I don't think anyone dares to scam with paypal or I'm not sure.

I used to have a US paypal before, though I didn't use it for big transactions. I forgot to connect with VPN and accidentally logged in.

They wanted me to verify US phone number, when I used my friend's, it says the name doesn't match with the phone number.

That's why I was asking if this will cause the same issue and it looks like it will.

So the buyer has to use US VPN IP?

and what if gets limited by any chance and asks to verify phone number and other things? (Asking because one of my client recently asked about paypal).
