I love the way bitcoins always jump up in value right after I sell them...

We previously donated to other charity, but we also include organizations that protect freedom of speech.
You can see the list of previous donations here : http://en.charityad.org/Stats

So the most deserving charities get the least amount of money? I kid of course, I assume you will loop back through them at some point?

But seriously Reporters without Borders? Doctors without Borders maybe but seriously pick a more deserving charity next time please.
6  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB - X6500 FPGA MINER - US ONLY PLEASE on: March 13, 2013, 07:56:01 AM
I would PM EngMan, his post mentions taking paypal so that might be an easier option.
7  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] Cheap HDD (150+ GB) {US} on: March 11, 2013, 03:17:29 PM
I am looking to buy a cheap hard drive with a capacity of at least 150 GB for music storage. PM me or post offers here.

I am looking to purchase one, possibly two, class 10 SD card for my Pi, looking for offers for new SD cards. I don't need them pre-loaded with an OS as I can image them myself. PM me or leave an offer here. I am only interested in dealing with people who are willing to do escrow. Thanks.

All set now, mod feel free to delete.
9  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] up to 10 BTC with paypal at $35 each on: March 07, 2013, 01:48:37 AM
I am ready to buy.

At that price, +1.

Is this service only for newbies, or are you willing to work with us just barely not newbies?
11  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB 1.5 BTC for Paypal or Amazon GC on: March 03, 2013, 09:02:02 AM
I'm not 100% sure on Amazon GC but I know if they are payed for with a CC then that can be reversed and there is also the risk of it being already used or Amazon getting the money back if they have a lost/stolen card policy which I don't know if they do. If the card is bought with cash and you check Amazon's policies then it should be safe. Also, (s)he could be making legitimate offer and this may just all be in vain. Got to love the internet.

Edit: looked at the amazon site and the way I interpret their gift card terms and conditions, if the card is a physical card, bought with cash then they take no responsibility for lost or stolen cards. If it is bought online, then the purchaser can get a new card reissued by contacting Amazon.

Being just out of newbie lockdown, you probably won't have much luck due to the huge number of scammers. Not saying you are but also not saying you aren't. Your best bet would most likely be using www.virwox.com to buy SLL for PayPal and trading them for BTC or check around the forums for sites offering to do BTC <-> PP, just be sure to check for previous transactions to limit your risk.(is that better mr. Moderator?)
Best of luck in your endeavors.

Wish I had seen this earlier, but if you feel like being generous I am still within the 30 days of creating my account. Either way, cool idea to help new people and if you are feeling generous: LVtM6NJNzTEwrMi3U47srLCdCFf7vqtt47

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to sell XRPs at a fair market price AND then redeem BTC IOUs back to BTCs on: March 01, 2013, 02:19:35 AM
Can't seem to get anything to come up (either bid or ask) for bitstamp's order book, worked fine yesterday for me. Anyone else have this issue?

Edit: Found a fix, just had to change the currencies to be exchanged then change it back and presto, fixed.

Nice to see everything all together but it definitely makes "value" of XRP a difficult task to determine.
20  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying BTC! on: February 28, 2013, 03:43:13 AM
I'll buy a few hundred at $15/btc.  Then, give me 2-3 days, and I'll buy double the amount once again.
+1 to that, would love to find it at this price.
