Ich finde die Anpassungen der Regeln sehr sinnvoll. Auch wenn ich den Ban immer noch nicht so richtig nachvollziehen kann.
Es ist meiner Meinung nach eine reine Vorsichtsmaßnahme die theymos hier macht. So das eventuelle zukünftige probleme von diversen Mixern mit Behörden (Abschalten von Mixer Webseiten , und eventuelle illegale transaktionen), keinen Einfluß oder in Verbindung (Rufschädigend) mit dem Forum gemacht werden können. Ich kann die Entscheidung von theymos nachvollziehen und verstehen. Bzgl. der Einhaltung der Regeln gehe ich auch davon aus, dass sich ab dem 01.01.2024 einige hobbylose Nutzer auf die Suche machen werden, ob man nicht andere unliebsame Nutzer wegen angeblicher Regelverstöße aus dem Forum verbannen kann
Es wird mit Sicherheit solche Nutzer geben die das machen werden , aber das ist ja nichts neues. Solche User gibt es schon immer hier und war auch schon so als ich hier ins Forum gekommen bin. Ich hoffe, dass @mole0815 dann noch einmal eine deutschsprachige FAQ herausgeben könnte, sodass auch bei uns im Board dann keine Unklarheiten zu den neuen Regeln mehr bestehen. Wäre doch sehr schade, wenn Nutzer wegen eines solchen Bans das Forum verlassen müssten.
Falls gewünscht und mole0815 nichts dagegen hat können wir diesen Faden gerne als FAQ ab Januar nutzen. Wenn es soweit ist füge ich dann alle fix gemachten Regeln in den ersten Beitrag mit rein oder mole0815 macht es dann wenn es soweit ist. Dann könnte der Topic angepinnt werden und wir haben alles an einem platz von der entstehung her (wie , warum usw.) Diskussion über Mixer könnten dann auch hier gemacht werden wenn nötig. |

Bis zu finalen Fassung sind ja noch einige Tage und dann hoffe ich, dass die erste Zeit im neunen Jahr mit Augenmaß gemaßregelt wird.
Ich denke das hier dann mole0815 bestimmt wenn es dann soweit ist uns genau Aufklärt und uns wissen lässt was man darf und was nicht. Damit meine ich spezielle sachen wie das Diskutieren über einen Mixer oder solche sachen. Ich hatte es eigentlich von Anfang an so verstanden das diskussionen bezüglich Mixer erlaubt oder geduldet werden sofern , keine Links und Aufforderungen zu diesen oder jenen Mixer zu benutzen gemacht werden. Aber die finalen Regeln werden wir bestimmt im original Topic von theymos im Januar lesen können. Es wird 100% nach dem 1.1. eine Forumspolizei geben, die die Einhaltung der Regeln aufs schärfste überprüft und wohl auch mit Trusts droht bei Missachtung..
Ich denke eher das hier die Wortfilter greifen werden wenn bestimmte sachen geschrieben werden. Zudem werden mit sicherheit die Moderatoren vermehrt ein Auge auf diese sachen werfen. Sollte jemand das aber doch machen ist der trust eigentlich dann überflüßig da der User dann gebannt wird. |

Considering the current situation in the Bundesliga I don't think if Leverkusen's result was bad for this team and I guess even Leverkusen can be still hopeful for the Bundesliga title with the current performance they have right now. Even Xabi Alonso said he can't complain about the result because they were playing against Stuttgart and this team is also on the top side of the table.
I havnt seen the game between Stuttgart and Leverkusen and only readed the result of this game. Even if Leverkusen has lost this game it would be not a bad result for them , so i guess the draw they played is good for both teams. Talking about the title at the moment is a bit to early as there are so many games still and so many things can happen , but it looks good for Leverkusen and Stuttgart at the moment. Saddly my bet for this game was wrong and thought that Leverkusen will win it. |

Dortmund's performance has declined in their last 5 matches, but if Dortmund didn't lose 1 player in this match due to a red card then I think the result would be different. Dortmund could still score 2 goals even though they played with 10 players, but they couldn't do much because Leipzig were too good to beat.
Basically Leipzig is not very stable either, but they are still better than Dortmund this season. Of course not only in the Bundesliga, but Leipzig also performed well in the Champions League by securing a ticket to the round of 16. But considering that the competition is still long, there is no certainty whether a team and their position in the standings will change.
I havnt seen the game Dortmund vs Leipzig and yes i guess without the red card the match maybe has ended in a different way from what i have readed. To score 2 goals with only 10 players are very good , sad that they got the 3rd one in the 90 Min and score the other in the 92 Min. Everytime Bayern Munich will struggle most of the other close teams are doing the same , damn. |

