221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You lose more when you over trade on: December 22, 2023, 02:28:42 PM
Call it a day when you have made more than your minimum or exactly minimum. You don't have to go that much with your trades and try hard.

Forcing it might even lose you just as what you're saying on the title. Don't over trade and avoid being greedy. That's what will help you to survive on the market.

Sometimes it's friendly but most times, it's not. That's why protect yourself from the market and as well as your profits too.

I confirm that I messaged you with my LTC address as requested.

We haven't worked a lot but I'm loving it and hopefully that we'll be able to work for so long for this 2024 and years to come. And I've already given you my vouch before. Smiley

OP doesnt realise how fiat works..(laws, politics, economics)
.. looks like he just wants someone to airdrop him some free money..

..
...
....(facepalm)
Yeah, that's likely what he wants.

He thinks that by making a new currency is going to give him easy money. I guess that he was inspired during the height of pandemic where most countries have distributed aid and money to everyone to fight the hardship during that time.

But it's no longer needed this time and we're all for the better economy through the means that we do. No airdrop, no unity for you this time OP.
224  Economy / Gambling / Re: Responsible gambling on: December 21, 2023, 10:02:45 PM
Here are two things to take note of before gambling
1.have a budget:it's very crucial to set a budget, decide how much money you are comfortable spending on gambling
Always stake what you can afford to lose. Have a limit and stick to it, doing it this way wouldn't put you under
Pressure and anxiety
Always be in control because there are gamblers that even they say that they have full control of themselves but when they get emotional, that's where it all starts to gamble more than the amount they can afford lose.

2.Take breaks:This is a very important point..gambling can be very addicting especially when we start excepting a lot from it
From the first point I made I said you should always stake what you can afford to lose but it's important to
Take regular breaks especially when your losses are more than your wins.give yourself time to recover cause it's all about maintaining a healthy balance...I hope this helps someone out there
It will help someone to get reminder but there will still be a lot of gamblers that will ignore all of these tips from everyone. Because they think that they're still in full control but in actuality, they're not.

You see a lot of old time gamblers that can be said have control over their spending habits in gambling. But you see their story, they've got some times that they have gambled like there's no tomorrow. So, people change and that's one thing for sure even in gambling.
225  Economy / Gambling / Re: MEGA:PARI |SPORTS & CASINO| SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN on: December 21, 2023, 08:40:44 PM
Hi, I just want to follow up another question.

Does this means that you're accepting the users that use VPN to access MegaPari? Because some casinos don't allow that but if so flagged by the system.

They will be subjected to KYC for which I think is a standard procedure for the majority of the casinos just like MegaPari.

Hi! In countries where we operate, using a VPN is not against the rules.
Thanks.

That's actually a good consideration for those who wants to use VPN. As long as they are from a country that you support your operations then there's no problem at all.

You can use VPN in certain situations, however, the responsibility for potential violation of local laws is the players' own.
Yes, it's the players cargo about such local laws that are subject to it but still a great consideration from you guys.

Hi do you accept UK users using a VPN to play on your sportsbook only?

Hi! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not operate in UK countries

I think the response already state it clearly,  because the megapari team response was clear abd direct which means user from the UK are not accepted since he said their don't operate in the UK.
So anyone thag uses a VPN to access the casino from restricted countries may be doing so at their own risk and whatever bwcome the result should be blame on the players.
It doesn't answer the question directly about usage of VPN and that's why I am asking. OP is a UK resident and their answer corresponds directly to him as UK country.

That's why I am asking just to understand it more if it's allowed or not. Like if I am in a country that's not restricted and I want to use a VPN because most of us these days are using it.

Well, I might be confused if I don't get it clear or if the answer is there already so my bad then.

They will learn the lesson there if they don't use stop loss.

It doesn't matter whether you trade in the futures or the spot but doing every trade with a stop loss is a discipline that you have built over the period of time.

And with such, you're going to bring that whenever you do some other trades be it in the crypto market or with any other market that usually allows these features to be.

It may sound silly, even in spot trading we also need to place a stop loss. This is very helpful if the coin we are trading experiences a sharp decline. This is very possible considering that in crypto sharp increases and decreases of up to hundreds of percent can occur.
Yup.

In all of the trades that we do, we need to set it. But if you're comfortable that you're not needing it, that's you and probably you're one of the best traders in the world. Because with what I know, even the greatest, they have their stop loss.

With the volatility of cryptocurrencies have and a trader that's aware of it, you can't time the market and it's always been unpredictable that's why you will need to have it as a help to your trades.

