1  Economy / Long-term offers / $6,000.00 loan to help pay for wedding. Term of 12 months, 1st payment, july on: May 27, 2016, 11:52:29 PM
Hello Everyone! So this is my second attempt at a loan, the first went largely ridiculed, but I still hold out hope. My fiance and I are getting married this July and we are a few thousand dollars short of paying for everything. We could sell several things to make up the difference, but I thought that this might be a decent place to look first.

The total loan amount would be $6,000.00 w/ a 12 month repayment at an APR of 10%. I currently do not have collateral for $6,000.00, otherwise I would just go to my local bank. I'm prepared for the obvious ridicule that this forum likes to provide, but i'm willing to discuss terms w/ serious lenders. Let me know in the comments below.

How is the fundraising going for your blog?

The Kickstarter didn't receive as much as I was hoping, however, I received several smaller donations via PayPal on my site directly that assisted me greatly, but I've run a bit dry on funds, so I'm working on acquiring more currently.

This is a large sum of money, I don't think that this forum is the best place for you to raise the funds. Have you tried with crowdfunding? Many people gathered funds on this way for their business, it's very popular.

As you can see in my post above, I have launched a kickstarter. In addition I also have a donations page set up on my site: https://cvvmoneymakers.com/shop/

If you, or anyone else you know feels like giving, every little bit helps. I'm just trying to get by right now, scrapping together what I can to keep services and advertisements running. Currently the site is growing at a steady rate of about 30-40% per day.

Alright, So i'm not really getting anywhere here, that is fine. However, if anyone here is so inclined I have a kickstarter set up at the following link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1543084531/new-website-needs-startup-funds

Please donate whatever you can to fund my project. I'm still willing to talk loan terms however.

Thank you.

The profits off of your screenshots look nice, but what is your base investment amount? That will tell me much more.
6  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 1 Year or less loan for online business start up. on: March 11, 2016, 03:23:43 AM
I don't really want to demotivate you but you certainly are not at the right place to ask the loan request.Your venture might be a great idea with a full-fledged business model and everything but you'd not find people particularly in this forum who'd take an initiate to fund you. Moreover $40,000.00 ~100 BTC. for starting a website sounds too hypothetical ,even Mark Zukerberg didn't need that much to make Facebook. You should probably contact Angel Investors/Accel Partners and those big funding companies who like to invest in a start up if you have a solid business model.Just my two cents.

Thank you for the advice. I was hoping to have my investment in bitcoin to help support the bitcoin community as I would like to pay my staff via bitcoin, and my hosting accepts bitcoin, etc. etc. Nearly all of my expenses can be managed via bitcoin. And $40,000.00 can seem like a lot, but this is not a pet project of mine (similar to what Facebook was for Zuckerberg when he first designed it). I intend to launch a fully operational business ready to turn out profits of 10,000-20,000 in the first month alone. To do this I need the working capital to pay for advertising, e-mailing services, content writers, product promotion, logo design. None of which comes cheap. Additionally the environment for an online startup is not what it was 12 years ago when Zuckerberg began in his Harvard dorm room, (where he didn't even have to pay for the electricity for his hosting). I will pursue these other investment options if no other one becomes available, but as stated above, I would like to continue supporting this community.

And for transparencys sake, I should dislose I have already invested $4,000.00 of my own money into this project.

Update:

I have just been informed on BTCJam that they will no longer be supporting US borrowers. So this nixes that source of funding for me. I would appreciate any help anyone here is willing to offer.

8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Convert BTC into Cash instantly after reception on: March 10, 2016, 07:20:26 AM
It can be done with coinbase rather easily. They allow you to schedule things such as purchases and sales of bitcoins. So if you are expecting a deposit every day at a specific time, or once a week, etc. you can schedule coinbase to automatically sell it. You can turn this on or off at any time. Not 100% what you are looking for, but pretty close.

Due to some feedback i've received, i have determined that this is the best location for my loan request. A copy of the original post is below.

I am in need of a business loan to help fund a new business venture. I am in the process of launching my own site: cvvmoneymakers.com. It is a site devoted to the overall balance of financial, emotional, and physical well being. It will feature product and book reviews, some to affiliate products, as well as, original content in the form of articles devoted to improving the three aspects of our core mission, and a weekly newsletter to our list of subscribers, already over 1 million.

The money is needed in order to provide myself with livable income while I launch the site, as well as, money to hire content writers, marketing advisers, advertising, and operating expenses.

Based off of the success of similar sites, as well as our unique style and approach, combined with a specific niche market, I believe that within the first year this site will be operating a net profit of $200,000.00.

The loan amount I am requesting is $40,000.00 ~100 BTC. I am a new user and I don't have physical collateral to put up, otherwise I would sell it and fund myself. Based on my reading of the site, it appears most lenders require collateral, which I don't have, but I ask that you still consider this and do not close it. I am happy to provide a more in-depth explanation of how my site will make significant money. This loan would help secure this site for the future, and would be easily paid back within 1 year at double the loan amount, for a total of $80,000.00.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Edit:
I am new to this forum, I found it via a google search. I have requests into btcjam and loanbase, but am awaiting response. I am in a relative hurry, simply because I want to get my new business up and running as quickly as possible. I've read through several of the helpful tutorials, and I believe that i'm complying with forum rules and recommendations (as best as possible, since I lack collateral). I assumed that lending would be the appropriate forum to ask this in, as I am asking for a loan. If I am incorrect, please move this post.

When you sign a address as a newbie it does nothing for you. Signing an address is meant to confirm that the original owner of the account is still in possession of it.
Good luck to your loan as you put much more effort than some of the other scammers we get around here.

New to the forum, still looking for a place in my profile where I can put my public key.
14  Economy / Lending / Re: [EDU] Exercise caution when lending to new users! on: March 07, 2016, 01:46:41 AM
Although i respect diamondcardz advice on lending to new users i think some advice is bit short sighted.

Collateral is fine if someone lives in travel distance but not really if they live abroad.
Also members new and old maybe cautious sending collateral and/or id to members due to bening scammed themselves, not because they r scammers.

Newbies can bé as wise as hero members remember just cause they r new here doesnt mean they are new to lending or bitcoins.

Ultimately ID is better than collateral for borrowers and lenders should never lend more than they could afford to lose in event a user defaults.

There are good rules for lending should i think could bé usul here ;-)

So I know this is almost 3 years old, but I agree with this 100%. I'm new to this particular community, but I have been around bitcoins for over 2 years. I decided that this would be a great place to begin getting more involved. I can't wait to get more involved in this particular community.
15  Economy / Lending / Re: In Need of loan to launch new Online Business on: March 07, 2016, 01:31:13 AM
With no collateral and a new account means there would be noone willing to invest into this, sorry but that's generally how it goes here.

I'm aware of that, I'm not entirely holding my breath with the belief that someone here will trust me, but there is a small glimmer of hope. And if BTCJam and Loanbase at-least partially fund what I need, then I may be able to repost with a lower amount, but I would prefer to have it all due in one place.
