62  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: April 28, 2013, 07:52:53 PM
we still have a big 1.20 wall on bitfunder.

Well, there's your problem... :-P

.b

so, if you want cheap AM shares, come to bitfunder...

Yeah, looks like BitFunder has a greater % of people who got in early on ASICMINER and want to cash out some. Also no fees to buy on BitFunder vs. btct.
63  Economy / Auctions / Re: ASICMINER Auction: 50 Block Erupter Blades on: April 27, 2013, 09:25:04 PM
1@.9

...uh... wait... nevermind. bring on the usb sticks!

No guarantee that the USB stick auctions will be cheaper. Wink If anything, they might be super popular not just because of the ability to run them everywhere and ASICMINER's track record of instant shipping. Plus they're just so darned cute!

64  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] Selling $54 BTC-E code for $65 Paypal on: April 27, 2013, 06:55:50 PM
Just finished a deal with OP (kpriess) for a BTC-E Code. Great communication and definitely would deal with again!

Anybody need to move/sell BTC-E USD off the exchange? I will pay you USD + 2% instead of you paying fees:

66  Economy / Securities / Re: [HOWTO] Trading/Buying/Selling Asicminer Shares Overview and Comparison on: April 26, 2013, 07:56:24 PM
Do you have a link for the BTCT fee waiver? I couldn't find it quickly and just want to verify for correctness.

https://btct.co/security/ASICMINER-PT

Click on "Details":
Quote
• A management fee of X% will be levied on each dividend payment where X is determined by the number of shares currently managed by the pass through.  For under 1000 shares, the management fee shall be 3%.  For over 1000 shares, the management fee shall be 2%.  For over 3000 shares, the management fee shall be 1.5%.  For over 5000 shares the management fee shall be 1%.  For over 10000 shares the management fee shall be 0.5%.
• The management fee will be waived for the first 90 days of operation of this Pass Through.

This was added/changed from the original 5% dividend fee on Mar. 5 - you can see it under the "Motions" tab.
67  Economy / Securities / Re: [HOWTO] Trading/Buying/Selling Asicminer Shares Overview and Comparison on: April 26, 2013, 07:48:32 PM

Great job! Posted this in the main ASICMINER thread but just wanted to add a slight correction for both posts - the ASICMINER PT on BitFunder does not have a 0.5% fee on dividends. BTC-TC does, but they've currently waived it for now.
68  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: April 26, 2013, 07:46:33 PM
I've been asked and found questions from people looking to learn how to buy ASICMiner shares, so I put together this brief guide.

Great job! Slight correction for this site and the post you made earlier on another board - the ASICMINER PT on BitFunder does not have a 0.5% fee on dividends. BTC-TC does, but they've currently waived it for now.

70  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: April 25, 2013, 08:44:51 PM
Fixed?

I believe your points about the liquidity are already in the original summary by SebastianJu? I was just adding points about the dividends and delays, so I felt there was no need to requote everything.
71  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: April 25, 2013, 08:02:02 PM

OP has a great idea!

Also, if anyone is looking to cash out their USD BTC-E code for USD *without* fees, then I will pay 101%. Thread is here:

73  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Digital Precious Metals - Gold and silver for bitcoins on: April 25, 2013, 09:46:37 AM
Just wanted to post some positive feedback for HighInBC / OP.

He helped me with my first BTC transaction a few weeks ago - I sold him a couple of gold coins. No problems whatsoever - he transferred the BTC to me, I shipped the gold coins to him, and he contacted me to let me know when he received his merchandise. Thumbs up.

If you're looking to trade some gold and silver for BTC then definitely consider this service.

75  Economy / Currency exchange / WTB: USD BTC-E Codes for BOA/PayPal/Amazon GCs/EMT/etc. (currently not buying) on: April 25, 2013, 07:49:59 AM
EDIT: CURRENTLY NOT BUYING

Don't like paying fees to get your USD funds out of BTC-E? Huh

I will pay you USD for your BTC-E USD code!

It costs you nothing to generate a BTC-E USD code, and is the best way of cashing out your USD balance from BTC-E. The usual methods to cash out through BTC-E requires fees and a wait time.

I can pay by the following methods (in order of preference):
1. Bank of America free transfer - No delays - if you have an account at Bank of America (they have free checking accounts) then I can send you a Bank of America transfer.
2. Amazon.com Gift Card - No delays
3. PayPal funded by USD bank account - 3-5 business days for clearing - I have a verified PayPal with confirmed address and can send you a PayPal Personal Payment. There is a small fee of about 1% which PayPal charges which will be covered on your end.
4. Cash in person - No delays to 1-2 days (depending on our schedules) - if you are near the Vancouver, Canada area.
5. Canadian Interac Email Money Transfers - No delays - for those of you with Canadian bank accounts. USD->CAD Rate will be spot price according to Google.
6. Cash Deposits to your bank (depending on which bank it is) - UP TO ONE WEEK DELAY - send me a PM, depending on how much demand for codes.
7. ? - please PM me if you have another method in mind. I'm flexible and will see if it works for me.

Credibility:
1) My eBay seller profile established 1998 with 500+ perfect feedback. eBay My World page refers to this thread. PM me for details.
2) You can Skype or call me on my mobile to chat before the trade.
3) I am fully registered on #bitcoin-otc with GPG & BTC address and have a positive WOT Rating:
http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=louong&sign=ANY&type=RECV
To confirm, you can email me at the email address under the GPG identify fingerprint and I will email back to confirm it is me.
4) Feedback/trust posts from people I've dealt with in this thread.

Just PM me if you're interested with the following info:
1) How much BTC-E USD you wish to sell.
2) What type of payment method(s) you would be OK receiving (please keep in mind delays).
3) Your email or mobile number or account # (if applicable) to transfer the funds to.
4) Email address for confirmation after I send funds. (if different from the email used for transfers). I can also text you if you provide a mobile number within the US/Canada (country code 1).
5) Optional: Online credibility - such as a #bitcoin-otc rating, Bitcointalk profile (to check posts/post count), eBay My World page, etc. This is optional and only needed the first time to give you priority over other requests. Not needed for subsequent trades once trust is established.

Please do not send BTC-E codes via PM to me. Once I receive your PM, I'll respond with an e-mail address to send your BTC-E code to. Once I confirm the funds, I will immediately send you your funds through our agreed payment method (if no delays).

Look forward to this opportunity to provide a service that will work for both of us. Smiley

I mean there are companies out there like apple... they dont even pay dividends. But the people invest because they think the value is stable or that the shareprice is going up even. Nothing different here, only with dividends on top.

Agree with most of your post, but just a little nitpick/correction... While it is true that for the longest time Apple did not pay dividends and shareholders held because of the value of the company, Apple has started paying dividends since Aug. 2012.
78  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BITSTAMP.net Bitcoin exchange site for USD/BTC on: April 17, 2013, 07:27:16 AM
