I think another fight with him will make him more millions, the kid is more popular than ever. It was said he is up to fight Rolly Romero or Pitbull. Ryan is about to go up where there are bigger monsters.

The problem with Devin these days is that he wants to do a rematch but because he didn't have a rematch clause, he will have a hard time convincing Ryan to fight him again. This is what Haneys do to Loma, Loma also wasn;t given a chance to have a rematch against Haney despite a close fight.

5  Economy / Economics / Re: Food shortages coming to the United Kingdom, BUT - on: April 22, 2024, 03:51:46 PM
Farmers protesting has been in the news for months already not just in the UK. In most countries in the EU, farmers have been protesting and dumping shit on government buildings seeking the government to stop cheap imports and inflation for they are not profiting because of it.

Sure the weather is a factor as well but if the government is adding weight to thier burdens I'm sure they are going to make food shortage worse.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With fees no longer compensating are some miners shuting down? on: April 22, 2024, 03:31:59 PM

Nope. From now on, they will instead sell their BTC for a higher value. They are often the source of the most BTC in the market and to make sure they profit from the mining farm they have, they best sell for a price and thus t he bull run will continue.

The worry I think is that most of the farms right now and public companies are owned by institutions which are going to be directly sold to the institutions and the institutional traders.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] David Benavidez vs. Olexandr Gvozdyk interim WBC Championship on: April 22, 2024, 02:52:47 PM

That should be the main goal of Benavidez here, to win impressively, knocking out Gvozdyk.

And as we have seen in the last 2 week, Saudi is willing to have Benavidez fight the winner of Bivol vs Beterbiev. He got the attention already and so his request is already on the pipeline by  Turki Alalshikh.

The ball is now on the side of Benavidez that he is the one that everyone is talking about, the new Mexican superstar.

The light heavyweight is the best division suited for Benavidez, Canelo will not yield to the demand to fight Benavidez it will cost him a lot, the light heavyweight is ruled by two Russians imagine Benavidez adding to the challenges of ruling the Light heavyweight, Beterbiev, Bivol, and Benavidez are the three superstars that will fight for who will reign in this division.

I expect Benavidez to win this and he should win impressively and he will challenge the winner of the Beterbiev - Bivol match, the Light heavyweight division has become interesting because of the entrance of Benavidez.

Sounds very strategic if Benavidez can wipe the two out and then Canelo comes in to beat him. He tried Bivol and lost which would be a good idea to see if Benavidez can eliminate Bivol from the picture and the old Beterbiev will be the only one they are up to beat.

Whoever will lose in the fight Beterbiev vs Bivol I guess Canelo will face?  Canelo vs Bivol 2 would actually be good so Canelo can regain back that loss. Beterbiev though old, that guy is still massive.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 21, 2024, 05:51:43 PM
Haney-Garcia lived up to its hype. Full of drama and some questionable decisions. Most if not all were expecting Haney to easily dominate Ryan Garcia. What was more unexpected though was when Ryan Garcia landed a huge left hook that badly hurt Haney in the very first round. It changed the tempo of the whole fight. Haney was still winning the next rounds but he remained unstable and Ryan already found his range and is just waiting for his opportunity again.

It's just annoying how the referee was helping Haney a lot. He never deducted a point on Haney for the countless hugs. There were times he interrupted when Haney is hugging while Ryan's hands were free. But he let Haney punch when Ryan is the one clinching. One judge also tried to rob Ryan of a clear win. And corrupt WBC still retained Haney as its champion when it should've been declared vacant because he failed to defend it.

Obviously sure they wanna rob the kid. The judge scored a Draw for that fight despite the countless knockouts, its ridiculous but you would understand that they worked together to nail Ryan. If he doesn't participate the way like they should I guess the WBC will take back the money.

And Haney whipped out this bad, I don't think he can request an immediate rematch. But Tank warned Haney from the start that Ryan does have a fast hand, he didn't listen.

Who knows what's in a man's heart  Grin

Yep having your wallet among the block where the halving took place I guess is very historic so historic the man is paying $500k just to be there. I'd not be surprised to find out this isn't just the transactions he did just to be part of the halving block, he could be paying $500k also to that previous transaction lol
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do casinos do with inactive accounts? on: April 19, 2024, 04:52:54 PM
What do casinos do with inactive accounts? And what does inactivity mean - not logging in to your casino account or logging in say every two months without playing any game?
Well, till today, I have never used any casinos threatening to lock my account due to inactivity, what nonsense! There are casino accounts I opened in about 2008 and hardly log in there not to talk of depositing and wagering there, and till today, I still have access to them. I can only implore you to ensure that your casino account will be active forever, and more reason why we should endeavour to read the terms and conditions of casinos before dealing with them since it might be hiding somewhere there.

However, there duration of locking accounts due to inactivity would vary per casino if that is ever real. Nevertheless, if it is more than 6 months of inactivity that calls for that, then it should be termed sheer wickedness. One should avoid such casinos.

Quote
I also learned that there is something called a dormancy fee or maintenance charges on those inactive accounts which covers for administrative cost incurred by those accounts. I learned that the deduction is from the remaining balance in the account. What about inactive accounts without any balance? On the other hand, what type of fee is charged on an active account?
With my experience in online activities, I understand what you are saying, but it is not common in casinos. If casinos are now bringing this in, then they are not serious and should be disregarded. And yes, with this understanding, a dormancy fee could be charged if they do not want to close your account, but all are still cheating. Who is charging casinos for your inactivity? That's gross. Peradventure, if you know they charge like that, do not leave any money in your account, and flee.

