16881  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoin on: May 08, 2016, 02:17:12 PM

it is really nice that bitcoin is so popular in brazill now, we will have olympic soon at summer in brazill so tourists will probably use it or will know more about it so bitcoin will be more popular

and i hope that other countries will like bitcoin too now, as this just proves that there are a lot of bitcoin users and they will really spend them in real life stores that accepts bitcoins

I hope that the olympics committee would try to consider using bitcoin or make bitcoin for being their sponsor.
If that happens surely more stores will going to accept bitcoin in brazil.
16882  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: May 08, 2016, 02:13:28 PM
When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? Considering that it is really hard to get a loan here on this forum even with escrow, and the plentiful amount of scammers floating around here, is there really a great reason to even bother getting a loan here? I mean unless you're flat broke I could understand but even still it's an uphill battle. It's way easier to take out a cash advance in an emergency. I suppose if you're dealing with a trusted borrower and trustworthy escrow you may have a chance in obtaining your funds. Other than that, it can be difficult for a scam-less transaction to take place.

i don't think that it is ever good to borrow money, it can be real life money or bitcoins, it's not wroth that, so if you can stay without additional money asap, better wait for your next payment

because when you borrow money, you will have to give back more so i don't think that it's worth to borrow money or bitcoins , borrow only if you can't live without them

People with many debts are getting drown from it. So you are right, it is not worth to borrow money, if, you don't have capacity to pay it.
But if you have, of course you can. You just need to estimate the price of how much you can borrow, so that it will not make you
drown by getting debts.
16883  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best place to get a free dog on: May 08, 2016, 02:10:50 PM
Why not go to the nearest dog pound in your city? I'm sure that they can give you a free dog you just need to go there after ready this comment.
But don't get a dog if you are just boring with internet, because dogs are man's bestfriend, you need to treat them as a friend not just a friend and if you will do that, you will become his master.
16884  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 08, 2016, 02:05:04 PM
Didn't it get canceled after all, wtf?

are you making this up, it was never mentioned that it will ever be cancelled, also it need an hard fork, and it go against the fundamentals rules of bitcoin...aka it will never happen

I just asked. But never mind, there were a few threads as of recent questioning whether the coming halving should be canceled, so no smoke without fire?

No it will not cancel and it will make the price of bitcoins increase. But the supply of bitcoins will be limited into 21 million soon. Don't believe that rumors that bitcoin halving will be cancelled.
16885  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the world Economy Collapse this year? on: May 08, 2016, 02:02:15 PM
Definitely it will, when the third world war happens, World economy will fall.
Starting at saudi arabia there economy seems to be falling down. And their oil are next to be running out of it.
16886  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: May 08, 2016, 02:00:37 PM

Currently the price of bitcoin is not that high we can expect a slow increase of price in a daily or weekly basis going to the halving, if you have and extra amount of money you can buy now and then hold it until the halving and you can always sell it all for even a small profit. You just need to trust guts. This is less riskier than gambling.

sometimes i doubt bitcoin will be rise before blockhalving or after block halving done.
in fact last block halving in 2012 not give any hype in price, but arround 3month after it the price rise to the moon

Me too, there is a thing now that makes me doubt about bitcoin.  But still let's see what will happen after this halving.
We cannot compare it to the past halving that happens, we just hope that there would be improvements.
16887  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the number of available bitcoins decreasing? on: May 08, 2016, 01:58:49 PM
there are many bitcoin out in the market and we are still not half way of the bitcoin that is needed to be collected.

wrong, we are already at 15-16M so more than half way, to the full supply, which is roughly 21M

Full supply isn't roughly 21 million. It's exactly 21 million.