And many cases occur which cause our balance to be completely drained.
And we're all negligible with all the actions we do and this is our money as well, so like what I've been hearing before that if we take care of it while we trade, it will also take care of us.
229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 19, 2023, 11:47:26 PM
So there's always the two sides of the story but it was just seen when Draymond Green is the one that seems to be the bad guy. I didn't know the other incidents that been done by him but it's true that these fines won't stop him.

I think that he should just stop being like that. It's an attitude problem that's gonna be hard to remove. Whoever goes first is a matter of fact but the actions that he also does doesn't make him a protector of his mates.

He's way just too physical and if there will be no heavier fines, this time, it's time for him to just stop being too aggressive with any contacts that's been done to him or to any of his teammates. Sometimes it's just too overreacting, maybe him or us fans.

There are always 2 sides to the story, but apparently Draymond Green is not the type of person to just sit idly and do nothing well, Draymond Green is a man of action and he will not let that one slide that is for sure, but maybe you are right if he can control himself and not retaliates I think the other team or that particular player will not make a move that make him pissed, because maybe the other teams really know that Draymond Green is quick to explode as this is going to be a bad day for the Warriors play if they try to eject him,
Well, this can even be a tactic let's say that they go to the finals.

The opposing team will just have to piss him off and they're all good to go and there goes one of their key players is gone out of the game indefinitely.

That's why he just need to calm down as well, whether he's a man of action and won't sit around tolerating things. He has to weigh things no matter what the situation is.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin create an opportunity to reduce poverty? on: December 19, 2023, 10:06:14 PM
It is no doubt that it is one of the best opportunities that each of us got into. So, if you're asking about creating an opportunity and reducing poverty then certainly it is true.

But you don't have to say as if it's the hope of the nations. Maybe but don't make it too dependable with that because not everyone is going to like what you're saying.

Stop also the rants and get all along with your own focus and make your own economy situation way better than before to be a living proof that Bitcoin did all of those for you.
231  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best decision you can take on: December 19, 2023, 08:41:09 PM
You don't have to have that exceeding emotions when you trade because that's definitely going to affect you when you.

There's no need for you to take it along with your trades. Set aside the emotions and deal with what's going to be your trades emotionless so that, you can do every action that's needed to be made.

Just don't intervene your trades with emotion so that executions that you're about to make are going to be perfect. If there's a need for you to cut loss then you can cut the losses.
Actions like this are probably ignored by many and we think that the price will recover or continue. Sometimes people still don't care about placing Stop Loss and Take Profit. Even though this is very important and mandatory in my opinion.
They will learn the lesson there if they don't use stop loss.

It doesn't matter whether you trade in the futures or the spot but doing every trade with a stop loss is a discipline that you have built over the period of time.

232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which type of gambling have more gambling addicts ? on: December 18, 2023, 10:00:50 PM
I don't know if this has been discussed before or not.

Reading about gambling addiction I don't think it's a new topic, but fitting to be in here, I just want to ask: between casino gambling, in-house gambling, and one-on-one gambling with physical players available on the table, which among these is more likely to turn someone into a gambling addict if the person doesn't have self-control in all his gambling activities?
Regardless of what type in there with the choices that you've mentioned, as long as it is gambling and it is too much then that makes someone lose his control.

Anything that's enjoyable and can make someone go that much will definitely have a potential to him addicted into it. Majority if not all of the gambling activities and games are addicted when you are not noticing it.

Now are days I see much or all this in house gamblers becoming addicted and acting weird over gambling results, and walking down into some betting shop, you will see most of those gamblers spending their whole day in the gambling shop, which made me have the above question.
That's the same to be honest with online gambling. We just can't see everyone's faces getting disappointed when we're losing and happy faces when we're winning.

I know any form of gambling can produce gambling addicts, but among all, there is one that is most common, which is what I want to hear from others.
Well then, IMO it's online casino gambling.

And it's not a requirement that you have to trade at all times. You know that this market is such a brutal market and if you're even more than a risk taker and you like getting into futures, you'll get butchered there by the market if you're not going to use your patience.

Many newbies think that a trader should be active at all times. Well, in fact, a good trader is patient and is a good observant. Knows when to get in and get out.

Sometimes all you need to do is to apply extra patience while reading the charts and also some news in the market.

Correct. The more we sell and buy, the greater the emotions involved in each trading action. And this is not very good for trading activities. Where emotions play a role, the greater the possibility of experiencing losses.
You don't have to have that exceeding emotions when you trade because that's definitely going to affect you when you.

There's no need for you to take it along with your trades. Set aside the emotions and deal with what's going to be your trades emotionless so that, you can do every action that's needed to be made.