Now that makes sense. Been wondering what they would gain if they closed accounts.
Deducting some money from the inactive accounts with funds on them is likely the goal of these casinos that's why they are threatening to close accounts for being inactive.

I remember I have an account in sportsbet.io with 0.02ETH I forgot the password and the email I used, if they prune the accounts I guess the amount is theirs already.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: April 19, 2024, 04:31:54 PM
I dont believe that Mike would really be agreeing to this but since Boxing is business which it wont really be shocking that he wont really be having some argumentation for some potential intentional losing the fight
on which we can really be able to see that there are tons of people who are really that rooting for Mike to win up on this one. Although this boxer is already old and retired but when it comes to greatness then tons of people are really that still that expecting for Mike to take down Jake without any issues on which we know that this could really be still that possible but just like on what been said above that everything could really be
already fixed and been determined or planned already on which there's nothing we can do since exhibition fights could really be ending up like on this one.
I believe it's either draw or Jake Paul will win, it's too optimism to believe Mike Tyson will win, try to check Mike Tyson's recent results, most of them were lose. Even though Jake Paul is like a clown in boxing, but young person will able to destroy grandfather. That's why not surprising to see Paul is the favorite in this match, people know how to evaluate the current strength, not just looking by old record.

Either DRAW or Paul. But I don't think Mike will sell off. The rules they created are meant to have a fair fight between them. It would be pointless to have all this stuff and EEG, when all there is to do for him, is just drop for Jake to win.

Jake knows he is degraded repeatedly, and setting it up for Mike to lose is such a shame. I think they are still up to show a good exhibition.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Paying $25 To Anyone That Opens A stake.us Account For Me on: April 19, 2024, 04:11:34 PM
I think you need to move your thread to Services. There will be people accepting this offer actually as long as they are willing to risk and $25 is just too small.

It's just not recommended to submit your data for someone else account though, because we just don't know what OP did in the past that Stake is not allowing him. Hem must be banned already. You will also be affected if he does something crazy again in your name.

Lastly, if the promotion doesn’t indicate the requirements of KYC which means they will not ask for KYC. You can use the promotion rules as your basis when you won the prize.

^ How much must a user have in his account before they require KYC?

I am hoping to see whether I could grow my altcoins by wagering them to some sports when i found out there is already sports in the casino. Why is it that when you deposit and altcoin, it's converted into USD?
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devin Haney vs Ryan Garcia on April 20 on: April 18, 2024, 03:36:08 PM

Ryan's mental health has already gotten worse since the time he tried exposing Hollywood stuff. Although there may be celebrities and fans supporting him. He just looks more derailed. But why boycott?

Now that there are death threats, I actually think the fight will be more brutal, and I would hope there is no early KO because it will just be disappointing.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you feel that the global economy is declining? on: April 18, 2024, 03:17:43 PM

The global economy has been falling since COVID and it's getting worse since. The number of credit card delinquents is increasing and homelessness is getting worse than it was back 10 years ago therefore global economy is really declining. There may be parts of the world where the economy is better like in the Middle East and Asia but they are still affected by money printing and the wars.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Which country proposed the establishment of BRICS? on: April 17, 2024, 03:28:28 PM

It is just how East and West should be. Back then there was NATO and Soviet. A balance of power.
There must be a leader in the West and a leader in the East to balance. If the West uses USD, then it's healthy in the Western countries, and the East using Yuan is also healthier.

Most of the products are from China though. And countries that want to import products from China will need to use the Yuan to buy products from China.
What the West needs is to produce products that the East needs, if they want to compete fairly.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin's 4 year cycle only coincidence? (This could be actually good news.) on: April 17, 2024, 02:55:19 PM
There will always be outside forces that will bring the price down and it almost sounds like it's a plan even in 2018, the China ban and Google and Facebook ads were banned. And they almost happen every after a big bull run. Coincidence or not but just kind of repeats every time. It's an endless seesaw of the price but there is always a reason to also go up such as Halving.

If the FISA bill for example is approved, this could cause a massive dump also.

19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: April 17, 2024, 02:16:13 PM
https://www.skysports.com/boxing/news/12183/13116565/katie-taylor-and-amanda-serrano-rematch-added-to-jake-paul-and-mike-tyson-show-in-july

Katie Taylor v Amanda Serrano rematch has been added to the undercard of the Paul/Tyson fight. Long time coming. I actually think Serrano won the first fight.

Hopefully they get some more decent fights on the card as this could be pretty huge for Netflix so makes sense to stack it. Maybe Netflix could end up competing with the Saudis for these big fights.

This one is at least a legit fight. Serrano deserves the rematch after all the fight is won by decision. This is something to watch out for on Netflix besides the main event. I don't really follow Women's boxing but it looks like they were rivals back then and Serrano seems to have a long experience in boxing with better KO power.

This fight might just the on the betting platforms while the main event may not be.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do some people hide to gamble on: April 16, 2024, 04:28:59 PM
In my opinion, apart from maintaining the good name of gamblers, gamblers are also always looked down upon by society. And besides that, keep it a secret from his family, wife and children, because gambling is an activity that is not good and will have a bad impact if they find out about it, especially if they don't like it.
And what makes the most sense is why some people hide when they are gambling, because gambling requires comfort and a calm atmosphere in order to concentrate on doing it, and this also applies to online gambling.

And it all depends on perception because everyone has differences, and what I mentioned is what I do and also feel.

Even the family members shouldn't know because ultimately when they find out, they are going to connect every dots and know the reason why you sometimes have money and sometimes just have zilch.

Gambling gives and takes the money of the gamblers and if they find out that you have been gambling for god knows how long, they might not be able to trust you with money. If they gave you a loan a month ago before they knew you gamble, this time they might not loan you a dime.
