Bitcoins came through. Thanks for the help. I'm sure you guys are just having some issues right now, and that's understandable, but please try to help these other folks who aren't as patient, so they can stop snitching to the government.

Hi, I'm a bit new to this, so forgive me if I'm a bit too "nooblike". I made my first purchase of bitcoins a few days ago through Moneygram/Zip zap. I got my coins within a few minutes. Today I decided to make another purchase. I got an email from zip zap saying that my payment was sucessfully processed, and an order update email from support@bitinstant showing the amount as sent. This was around 3:30pm today, and as of 11:04pm (easten) my bitcoins still have not been deposited into my account. Since this is only my second time making a deposit I'm really not sure what a reasonable time is that I should wait before seeking assistance. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure you'll need some information from me in order to be able to help. I'm not sure what, but I have all the documentaion for the order when you need it.
