Do you have any suggestions for what new to add to the miner?

Some information about the GPU (temperature, fan speed, power draw...) would be nice.
it would be cool if these functions were included in the new update

I have a rig 12x3080, put it on the test. I will write the result in a day
write down the result, I think it's interesting to know and the rest of who will be interested in the miner
The result came out about 1260 Mh/s
Quite a good hashrate, considering that there is no devfee

About project

The main purpose of the application is to give masternode operators (MNOs) the ability to send the start masternode command through an easy to use a graphical user interface if the masternode collateral is controlled by a hardware wallet such as Trezor, KeepKey or Ledger.

Dash masternodes are full nodes which are incentivized by receiving a share of the block reward as payment in return for the tasks they perform for the network, of which the most important include participation in InstantSend and PrivateSend transactions. In order to run a masternode, apart from setting up a server which runs the software, you must dedicate 1000 Dash as collateral, which is "tied up" in your node as long as you want it to be considered a masternode by the network. It is worth mentioning that the private key controlling the funds can (and for security reasons, should) be kept separately from the masternode server itself.

A server with the Dash daemon software installed will operate as a Dash full node, but before the rest of the network accepts it as a legitimate masternode, one more thing must happen: the person controlling the node must prove that they are also in control of the private key to the node's 1000 Dash collateral. This is achieved by sending a special message to the network (start masternode message), signed by this private key.

This action can be carried out using the Dash Core reference software client. As can be expected, this requires sending 1000 Dash to an address controlled by the Dash Core wallet. After the recent increase in the value of Dash and a burst in the amount of malware distributed over the Internet, you do not have to be paranoid to conclude that keeping large amounts of funds in a software wallet is not the most secure option. For these reasons, it is highly recommended to use a hardware wallet for this purpose.

Feature list
-Sending the start masternode command if the collateral is controlled by a hardware wallet
-Transferring masternode earnings safely, without touching the 1000 Dash funding transaction
-Signing messages with a hardware wallet
-Voting on proposals
-Initialization/recovery of hardware wallets seeds
-Updating of hardware wallets firmware (Trezor/KeepKey)
-Support for Dash Testnet

Supported hardware wallets
-Trezor (model One and T)
-KeepKey
-Ledger Nano S

Excuse my ignorance... But nothing is free... What is the catch to using this software?
I think it's okay, as already said, this is not one project

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Wallet recommendation? on: September 27, 2020, 12:45:29 PM
Can anyone give a recommendation on a local ETH wallet that supports COVAL?  I was previously using the Mist wallet, but it looks like it's no longer supported.  I tried the MyCrypto wallet, but I'm struggling to find a way to track the fuel and COVAL tokens in the wallet.

If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.

Thanks!

MyEtherWallet works fine for me, plus using metamask with it

How do you get the Coval and fuel tokens to show up?  When I scan for tokens, it doesn't show anything, but the etherscan explorer shows the linked tokens.

Poor. Sorry to say, but I don't think that anybody should advice from you - if you already made these bad decisions in the past.

I guess I just buy back my stake with $2 when Coval is traded as ERC-20 token and if it goes up I possibly do the swap with the profits.

Mate, I'm living paycheck to paycheck.  I'm not one of the rich ones that can drop $10k on a coin on a whim.  Don't mistake long years of continuous portfolio growth for being rich.

Additionally, my loss in portfolio value isn't due to bad decisions.  It's due to a changing market.  You play the crypto game as long as I have, and $200k doesn't feel like the right time to sell out when you know $500k is just around the corner.  Give it time and relax.  Everything is cyclical.  You wait long enough on Coval, and you'll reap the rewards of a coin that follows the ebb and flow of value over time.

Or sell out and walk away.  It's all up to you.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][COVAL] Circuits Of Value - Introducing the Emblem Vault Sidechain on: July 29, 2019, 05:34:40 PM
Of course not. But I find it ignorant of the devs that they expect that hodlers do all these inconveniences for extra money (fees). Their (project) coin decreased a hundredfold, got delisted - so that everybody has to move it to a counterparty wallet - it becomes an ERC-20 token, and now I should pay fees twice. First for a small coval swap, second for the remaining amount. Two years with no outcome ("Don’t look back, we’re not going that way!")

Man - if you put 400 bucks in it, it is worth 4 Dollar now. And now I should pay 1 or 2 Dollar for the swap!?

Of course I do not think they transfer any Btc to me. But I expect an apology and some Covals - as they could have easily bought Covals for 500 bucks lastly and airdrop them to the 300 hodlers left.

You sound like someone who has never lost money in crypto.

At one time, my holdings totalled about $190k, and a year later, those same holdings aren't listed on exchanges, and worth all of maybe $2000.  I'll happily pay the $1-2 fee to move my Coval to another chain in the hopes that I can soon trade it again.

Crypto is up and down constantly.  It has been ever since I got in back in 2012/2013.  You need to just ride it out and let things be.  Life is too short to be upset over a couple hundred dollars and some change for transactions.

once more again. another exchange has been robbed.

It is the same all the time, I think it is clear we need decentralized exchanges.

Im asking for this so many times. But I think there is not advocate to negotiate Aur be put in to existing P2P exchanges.

P.S. I feel so sad for Cryptopia, it was good one

Keep an eye on COVAL's Emblem vault.  It pretty much eliminates the need for exchanges, among other things.

The price of the token in dollars and in bitcoin continues to go down. And if earlier there were more than 100k dollars a day (at the peak of 700k), at the moment it's less than 2k. I think if the fall continues, it will be delisting with Bitrex. They are currently just considering the candidates for the elimination.

Don't worry about that because the devs have personal contact with bittrex and shannon have confirm this on the coval telegram channel. there is no chance of delisting from bittrex. real project with working progress.  Kiss

The release of Emblem Vault is near...cheers

In any contract with bittrex there are rules according to which the project can be removed from the platform.
Among them, almost zero volume long time.
Of course, I understand that there is personal contact and everything, but if they break the rules in the contract, then the exchange has the right to make any decision. And if they are replaced from trading there, the project will simply be closed for external investors.

Stop spreading FUD.  I'm tired of seeing people come here complaining that COVAL will delist from Bittrex.  It won't delist as long as the community doesn't abandon it.

I worked on the AUR team for the past 2 years+, so in turn, I worked closely with the Ritchie and the team at Bittrex for 2 years+.  During that time, we dropped well below the quota that they stated on their site.  There was no contracts in place.  It's a gentleman's agreement there, and the guys there at Bittrex have always honored those agreements.  They won't delist an active coin with low volume.  Shitcoins, yes.  Active development coins, no.

That being said... it wouldn't be a bad idea to work towards being listed on another exchange.  It would help stabilize the prices, as there would be more than one source of trading.  That's just smart planning.

What's hilarious here is most people posting about this have virtually no merit points or large post history marks.  Someone here with high history should look into it and post as well so it doesn't seem like a pump and dump.

I've been in crypto since 2012-2013.  I've had fun over the years, and I've made some good picks.  Besides a large amount of coins in a zombie coin that I need to work on, everything I have is in COVAL because I believe in it that much.  All in all, I would call it a good buy at anything less than $0.01.

Sell it on ebay, maybe $450. I've sold many ebay, much better prices than here.

I might.  It's legitimately used maybe a week or two in a gaming rig, so it's not like it's going to melt down 2 seconds after installed.
