The Lazio team was in good form. Then today Lazio lost badly against Salernitana. Lazio lost today with a margin of 3-1. At the end of the first half, however, the lead was 1-0. But Lazio's performance in the second half continued to weaken. Salernitana scored 3 goals in a row. Lazio's players were unable to put up any resistance. I didn't think Lazio would lose so badly in a home match.
Horrible performance by Lazio and before the match if you asked me i would say i would have placed a bet on Lazio and scoring 3 goals and they are unbeaten in the last eight matches and the odds for Salernitana scoring above 2.5 goals was over 8 if i remember correctly Undecided. May be revenge by Salernitana for the last season as Lazio scored three goals each at home and away matches.

I read that he drops Silva in the last round and he won in the judges scorecard, good for him.

Maybe he will go for another retired MMA fighter next.
It was a good fight and Jake Paul was able to knockdown Anderson Silva in the last round with a counter and i wished it was a 12 round bout and Jake Paul improved a lot and now i would like to fight against legit boxers even though majority of the boxers are ducking him. In the post fight interview he called out Nate Diaz and that is the route it will be going as Nate Diaz also showed interesting in boxing.

Strong teams like Australia, England and Pakistan are already struggling to reach the semi while weak teams are on the top of the table  Cheesy
Don't be mad at me, I am just kidding. India is the only team who have won all of their matches.
India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are the only teams who were lucky enough to have full matches without any rain interruption and in the upcoming rounds this might change. Match against South Africa and India would determine who will be leading the group as South Africa have a really high net run rate. Pakistan needs to win the rest of the matches and they need to keep up with the Net run rate as well and the pressure is on them to perform and it is not impossible.

Mate i like a good humor 🤝.

There are so many complaints about bots and scams and those are the major area Elon intends to tackle. Hopefully, with this new ownership, we are going to see Twitter in a different state.
It is not just the bots and scams, all the idealogues who wants to suppress anyone who have a different view which is silly to its core and the shadow bans they implemented according to the wimps will be take care by Elon Musk and hopefully we will see a level playing field and that is my expectations.

He already appointed engineers from Tesla to review the Twitter codes and hopefully we will be seeing the change in a short period.

First half and Chelsea has already conceded 3 goals of which 2 of those goals are Own goals from Loftus-Cheek and Chalobah. Its been unbelievable and Brighton Hove Albion is making it look so easy. There performance have been something properly cooked up. They won Manchester United and evn in the game against Manchester City which they lost, they were able to win in bal possession against a team like Manchester City, known for bing in control of there matches.
I don't think there would be any chance of comeback for Chelsea in this encounter.
Terrible ball control in front of the goal post and defense by Chelsea and hence they conceded two own goals but you should not forget the incredible saves by the Brighton goalie Robert Sánchez and i have seen a few sure certain goals that were saved by him. 20 minutes left in this match and i am expecting  one more goal from Chelsea and hopefully they will be able to score against Sánchez.

Edit:
Brighton once again scored during the injury period and a terrible day for Chelsea ended Grin.

Against Zimbabwe Sikandar Raza was the man between Pakistan winning and loosing and then they only needed 3 runs to win the match from the last 3 balls and they messed that completely.
The odds for Zimbabwe winning were over 13 at this point and who would have thought Pakistan would loose the match  Cry.

But, in my opinion now cricket is in advance stage and all boards are having good profit from franchise leagues which can cover the cost of stadiums with rooftops, and we can do this all in better way because right now we have the biggest event in cricket sport and this all is ruined by ran with top teams are having more frustration with this like we have today
Having a roof top stadiums is expensive to maintain to begin with and even the richest clubs are not able to maintain them and then the main issue is that a cricket ball is hit a long way and with T20s you will see many boundary balls touching the roof as there is a limit on how high the roof can be. Then there is the climate aiding the bowlers, if there is no wind assistance there wont be any swing and with the modern bats it will be a bowlers hell.

Rain is spoiling the interest for sure and at the end of the day net run rate will be taken into account if matches are washed away like this and we might not see the best team facing in the semi finals.

