Two users were paid out for this for reporting before you and providing helpful advice. You were unhelpful and provided no new information and the first message I saw from you was a threat after the issue had already been patched.

If you do not have a balance and cannot access our standard account recovery I recommend simply creating a new account. Without a deposit it is extremely difficult to prove ownership of an account as you can not sign the depositing address.

This is why you shouldn't run junk software, if you had your own game you could have programmed it not to pay out on freeroll wins and made it super clear that was the case. I understand that users should adhere to T&C's but nobody actually reads them and this specific one was not on your website. If I'm playing a game and see that I won big I would be super upset if some clause among hundreds said my win was invalid. You should remove all games that operate this way and make it more clear for the users what's going on. The goal with bitcoin gambling should be to push transparency to this field, not just accept bitcoin.

I'm tired of hearing about this betsoft issue, ultimately casinos that run third-party software should be responsible for it. You mentioned it was in Betsoft's T&C, my question is who owns your website? Is it you or betsoft?

Also I have to ask, to get to the "free spins" round aren't you wagering actual money? The game was programmed to allow the user to win the jackpot using freespins which makes me question the betsoft hidden terms. Pay the users out, put this to rest and build a reputation in this scene.