It's a great win for Frankfurt. Imagine winning this game with a great margin. This has happened between the two teams 4 years back. On 2nd Nov, 2019, Frankfurt beat Bayern 5-1 exactly like it's happened today. I dont know what exactly happend in Frankfurt but i was positive shocked when i have seen the result against Bayern Munich. Even when my placed bet for a win for Munich was wrong i just love it that Munich got beaten in Frankfurt. There was some surprising result for now today , Union Berlin also got a win what i cant believe. |

Hoffeheim almost never wins against Bochum,
I won't bet and am more interested in other matches.
Looks like that this has now changed since yesterday Hoffenheim has won against Bochum and i am happy that my friday bet was right. For sure there are more important and interesting games this weekend , Frankfurt against Bayern Munich and Dortmund vs Leipzig. Normaly Munich should be win against Frankfurt but at home Frankfurt can be doing great things if they want. For the Dortmund game i let BVB win even its possible they lose this. |

Overall I think both teams are not in a good position - especially for Bochum, although this can be used as a benchmark about who has a greater chance but basically the final result really cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. But on the other hand it seems that I agree with you that Hoffenheim has a pretty big chance because they play at home, this is an advantage for those who already control the field and also on the other hand the difference in position in the standings is quite far with Bochum so maybe this can also be a reason why I will tend to be more confident in Hoffenheim.
Yeah both teams are not that realy good as the last season and i guess all 2 of them can be win today evening. I also believe more in Hoffenheim today and hopefully they will make it and get the 3 points.
But the most interesting game on the Weekend will be on Sunday when Stuttgart play against Leverkusen. Sad i cant watch it , i think that Leverkusen has the things to win in Stuttgart . |

If they defeat Bochum, Hoffenheim has a chance to improve their position. However, that is not at all easy for Hoffenheim
Its hard to say or to predict who will win the todays friday evening game between Hoffenheim and Bochum. On the paper and from the place on the table i would say that Hoffenheim will win at home and i also placed my bet on this result. But Bochum can beat them for sure , specialy after the last weekend where they won against Wolfsburg. I hope that Hoffenheim make it , but its all open today. |

Ist eigentlich ganz einfach , nimm deine jetzige BTC Adresse und geh einfach den Transaktionen nach her zurück bis zu diesem Datum.
Falls du willst kannst du mir deine BTC Adresse und das Datum schicken per PM und versuche dies dann herauszufinden.

Ich bin aber trotzdem am überlegen, ob ich nicht den Thread nach dem 1. Jänner einfach manuell lösche. Nicht, dass es dann irgendwann in ferner Zukunft mal heißt, ich hätte jemanden zur Nutzung von Mixern angestiftet. Von wem auch immer.
Den musst du nicht löschen , das Script das dann ab dem 1 Januar so wie ich es verstanden habe läuft entfernt die Links und die ganzen Topics werden dann Archiviert. Es kann auch möglich sein das er gelöscht wird , aber ich denke unser mole0815 hat da schon eine Anweisung wie was passiert dann. Wenn ich die neuen Regeln richtig verstanden habe, muss ich bei meiner Webmixer Anleitung eigentlich nichts machen? Wird da über das Board ein Skript laufen und alle Verlinkungen selbständig entfernen oder einfach sperren und in den Papierkorb verschieben? Mir würde es ncihts ausmachen die wenigen Verlinkungen zu entfernen oder ist das so nicht wirklich gewünscht? So in etwa hab ich das auch verstanden , das heißt auch das unser versuch mit dem ganzen herausfinden der Transaktionen so wie wir es vor hatten nun nicht mehr klappt. Danke für die Information und ich habe das auch nun in den ersten beitrag mit eingefügt. während theymos die volle Verantwortung als Foreneigentümer trägt. theymos will nur auf Nummer sicher gehen das eventuelle noch kommende Sachen in diese Richtung keine Schäden dem Forum zufügen.
