25  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 1.2 Bitcoin for UK Bank Transfer. on: June 01, 2013, 06:14:12 PM
If escrow is offered, then I don't see a problem. Maybe contact John.

Tried to go this route but she stopped contact after it was time for escrow.
Me too. I think she is trying and failing to scam someone. I also thing she is a he.
I dont think any girl knows what a bitcoin is lol.
26  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] 5.5 Bitcoins in Australia. on: June 01, 2013, 05:57:47 PM
you can send it, but i'll recive much less than the price you send (i think).
Also can use paypal, but will need a higer price cause of the risk.
lol, hell no.
I dont mind sending you the money at a higher price if it is what you will recieve, but im not going first.
Last time I did:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=218394.0

I got scammed.

We can use escrow if interested.

I do have previous transactions also, which I can link you to.
but sending money by paypal or bank transfer? i have no problem to send first, i read your topics and comentarys on bitcoin talk, i think i can trust you.
I was talking bank transfer, I dont mind using an escrow service either.
I also have other history on other forums too. If you can wait around an hour, I should be getting around £260 from a TV I sold on HF. £260 is roughly $400 AUSD.
How much btc can I get with that?
Lets take away $15 from teh $400 just to assum fees. So how much btc can I get with $385?

OK, lets see in 1 hour, i just sell 2.5 BTC.
How much austrailian dollars would 2.5 cost? That way I can work out the UK price.
If your happy to sell, we can discuss confidential info via PM?

31  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Was Anyone Here involved with Bitcoin when it was valued at mere Pennies? on: June 01, 2013, 03:47:43 PM
I had 500$ that I was ready to buy at around a couple cents, but then I decided it would be a waste of money.

Imagine when they were $0.50 each.
You would have $128,000 Shocked
32  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: windows reinstall. how to not to lose my btc. on: June 01, 2013, 03:43:12 PM
Theres no point saving it if there is nothing in it.

If there is something, put the wallet.dat on a usb.
Or store it somewhere or give to someone.