That's true it is exactly 21 million and I have read a post that most people that accumulate the most bitcoins are Chinese.
And they are the miners that mining it most.
16888  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 08, 2016, 01:56:23 PM
no i will not quit on my job, cause my job is my life without it i cant buy buy needs and wants, and if i go fulltime on bitcoin, in just 3 months i will surrender cause i did not study to go fulltime on bitcoin.
That's true and if you are regular to your job. Why would you exchange it for something that you still don't have assurance if it can supply your needs.
But in 3 months, I think that isn't enough to study more about bitcoins and especially the way how you can earn with it.
16889  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: May 08, 2016, 01:52:22 PM
I have bitcoin because I can use it to buy things, but first I need to exchange using exchange site, because as of now, there is no online shop
here in my country that accepts bitcoin for payment. But I'm also thinking to save it first for the incoming increase of bitcoin.
16890  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Appropriate prices for each rank? on: May 08, 2016, 01:48:58 PM
I would say that it depends on the quality of post that the rank does. And I don't know if the price in bctalkaccountpricer.info is accurate and reliable.
But still you can refer to it. And it also depends if the account has signature campaign.
16891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 08, 2016, 01:46:27 PM
When I teach my friend about bitcoin, I just explained it plainly that bitcoin is an online currency that has a value ranging $400-460.
And then he use bitcoin for buying things through it, but he its to exchange it first with bitcoin exchanging sites.
16892  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is not the currency of the people and likely never will be on: May 08, 2016, 01:44:02 PM
It is a fact that it is a large number meaning that 29% of total bitcoins are hold by top 500 addresses, but there are more rooms for other people to have bitcoin enough and the number of bitcoins keeps increasing which means it can be used by rest of people.

I think there would be a limit of distribution or creation of bitcoin to 21 million coins.

The accumulation of bitcoin is also an investment for the future. People have high hopes about bitcoin price and hence they are just accumulating it instead of trading or selling it.

You are right, collecting or saving of bitcoin today is a good investment because there is really a possibility that the price of it will increase.
16893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin IS basically DESTROYED on: May 08, 2016, 01:38:56 PM
Bitcoin is basically destroyed now with 70% of the mining controlled by China, soon to be 98+%, and with Blockstream implementing their SegWit soft fork Trojan Horse so as Matonis admits can end up increasing the 21 million coins limit.

The entire ecosystem is headed for a clusterfuck.

I honestly believe this is the truth.  What is there to add ?

~CfA~

These Chinese people really wants to conquer all things that includes money.
They are really greedy, anywhere that there is money they come into it.
16894  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: May 06, 2016, 11:24:09 PM
Go to the lending section here in forum and look for someone that wants to borrow your 1 btc. And of course, to be safe, get a collateral
and escrow the transaction so that you have all the favor even if the borrower doesn't pay the money he loaned.
16895  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: May 06, 2016, 11:22:34 PM
Get a job, I'm serious. It is a reliable way to get money. And then you can exchange for Bitcoin.
0.02 BTC per day from faucet? You really got so much, or is this a joke? To do this, you need to have sooooo many referrals. For example, I received from fauets about 150,000 Satoshi day without referrals. And it was very difficult.
Faucets, signature campaign and etc. is a great way to earn a little more money on it did not earn. Learn cryptocurrency Exchange and traded on it.

0.02 btc per day is very impossible just like you could punch the moon. haha. He is so exaggerated for faucets, and yes even he has so much referrals it is not enough to earn that much. Maybe he has a lot of faucets but still not enough.
16896  Other / Off-topic / Re: The craziest shit you can buy with bitcoins right now? on: May 06, 2016, 11:20:37 PM
Most people spend their bitcoins buy using it to gambling sites, casinos , sports betting. I'm not into gambling but if I do that would be the craziest thing I will buy with bitcoins.
16897  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Making around $37 per BTC with instant trading on: May 06, 2016, 11:19:21 PM
Guys, there is no legit  working exchange system which allows your transfer your BTC to Paypal directly. These two methods are simply incompatible with each other, easy exploited and reversible.
Don't you wonder why there is no site/service which offer you trades in format where: they send you BTC first and later you send money through PayPal second?

I hope a company will do this to completely exchange bitcoin to paypal directly, that would be the great service so far if a company offers that.
But I think the company needs a high capital for creating that kind of service.
16898  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do I make money with $100 USD BTC on: May 06, 2016, 11:18:14 PM
I'd start trading, investing or betting. They all involve risks though. Everything is risky....

Yes all of them are risky. But remove betting because that is a gambling and surely gambling will just make you lose money. And it will just make you somehow addicted if you are keep on losing of course you want to get back your money but opposite will happen.
16899  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 06, 2016, 10:54:02 PM
As of today, it is now better to save money for the upcoming bitcoin halving. Saving today is investing also.
Bitcoins price is getting higher and higher and it is equivalent to $462 at xapo today.
16900  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 06, 2016, 10:53:09 PM
Yeah. Bitcoin is better like gold...but how about dob? Where is?  ( only who know) talk in PM

BItcoin is better, but gold is better appreciated because it's got a better reputation for investors. Most of the investors don't understand the true potential of bitcoin.

For some reasons, yeah, bitcoin is better because we can use it very easy and convenient even though we cannot touch and see it. But we can use for different transactions particularly buying of online products.
