161  Economy / Economics / Re: The market started looking green today. on: April 24, 2018, 07:27:57 PM
It appears the market started recovering today from one of the worse long-lasted corrections in bitcoin history.
The bitcoin now secure the 45% of the cryptocurrency market dominance. what you have to say about that?

until recently the market still shows a good condition. rise still happens to this day although slowly but surely. If indeed this would be a good start then if you want to start buying currently considered not too late for long term investment.

Yes, I believe you are right. The coins in the market as of this moment, specially bitcoin is green and still rising slowly and surely with minimal corrections time after time. I believe that this is a sign that we are already in the early days of the bullish season. Hence, I too advice that this is a good time to buy and accumulate as much as possible. It is never too late yet, there is still a lot of room to grow.
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Which crypto-currency do you prefer? on: April 24, 2018, 07:14:10 PM
I prefer to invest those cryptocoins that has good projects and functions at the community. Better to choose cryptocoins that has good foundations because investors will always looks at the stability and capabilities ot the coins. Bitcoin and ethereum is the best of all cryptocurrency and i prefer to choose them because they are reliable and profitable best in long term investment.

While I believe that bitcoins and ethereum are really great investments, I beg to disagree that bitcoins and ethereum can really give you the best profits in the long run. If you try and understand this industry, you will see that undervalued altcoins out there are really better than bitcoins and ethereum when it comes to profitability in the long run. But of course, you have to choose the right one or you will lose a lot instead of gaining a lot.
163  Economy / Economics / Re: I want to invest more of what I don't have (money) on: April 24, 2018, 07:07:15 PM
I want to invest a few more thousands into eos, iota, and aion for the win. Too bad it will take me a few more weeks. I am so drained lol. Anyone else thinking like this? So motivated to invest. But lacking the funds.

I feel you man, I too have been in the same situation countless times. Specially when I really believe in the coin and see good signs of pump in the charts, it really makes me feel like sht that I do not have enough funds left to invest and be able to increase my profits more. Which is why when I don't have the funds anymore, I try not to look that much on the market and the community of the coin that I am invested in to lessen the pain. LOL.
164  Economy / Economics / Re: Government Furious on: April 24, 2018, 06:59:16 PM
I am not for imposing taxes on transactions. However, if they are to ban bitcoin thoroughly, I will move along with the taxes because whether you like it or not, the government is more powerful than you and you can do nothing to it. On the other hand, taxes should not be high, otherwise users will get bored and they will stop transacting. And to be honest, taxes are better than getting bitcoin banned.

I agree with you, I too hate the fact that there are taxes which is the first reason why I got into this industry in the first place. But as what you have said, we are powerless to oppose the decisions of the government. Which is why, there really is no other way to go but regulation if we really want mass adoption. Sure, taxes might be higher in the first few years but I think that it will probably drop due to a lot of complains.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine a cashless society on: April 24, 2018, 06:50:54 PM
Just by using your phone, you could purchase almost anything. No need to withdraw on an atm. No more heavy coins on your pocket. Paying bills, and purchasing tickets without standing on a line. Very convenient and less time consuming. I know we're already using credit cards right now, but using a single currency like bitcoin world wide could really help on transaction, having less error than the normal and faster transfer and of course the security. Do you guys think this could happen in the future of bitcoin?

I think if the transaction and the processes here in bitcoin would still continue, there's a possibility that it would happen. More people are engaged in crypto  currencies and even some of large companies accept bitcoin as a payment to their products and services they offer. Sooner or later people wull be shopping and buyimg groceries with the use of this currency and for me it is a more lot convenient, and the whole world also uses it.

Yes that's right, there really is a possibility that this can happen due to the largely increasing number of people getting into this industry to invest or to work. But before we even think about that, we must also consider all the flaws that bitcoins has because there really are a lot of it and if it doesn't get fixed, I think this would be impossible to happen since it will only have bad effects to any country that tries to adopt it with this conditions.
166  Economy / Economics / Re: Alternative investments on: April 24, 2018, 06:43:36 PM
For alternative investments i would prefer invest in buying real estate properties, house and lot, you can have it for lease for a an additional monthly source of income or a prime property on a location that is being develop, invest on the house and its area, you can have it as a events venue where in you can cater to some events and functions, it is a good source of income too and a good investments since all the properties will still be yours.

Great idea. I too am planning to do this in the near future if I'd ever get lucky and get x30 or more in my crypto investments because even when I am invested in crypto, I still want to be sure and have investments like these since we can never know how long will this industry last. I suggest everybody to do this also.
167  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bitcoin be banned on Philippines? on: April 24, 2018, 06:36:43 PM
Over 900 Million  pesos worth of bitcoins been scammed.