Everything you say is true and fact. Apart from knowledge and good analysis, we also need experience. Sometimes experience makes us more confident in our strategies and trading methods in the past. What the OP said is not wrong, but it would be good for us to know and learn basic and important things. Because here we use real money, which may be investment money or money that we hope will be useful in the future, so it would be a shame if it was wasted in vain.
And it's not a requirement that you have to trade at all times. You know that this market is such a brutal market and if you're even more than a risk taker and you like getting into futures, you'll get butchered there by the market if you're not going to use your patience.

235  Economy / Gambling / Re: Banned from RollBit for Italian users on: December 17, 2023, 11:09:54 PM
They are targeting Napoli fans and they're global so, they can still be part of that casino if they are sponsoring it.

Next time, tell your friend that he should be aware of the terms and conditions so that he'd be able to choose the casino that he won't get banned.

Like, it's going to be the first basis of his priority factor to choose if the casino is available on your country or not.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 17, 2023, 09:09:07 PM
I think that Suspension is not going to fix the Draymond Green problem, and you can see the list just will continue, the hitting below the belt on LeBron James, the Stomping on Domantas Sabonis, the Headlock on Rudy Gobert, the latest Jusuf Nurkić, and the Fiasco over Jordan Poole, for sure Draymond Green deserves the ejection, suspension and fine, but we didn't see the real picture on why did Draymond Green retaliated like that, I think it will not stop if the NBA didn't give any punishments to the people that started it all even though it is just a faint action they make I think it is the cause of all the commotion that is happening the LeBron James incident were Bron walk over Draymond Green I think that is disrespectful, The Domantas Sabonis ankle lock that led to stomping, and the Rudy Gobert even though he is not trying to hurt Klay I think Rudy Gobert should stop his teammates and not other teammates and I think that is the one that got Draymond Green heated up and try to protect Klay, next is Jusuf Nurkić grabbing the Jersey of Green, that led to a retaliation swing, and lastly the Jordan Poole Fiasco as we all know Jordan Poole have said something to Draymond Green that led to that and we all know that Jordan Poole has some issues with his attitude,

I am saying all this because I think the NBA should also give credit to the people who started it all and not to the one who initiated the hurt even though the holding of Jersey is not that high I think Draymond just got irritated about it but one thing is for sure Draymond Green didn't initiates all of it,
So there's always the two sides of the story but it was just seen when Draymond Green is the one that seems to be the bad guy. I didn't know the other incidents that been done by him but it's true that these fines won't stop him.

237  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: December 16, 2023, 09:48:22 PM
The problem is they are the one who give a 30 days window to withdraw balance of affected customer. This means that they should be active on answering emails since they only give limited window time to claim yet most of the user here reported unanswered email.

You’re right that Betnomi coming back for refund is already a miracle but my concern is why they need to have a window time on for withdrawal funds while they will take longer to analyze all the submission.
Maybe they are working on something and that's why they put a window but I do understand the others that probably still have funds on their betnomi accounts and are busy in real life and are not aware of this update from them.

The only hope that these people can have is if betnomi is going to put an extension on this 30-day window period for the withdrawal of their customers. They have to reconsider it if there are still some accounts found on their database that still have some fund on them.

I think filtering and checking them manually and giving a notice to their emails will help.
238  Economy / Gambling / Re: tell me the best online casino on: December 16, 2023, 01:28:27 PM
I want to play online casino which has the following criteria,
1. of course not a scam online casino
Many here aren't a scam casino and you can start looking at the profile of the OPs account per thread that's made here for your reference.

2. there are slots, roulette and versus (player vs player) games
PVP like a poker? If it's with slots, megapari has it.

3. there are deposit bonuses and free spins for new players
4. there is a daily bonus (points or free spins)
5. easy and fast withdrawal process (doesn't have many rules)
All of these, you can check each of the casinos that are popping on this section because you'd see that most of them are offering bonuses especially this holiday season.

Enjoy the forum and the process of learning not just about the forum but also about Bitcoin and altcoins.

Most of the newbies that we're seeing making threads, they're jumping quickly on how to quickly earn money from trading or investing. That's not how it goes.

So, before you EARN, you need to LEARN first and the community is here for everybody. Newbie or not, this is why we love this community, it's for everybody.
240  Economy / Gambling / Re: The most trusted casinos on BTalk on: December 15, 2023, 11:47:13 PM
Yeah, no doubt the gambling industry has exploded lately.  More people placing more bets has led new casinos to open up shop, kinda like a gold rush.  All these flashy new online places trying to elbow their way in has sparked a full-on advertising war too.
That's true.

IMO, it all started during the start of the pandemic when most people don't even have the idea of the existence of many crypto casinos until the demand has became bigger due to the lock downs.

And from there, the rest is history that until now that demand is being coped up by many casinos and up to the point that many are starting to open and we see new names and faces on this industry.