But they spent $15 billion and we can't see anything about it except a few promo videos, those videos look good for sure, but as some other people are saying, how many of us don't have/use VR?! Metaverse is just an idea, in my opinion, it's a digital future like we saw in the movies, but I guess the world will is not ready for that!
I can be wrong, technology is advancing with incredible speed, but for now, I didn't see anything except big words. When I get to check some final product (or close to it) I will see is there a future in Metaverse or not.
Meta had huge plans and they spent a lot of money but you need to look in retrospect at the stock price plummet it had after changing to Meta, it was a huge publicity stunt but they lost over $700 billion in valuation after that change and the wealth of Mark Zuckerberg is falling and it keeps on falling like a pack of cards every month and i am certain they will think about their future if things are going like this.

I do have a VR headset and there were not many videos 5 years ago but now things are changing because of the newfound interest and lets see how perfect it can be in the future and whether the trend will continue if the stock market keeps on plummeting.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Want KYC at Crypto Casinos During Registration? on: October 28, 2022, 11:01:22 AM
~
Let's say I'm a legal multimillionaire, will I really send my documents confirming the origin of funds to every casino if I decide to play in it? I don't think this will suit anyone. But to go through the KYC procedure and then not receive any questions from the tax inspectorate (because they already see that I am a legal millionaire and do not wash money in the casino) will suit me.
I would assume that even millionaires who wage a large amount of money will be undergoing KYC rather than providing fake documents because majority are waging huge amount of money. Drake story about gambling in stake was initially covered in an article regarding a UFC event and now they are official partners and even during UFC 280 i heard a couple of podcasters talking about placing a bet on stake worth $50k for Sean O'Malley and i am sure they need to undergo KYC.

I doubt online casinos will be giving out information about anything to any authority unless there is a scrutiny during any investigation and they data regarding any transactions.

This is exactly what I am trying to prove: the KYC procedure should free you from the need to prove the purity of funds. If a person has identified himself, then the casino has nothing to worry about, since in case of problems this person will be punished by the tax police. And I don't know why you think casinos don't provide player data to government agencies. I think that most provide data because otherwise they would not have licenses in the territory of those countries and would be banned.
The only reason is there are 195 countries and these online casinos are registered in one country for their licenses and if that particular licensing authorities ask them to provide the details they might furnish them, but you think with 100s of casinos online the tax authorities of all these 195 countries will be contacting all these online casinos about who is gambling in their platform. Not sure if that is even possible that they will be providing all the information to multiple countries just to be on the good side  Cheesy Wink.

If i make a public statement that i am gambling in so and so website, the tax authorities who is monitoring my activities might check with that platform and the casino might furnish those details. With 100s of online casinos and if i am not using the banking system to fund those casino, how the tax authorities will know about my gambling activities. Unless the source of my cryptocurrency is tainted and it is under scrutiny i will be under investigation but the chances that the same investigating authority will be from my country that i am paying the tax is remotely small.
810  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market likely over? on: October 27, 2022, 10:53:07 PM
Seems the bear market is likely going soonest. Congratulations in advance to those who bought low and those hodling for a long time. There is likely going to be a new all time high to be achieved before this year comes to an end. If you can, fill up your bag but do your own research.

What do you all think about the sudden bounce back and price increase on Bitcoin of lately?
A bounce of $1500 and it is a recurring theme. It bounced and now you can see that the market is taking another break. To expect the market to reach an all time high valuation before the end of this year is a good Wishlist but that is not going to happen if you checked the past market performance. Considering these as opportunities to fill in your bag for the next halving and then the market will rally but this time around there are some barriers in the form of inflation and the fear of recession. So anything is possible in the next 4 years.
811  Economy / Economics / Re: Can A Redesign of A Countries Currency Note Improve Its Economy? on: October 27, 2022, 07:55:38 PM

One of the reasons the Nigerian government printed the new Raira design is to suppress the circulation of counterfeit money by irresponsible people. Each new currency issued has a number of advantages, including a design that is easier to identify, increased security so that it is not easily counterfeited and increased durability so that it does not get worn out and damaged quickly.
The specific reason the Nigerian government is telling is to curb the counterfeiting but some reports says that the issue is not that big and are blown out of proportion and in one of the old reports from the central bank i could find, says that less than 1% of the currencies are counterfeited.