Filipino couple amasses at least P900M in alleged Bitcoin scam.
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Police have nabbed a couple promising easy wealth through popular cryptocurrency Bitcoin, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa announced on Tuesday, April 10.
Arnel and Leonady Ordonio were nabbed by PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operatives – the police division in charge of high-stakes and high-profile crimes – in Vigan City last April 4 through an entrapment operation.

The scam, Obusan said, is structured like a pyramid scheme but with electronic money.

The Ordonios apparently had middlemen who lured people to invest. They promised to pay victims with their earnings every 15 days.

Fueled by the worldwide Bitcoin hype, more and more people were baited by the Ordonio couple's promises.

The complaints started piling in when investors lost contact with the Ordonios.
Whats happened  next?
Around 50 angry victims stormed to Camp Crame on Tuesday, asking the couple if they could still get back the money they had hoped would grow.

Will bitcoin be banned because of that?

I think that is not a reason enough for the Philippines to ban bitcoin for as we know, Philippines is starting to accept and adopt bitcoin as a digital currency. There are companies who accepts and have bitcoin as their mode of payment. I think bitcoin would still sttive better in the Philippines.

That would be a great news then because this means that there will still be a lot of people in the philippines that will be able to have access to the opportunities that this industry can offer to everyone. Which are jobs for the unemployed or people looking for side jobs or part time jobs.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin business success on: April 24, 2018, 06:21:06 PM
Depending on the products or service you offer together with the community who want to get involve with your service or products it will give you profit, as bitcoin user now are getting bigger many will search online and people on ground, service or businesses accepting bitcoin as primary or alternative means of payment. For any business to be successful,  all you need is hard work.

You are right, success depends on how hard working you are and what kinds of services and products you are offering not just in this industry but also in others. But obviously, making a business in this industry is more better specially now that the numbers of people getting involved in cryptos are increasing. This will only mean that they would want to use their bitcoins into getting the services they want or buying the things that they want without the hassle of converting into fiat.
169  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: April 24, 2018, 06:10:52 PM
For example, stocks (or other securities) can provide passive income in the form of dividends. However, personally, I prefer investing in real estate and their subsequent transfer to rent.

Great choice man, if ever I had the funds, I would do just exactly the same and invest on real estates since just like crypto currencies it can give you profits the longer you hold them without the risk of volatility and wouldn't require you to look at the prices every time if you have to sell already or not so you can sell high and buy low. All you have to do is leave it there and watch it occasionally.
170  Economy / Economics / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: April 24, 2018, 06:02:48 PM
there are many advantages of bitcoin. It is an investment where you can put your money into and wait to get some profit, the higher the value of bitcoin the higher the profit you will get. It is convenient to use becayse you can use it anytime and anywhere you want, if your run out of cash.
Bitcoin is very advantageous to many people it helps a lot of people arrount the world away from poverty.

You have a point. Bitcoins really are very convenient and helps a lot to the unemployed people or for the ones that are looking for part time jobs and side jobs because it does not require anyone a degree, race, religion and so much more. All that a person needs is to understand this industry and a hard working attitude. Although it cannot eliminate poverty completely, it can surely help to lessen it.
171  Economy / Economics / Re: Study says being rich is determined by chance rather than intelligence or talent on: April 24, 2018, 05:52:44 PM
While I agree that luck truly plays a big role in the process of being successful in any field or being rich, I do not think that luck alone can take you to such heights. Just look at a lottery winner being a multi millionaire for a year or two but then end up being poor again in the next few years. If you do not have the intelligence, you will not be able to take the chance if it is there, and even if you have intelligence but do not have the skills or talents required to maintain being there, you will eventually end up going down than up.
172  Economy / Economics / Re: buy high and sell low. or hold which one is it? on: April 24, 2018, 05:38:35 PM
If you don't understand how to trade, holding is the most correct way of earning money in this situation. I used to trade a lot so don't like holding my tokens.

Yep, holding is really the best choice for newbies because trading requires a lot of knowledge thatcan only be acquired by studying a lot and a whole bunch of experiences of losing and gaining with actual trading.

