It costs you nothing to generate a BTC-E USD code, and is the best way of cashing out your USD balance from BTC-E. The usual methods to cash out through BTC-E requires fees and a wait time.
I can pay by the following methods (in order of preference):

Bank of America free transfer - No delays - if you have an account at Bank of America (they have free checking accounts) then I can send you a Bank of America transfer.

PayPal funded by USD bank account - 3-5 business days for clearing - I have a verified PayPal with confirmed address and can send you a PayPal Personal Payment. There is a small fee of about 1% which PayPal charges which will be covered on your end.

Cash in person - No delays to 1-2 days (depending on our schedules) - if you are near the Vancouver, Canada area.

Canadian Interac Email Money Transfers - No delays - for those of you with Canadian bank accounts. USD->CAD Rate will be spot price according to Google.

Cash Deposits to your bank (depending on which bank it is) - UP TO ONE WEEK DELAY - send me a PM, depending on how much demand for codes.