Another aspect that is said for the change in design is control the ransom payment due to kidnapping and terrorism. I am not aware of the crime rate and how frequent are these issues to have a major change in the economy.

Amazing turnaround for Zimbabwe who many on social media are saying this is revenge for fake Mr Bean that Pakistan gave them several years ago lol but this to me is a perfect example of Pakistan underestimating their opponent, and now they have to pay for it. So many upsets in this World Cup, it makes sense to keep betting on the weaker team!
Was not aware of the the Pakistani Mr Bean, searched online for that and it looks like a good impersonation. The problem Pakistan had coming into this tournament is their middle order and even in this match they failed to perform and it was an unexpected upset as i thought Pakistan would chase down the total.

Two unexpected upsets in the form of Ireland against England and now Pakistan. Expecting further upsets if rain disrupts the match and duckworth lewis method is really confusing as the number of wickets lost is taking as the main aspect in determining the result  Undecided.

It seems that this world cup will be influenced by rain too much and you will need the luck to move on in this tournament.

Take the example of the Ireland Vs England match, if the match was not interrupted there were chances that Englan would have chased the runs. As we have seen the teams could even chase 12 to 15 runs in a few overs and win the match.
The biggest problem is when you are placing a bet on the match as the duckworth lewis is burning a hole with all the rain affected match. There is no denying that Ireland played well but even i do believe that they would have chased the score and placed a bet even though the odds were not that great and then end up loosing.

Another match between Afghanistan and NZ is also abandoned because of the rain. Maybe NZ would have won this match. Previously Zimbabwe and South Africa match was canceled and both teams got one point each. In this case, zimbabwe was lucky to get one point and south Africa of course was unlucky.

In the end the net run rate will be a huge factor as teams share these points and New Zealand would have won the match and South Africa was really unlucky once again in the World Cup due to rain.

As long as they are getting paid, they’ll accept it without understanding the project itself.
You can only know a limited celebrities who really cares about their projects they are promoting and it’s good to follow them instead of the most popular celebrities. We should not depend on anyone though, they can spread awareness but it’s our job to analyze it and confirm if it’s a good project or not. Our decision at the end should always be based on the data and not based on anyone’s advice, you’ll succeed more if you do your own strategy.
Do not follow any influencers as they will promote anything if they get the money like you mentioned. I have not seen any genuine investors who take their time checking the product. We see those analysis in this forum mostly without any bias if there is something fishy about a project which has got a lot of hype.
The rest of them are paid promoters and Kim Kardashian does have a huge dumb following so it is necessary to restrict these type of promotions Cheesy.

Sri Lanka lost because of their poor batting. It would be wrong to blame their bowlers here. A target of 158 is not enough to win against a team like Australia. Also the pitch was not bowling-friendly. If they were able to give a target like 180, the match would have been competitive. The target was low, so Australia won easily. But Marcus Stoinis's performance was really good. He hit 6 over boundaries and hit 4 boundaries. If the Australian batsmen are able to continue such amazing form, Australia will be one of the favorites to become the champions.
If not for the innings from Marcus Stoinis, there were chances that Sri Lanka could defend the total. Yes they could have set a huge total but they did not, Aaron Finch was struggling to connect the ball properly and he played 7 overs for his 31 Cheesy.

Even odds started to move when Glenn Maxwell got out to a splendid catch and just then i placed a bet on Australia hoping Marcus Stoinis could clear the ropes as this is his home ground and he played one of his best innings when the team needed.

Right now it's all too early what will happen and how things could be solved because right now T20 World Cup is playing in Australia and after this we have no main event for around four to five months hopefully things could be clear or as right now situation is going into Pakistan we can expect change of venue can happen because few hours back I read former Prime Minister announces his long waited long march for new elections, so we have to wait and watch all things because I am personally feeling most chances this could be switched like we have from India to the UAE just because of Corona situation.
If the political situation is clear and they are able to provide security for the tournament there is no need to change the venue, if India is not willing to play the tournament citing security issues, they need to penalize them for the damages  Grin. India is travelling to Pakistan for Hockey and other sporting events as far as i understand and only Cricket is having restrictions.

