I didn't want to post this here until we had finished our investigation but the user did indeed exploit us. I extended an offer to kekeke to return the funds before I post all our findings. I have a feeling you'll see an update from me tomorrow. I wanted to put an end to the ridiculous amount of FUD on this thread for the time being.
I'm sorry I didn't post this earlier but I wanted to keep quiet for the sake of our investigation. Also, thank you to the majority of people here who gave us benefit of the doubt.

Two users were paid out for this for reporting before you and providing helpful advice. You were unhelpful and provided no new information and the first message I saw from you was a threat after the issue had already been patched.
That's all I have to say on this matter, primedice pays out security bounties for valid/useful reports.

Hey, I forgot my (exact) password and your password recovery option is still not working (it keeps telling "incorrect captcha"). I tried contacting customer support; they asked me for my deposit address, I replied that I did not save it because I had not deposited* yet and I have not received any new answer. I would have no problem registering a new account (yet I would love to keep my old one, because of the username), but could you at least release my e-mail so that I can register again? Thanks, 98789. * I am not a high bettor, but I do deposit sometimes (in case I am not receiving attention because of that ). I was just testing the site first. Hey, If you do not have a balance and cannot access our standard account recovery I recommend simply creating a new account. Without a deposit it is extremely difficult to prove ownership of an account as you can not sign the depositing address.

@Stunna, I have an issue that is being unresolved. I made a new username months ago and a couple weeks after I made it I tipped myself about 0.03 but when I went to log in I realized I lost my password. Now, since I was using tor when I created the account(MyyyNigga) I can't access the coin to bet with it. I have made multiple tickets but I get no mercy. To me, this is completely unfair. Obviously, no one is using the account. You should be able to tell that I tipped myself with another username Pigsn0t. I've wagered over 500 BTC with that account. This is just ludicrous and I'm not quite sure if this is a security issue or if you just want to keep my coin. Is there any way you can either help me reset that password or just give me back the tip I gave myself? This is extremely annoying. Losing your password and calling stunna unfair is absurd .. If you submit a ticket providing proof of ownership (sign the address that sent the coins etc) we can restore ownership. Edit: site will be under maintenance for a few minutes Edit2: already back up

again problems with wd-ing come on!!! you took 20k from my wd and you paid 4300 sats witch made my transaction medium priority http://prntscr.com/bqmta7why do you take 20k if you dont make it high priority atleast!? this is not the first time i wait for hours to get my wd from primedice confirmed. this is making me mad a bit.. regards. -Katerniko1 They took 20k as a fee but gave only 4520 satoshi to the miners thats why sometimes our transactions got one confirmation after 12 hours or more! Just check my previous transactions and there were more than two transactions that had 4520 sat trx fee! 20000-4520 = 15480 We're working on resolving this now, for some reason bitcoinD isn't properly reading our config. If anyone wants to be refunded their fee they can send me their username and a TX ID for the transaction.

1. Betsoft - We have had direct contact with them and the player in question won the jackpot during free spins rounds. It is in the game rules of betsoft that a jackpot is not valid if it's not won with actual money, but the casino in question had not protected themselves properly through their T&C. That means that it is at their sole discretion to honor their agreements with players, and this issue is limited to only this particular casino and their player. If you need anything else feel free to email management at admin@mbitcasino.comFunny thing though is that Betcoin says it was a betsoft issue, nothing on their side, and that it could have happened on any casino using betsoft software. From your reply I take you're not going to remove games provided by betsoft like most other casinos did by now? This is why you shouldn't run junk software, if you had your own game you could have programmed it not to pay out on freeroll wins and made it super clear that was the case. I understand that users should adhere to T&C's but nobody actually reads them and this specific one was not on your website. If I'm playing a game and see that I won big I would be super upset if some clause among hundreds said my win was invalid. You should remove all games that operate this way and make it more clear for the users what's going on. The goal with bitcoin gambling should be to push transparency to this field, not just accept bitcoin. I'm tired of hearing about this betsoft issue, ultimately casinos that run third-party software should be responsible for it. You mentioned it was in Betsoft's T&C, my question is who owns your website? Is it you or betsoft? Also I have to ask, to get to the "free spins" round aren't you wagering actual money? The game was programmed to allow the user to win the jackpot using freespins which makes me question the betsoft hidden terms. Pay the users out, put this to rest and build a reputation in this scene.

I think the website is down again. I'm stuck with the loading page. Anyone here experiences this issue too?
It's working for me. O.o I know the dev brought it down once or twice today for quick fixes, but it was back up again pretty fast. Scratch that, it's down for me now. RIP PD. It's up for me currently, had to make adjustments to someone trying to flood the API with requests. They didn't manage to take the site down but we disabled our API briefly to block them and put in preventative measures.

Here is the proof that Primedice is a scam Today I found out about www.primedicestrategy.com where there are few Methods listed on how to beat Primedice. I used 1 Method and kept it running for about 3 hours, where i went up a few thousand sats I kept playing and than I lost 3 times in a row and primedice stopped the game, even though i had enough coins for the next bet. The Martingale Betting System works but primedice is rigged go to imgur to see the proof http://imgur.com/XxnjdoFI'm convinced. Thanks for confirming my suspicions.

Looks like Betcoin.ag finally changed the "Last updated" on their ToS.
Everything we all hate about fiat money casinos in a bitcoin one. All around scammy behavior, how many accounts do they have on this forum?
