I made a money gram transfer to BitInstant via ZipZap at CVS yesterday. Then received an email from BitInstant with a link to redeem my BTC via Coinapult. When I click the link, the Coinapult page says “You have: 0 BTC.”
I emailed support yesterday and Rachel responded saying that I would receive an email with a new link yesterday. I still haven't received an email with a new link and need to access the BTC asap.
Can you help? Thanks!