Typical India Pakistan match and the pressure. India need 16 runs to win from the final over and full credits to Virat Kohli for taking the game deep while Hardik Pandya was struggling even though he scored runs.

Virat Kohli took the team home, now just need 6 runs in 3 balls. I never expected India to win the match even though i placed a bet at 6.40 odds when India lost the 4th wicket. Lot of drama, spinner bowling a no ball and now 3 byes in the free hit after the ball hitting the stumps. Typical drama and now 2 runs from 2 balls  Cheesy.

Edit:
Drama continues, Dinesh Karthik is gone, need 2 runs from 1 ball  Cheesy.

Bowled a wide again and the scores are level  Cheesy

India won the match from an impossible situation  Kiss.

Fast forward - Dustin Poirier is about to face Michael Chandler on UFC 281. He is going to be next Makhachevs opponent. P.S. I did not get that "Makhachev vs Volkakovski in Australia". Volkanovski is going to lightweight ? Was it just for the show or they really gonna do it? If yes, then Volkanovski is in deep trouble, as a wrestler is someone who would easy win him.
It is an unfortunate situation for Beneil Dariush who is on a 8 fight winning streak and he is the one that has to get the title opportunity and was the back up fighter for the main event if something falls apart but then Alexander Volkanovski wanted to be the back up fighter and Dana and team approved that and Alexander Volkanovski was the back up fighter for the main event which means he gets the next title shot in Perth UFC 284 and Khabib and Islam Makhachev even called him out as the next challenger.

It will be a great fight as Alexander Volkanovski is on a 22 fight winning streak, he will be tricky for Islam Makhachev because of his small stature and his strong frame and as a fight fan i would love to see these fights.

You gonna love this guys: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqKv8PZccbM Khamzat Chimaev pushed Abubakr Nurmagomedov. Dont know the source of their conflict. In comment people say that that is due to envy.
Khamzat Chimaev is crazy and he threw the first punch and he was invited to the event by Abu Dhabi and now with this situation against Abubakar Nurmagomedov who is in Khabib's team, Khamzat will loose many endorsements and opportunities he should have got because Khabib is a really influential individual in GCC especially in the Emirates.

I guess that's it for TJ, post fight interview against DC, he says that he got his shoulders injured in April but he didn't want this fight to be cancelled so he goes with and fight.

And we all know that shoulders is one of the most important parts of the body that this guy needed so it's just a matter of time before he blew it off and lost the fight.
T.J. Dillashaw is a pussy and a coward, in the post fight interview in the cage he claimed that he popped his shoulder 20 times and still he wanted to fight so that he could get into the cage and pop his shoulder once again Roll Eyes. He never mentioned his shoulder issue to the commission nor informed the UFC but he informed just before the referee briefing minutes before he walks out to fight that he is having issue with his shoulder and might pop out during the fight.
820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 22, 2022, 07:54:30 PM
Have you noticed, that Khabib was in Belal Muhammad corner? Rather surprising for me. Never thought they were such friends, and Khabib took such responsibility and lose some mental energy on this fight, when he is to be in his brother corner and Makhachev corner as well.
Belal Muhammad was training in Khabib's camp and he is in his team now and hence Khabib was in his corner for the fight.

Petr Yan won the fight according to me and i have no idea which fight the judges were watching to give Sean O'Malley the victory Roll Eyes. Petr Yan was controlling the fight and the judges saw otherwise.

Co main and Main Event coming up and if this is the way the judges are scoring, it will be ridiculous.

Edit: T.J. Dillashaw popped his left shoulder and Aljamain Sterling mauled him in the first round.

Edit:

1)Main event is finally here, BJJ vs Sambo Wink.

2)What a dominating first round by Islam Makhachev. The judo throw was great.

3)Damn Islam Makhachev submits Charles Oliveira the greatest finisher in UFC history .

Stupid judges messed my parlay on the Petr Yan decision.
