Please do this first before doing anything else 👇🏼

1. Refund the 2 members who were rugged & refused Cygan’s offer like right now…
chronicsky - 0.055BTC
Mitchell - 0.0125BTC

I agree this is a valid option.
3  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] Polymerbit Crypto Collectors note & 1000 mbtc Coldkey prototype on: January 04, 2024, 10:47:09 PM
From our archives, we see a total of 13 notes issued. I'm unsure if more were printed. But what I can say is that all were handed to Zepher.

The second is quite a rare test print that was brought to Geneva and presented officially. It was a collab with Cold Key...

That party was incredible. Truly memorable.

R.I.P. Zepher. you were a legend.

I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Rebel for a piece at the 2023 Bitcoin Amsterdam gallery.

He shares our values, and I'm looking forward to see his further involvement on this forum.
5  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] [CAUTION] Polymerbit 10 year Anniversary (2019) notes (Keys by Yogg). on: December 23, 2023, 12:46:09 PM
Offer still stands for replacement.

As of 23.12.2023, the note in my collection is still intact and loaded. Nevertheless, we still recommend peeling.

The website has tricked us before. Luckily, we managed to change passwords in time.

7  Economy / Collectibles / [INFO] [PSA] Sending unloaded / loaded collectibles to and from Europe on: December 19, 2023, 11:32:23 AM
Since the new regulation of January 2023, EU customs has started to verify the loaded balance on paper wallets and coins.

Bitcoin is now considered to be currency, transport without declaration is illegal.

Items with a loaded value of above 1000 euro may be seized for unauthorised money transmission. This is why most makers actually should only load once the item is the the hands of the collector.

We've been asked to consult DHL and Dutch customs on how to check for these balances.

When shipping an item; even with correct declaration, be prepared for thorough checks.

Our webshop is also now live.

10  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] POLYMERBIT NOTES!! Many styles and denominations on: November 21, 2023, 05:17:02 PM
After a bit of discussion with the team...

While it's true that the notes were underpriced and not covering costs, it wasn't fair of me to adjust without warning.

So, all Bitcointalk members will have the opportunity this week to acquire notes at the original MSRP.

Free intl. shipping. is covered by Polymerbit until Monday next week.

Just got a bunch back from PCGS Cool Really nice having these slabbed

I saw on Twitter there would be a Christmas note. Do you know if you will have any for sale? Would like to get one if possible

Both Minerjones and Mitchell have been sent the Christmas notes. They should be on sale by Dec 1st.

Love it!

I have a bunch of the newer btc notes and the quality and detail on them is outstanding. Can’t wait to see future releases  Cool

Thank you! I'm quite excited for the chapters ahead. We are stating to focus on larger artworks and certificates as well.

Can't wait to make notes that are displayed Smiley

If I understand that right, that would mean there could be e.g. new ETH Polymerbit notes, including your logo, just not made by you..?
Or am I missing something...

In practice this means we sold rights to a third party. Bitcoin exclusive Polymerbits from now on.

No, what it means is we provide the know how and assistance to produce other wallets. But they will never be under the Polymerbit name again.

The brand is finally focused on BTC. All the newest tech will always first be in a Poly btc note.

14  Economy / Collectibles / [ANN] Bitcoin Exclusive from now on. on: October 31, 2023, 06:29:25 PM
To commemorate fifteen years of Bitcoin...

I'm happy to announce that today all shareholders agreed to drop all other cryptocurrency projects under the Polymerbit brand name.

In practice this means we sold rights to a third party. Bitcoin exclusive Polymerbits from now on.
15  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] Polymerbit notes - 0.2 BTC and 0.2 BTC Test V2 on: September 15, 2023, 09:20:46 PM
The custom serial number caught our attention. We can confirm Lot 2 is actually a 1 of 1.

It was made a gift in 2017, as a unique request. This is one of the earliest notes printed in-house on polymer.

We got our polymer printers in June 2017.

Lot one was also printed in house, but it is printed on teslin and uses a now obsolete print method.
16  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO] [DISCUSSION] Polymerbit Behind the Scenes Thread on: September 12, 2023, 02:40:04 PM
This is still very much in progress, but we're compiling a list of every single polymerbit ever made and what we know about them:
17  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Looking for USA silver dollars Morgans or Peace on: September 02, 2023, 08:39:30 PM
Your best bet is probably APMEX.

Since the pandemic, prices of even the lowest grade Morgans & Peace dollars have gone up.

Alot of people are hoarding silver coins. I've seen LCS in the states (MAY 2023) ask over 40% premium above spot on junk.

Somewhat unrelated, but Morgan dollars were never traditionally rolled. They came in bags. Anyone who tries to sell you a roll with a nice ender on it is most likely a bad deal.

To anyone thinking of selling, know your mint marks (such as CC, O, S). They can carry a substantial numismatic premium.
18  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] TWO COINS on: August 14, 2023, 08:25:59 AM
Excellent work, it gives the coins an almost cast appearance.

I'm very curious to know what laser system you have used. Our tests proved inconclusive.
19  Economy / Collectibles / Re: I'm Selling My Huge Coin Collection on: August 04, 2023, 10:59:40 AM
While prices may be a bit different depending on the market, I was a UK based coin and banknote dealer.

Unfortunately, most of what you have there are normal circulation non numismatic coins worth face value.

Any exchange that accepts coins will pay way below that (50-70%).

Even worse... The other coins you showed seem to be "pattern" coins that don't have any numismatic value either.

These are commonly found in markets intended to dupe buyers into thinking they bought silver. They are modern fakes made in China.

For example:

No such quarter exists. The quality is the same across the other pattern coins.

In the event that the seller posts the rest of his collection...

There are many high quality counterfeits that make images insufficient to be able to authenticate.

There are also examples of correct weighted coins (such as the saint gaudens $20) which were faked in the Middle East before 1970 to
get around US gold restrictions.

So if any higher end coins are listed by the seller... I strongly suggest to potential buyers that they have the coins tested while in escrow.

Caution is advised.

To the seller...

If you could, I suggest you post clear images of the rest of the collection.

You can use sites like to catalogue them.

20  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WARNING] Sol Noctis Bull Coin Keys Compromised / Scam on: June 25, 2023, 04:19:20 PM
So if I understood correctly, at the time it was considered a scam because people couldn't redeem?

Or are the keys at risk of being compromised (even if they haven't as of yet)?