174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies - neither money or assets but worthless alphanumeric characters on: April 13, 2018, 05:16:13 PM
Galileo Galilei once said, “All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.” Discovering truth about cryptocurrencies (let’s just call them cryptos) and showing that they are neither money nor assets, is the goal of this article. The first step toward achieving this goal is to explain how tangible or intangible things are represented and quantified with a combination of alphanumeric characters on a paper or digital medium. After that, we will know that money or assets are entities separated from characters that represent and quantify them. Given this knowledge it will become clear why cryptos never were, nor ever will be money or assets, but worthless alphanumeric characters whose digital manifestation serves only to trick the public into the illusion that they represent and quantify some actual things. ....The rest you can read here:  https://cryptofraud.wordpress.com/

Pretty interesting thought you have on that article there pal, and does makes sense. But the thing is, crypto currencies as what they are "a combination of alphanumeric numbers" is the best thing about them. I mean, if you think about it, the crypto currencies you see are basically nothing right? Now, cryptos having nothing that is on that nothing is empty and without a purpose. Which makes it a good thing to turn into something that we want. That is what makes it beautiful. These alphanumeric characters can become both assets and and money altogether making our lives easier when the issues get fixed(which is bound to happen in the future) and used right. It may have a lot of cons but it also has pros like any other assets out there or fiat. You are seeing this quality of cryptos on the wrong side my friend try to look far beyond what you see so you can understand the beauty of this innovation. Good day pal.
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Stabilising? on: April 13, 2018, 04:57:53 PM
Yes!. It is stabilizing financial conditions are many people.

I really do not understand what you are talking about but I think I get what you are saying. Maybe you mean you agree that the prices are stabilizing and that the conditions are good for many people. If that's what you mean, then I think it is too early to say that when it has only been hours since this green prices has been happening plus the news about that tax thing that people talked about recently. But even so, being positive wouldn't hurt. Hence, I too will be positive a bout the current prices and hope that we only go up from here on.
176  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will Bitcoin recover? on: April 13, 2018, 04:44:36 PM
When will bitcoin will reach its pick again?
Is there still hope bitcoin can surprise us this year?
Is holding a good idea this moment?

As to when, I really cannot tell exactly I can only speculate that it might happen because of the recent years that have passed but I am not really sure for now since the price peak last year was just too high. But I am still very positive about this year so maybe, just maybe bitcoin will still be able to surprise us this year. The thing is, it can be a surprise in a positive way or in a negative way. But even so, holding is never a bad idea when it comes to bitcoins since we all know that it can be worth so much more if not within this year, can be for the next years.
177  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will hit 25k by the end of this Year? on: April 13, 2018, 04:30:26 PM
Crypto Bull Tom Lee has declared that Bitcoin will hit 25k this year!
Don't worry Guys! as yesterday bitcoin has jumped to a record-breaking volume within two hours.

We will reach to the Moon!

Have faith.

I just wish that the universe hears yours and Tom Lee's voice then grant us 25K prices for bitcoins by the end of this year because that would surely be an awesome thing to happen for all of us crypto enthusiasts in this industry. That speculation happening will then make another good number of crypto millionaires being featured in the news again. Because clearly, bitcoins will also drag along with it all the altcoins that are currently present on that moment. The only thing is that it is quite impossible to happen. But still, there is a possibility, nothing wrong with being positive right? LOL.
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: agency declares cryptocurrencies as halal on: April 13, 2018, 03:58:30 PM

An increase in traffic is always a good news, and this thing really happening if true will certainly increase the number of potential investors which then can lead to bigger chances of mass adoption and could mean bigger opportunities of being accepted by lots of businesses and governments that will then greatly increase the prices and give all the crypto users more options on how they wanna use their crypto earnings. I can only think of great possibilities coming from this news. Hence, I support this.
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin change our Future? on: April 13, 2018, 03:45:08 PM
Bitcoin already has changed the commercial enterprise world and banking, due to the fact with the bitcoin make transactions less difficult and with none interference. aside from that very fast delivery of price range and use of very little cost Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
it is acknowledged everywhere throughout the world and there is a change for the exchange expenses and handling. Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin[BTCBTCmg]

I really do wanna agree with you but if we think about it, we can never really be sure. Yes, bitcoin can definitely change our future. But it is if and only if the circumstances that will happen days, weeks, months or years from now will be in favor with bitcoins. But hey, there's never really anything wrong about being optimistic about our futures having bitcoins alongside but let's try to not ignore the other possibilities no matter how small because even if we hate to, they are still there.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between Altcoin and Bitcoin? on: April 09, 2018, 07:06:29 AM
Besides from the spelling, what are the differences of bitcoin from altcoin. Thank you.

The difference between bitcoins and every altcoin is their purposes or concepts and ideologies. The term altcoin which stands for alternative coin was made because this forum was made for the sole purpose of discussing about bitcoins only. But then the altcoins came which is why they became altcoins. but basically if you think about it, bitcoin is also an altcoin for every altcoin. And since this forum is the most successful one in this industry, people has adopted the term altcoins. hope this makes sense.
