Tranz do u plan to contribute to Hobonickels with some development of stuff from roadmap this year or u have no plans for HBN anymore?
Would also like to know what plans you have for HBN, Tranz. It would be nice if development could continue. I hope he is not thinking of abandoning this old coin. They are still alive in freiexchange though the trading activity is very dull. https://freiexchange.com/market/HBN/BTCBut still have list of buy and sell orders. So the dreaded 1-sat level is still very far from HBN. Not going to abandon. But right now I have zero time. My job is very demanding, and HBN can't pay the bills. That is not to say I will not do anything in the future, but the near term I am biding time. If the market changes and things pick up. I will jump on and help move the bandwagon. But the incentive to spend time away from family, away from work, away from sports, is not enough to justify. But the future is unknown, and I still monitor the network and market weekly to ensure it is function as expected.

I want to ask about staking. Are there any disadvantages for staking large wallets instead of splitting to many?
The one thing to make sure of is you don't want very large unspent outputs or you can get capped. Otherwise it is nice to be able to move wallets and certain coins around from computer to computer without sending via blockchain and losing time. Short of that there is also the fact that if one big wallets gets corrupted and you don't have a backup or it is also bad, you are out more coins. As far as efficiency of staking it is about the same from what I can tell..

Hi! Not much time to post, but for the record. Not dead, not abandoned coin, not forgetting my fellow hobos. Network is strong, wallet is working great, just allowing time to do its thing. Really what does the wallet or network need? Maybe less memory.. We do need some strong exchanges though.. Can someone quickly fill me on on any changes to partners, exchanges, coin staking pools, etc.. I will update front page and web site. Thanks! Tranz

Hey everyone.
So I have been working a bit with BTCPop. Back a while ago they were staking on the wrong chain. Due to this they are unable to process withdraws until they are back to even. As such, we have the ability if we want to help them out. The est amount they are down is 130k. We can either try to donate funds to get them to even, or they suggested they will also pay a "reasonable" price for some, maybe half the market place?
I don't' have full details yet, but I wanted to get everyone's feed back first. I will continue to do due diligence to make sure this is all on the up and up.
Also has anyone had any success with other exchanges?
Thanks, Tranz

Congratulations HoboNickels Community, we have reached block 6 million and POW ends with it. From now on, HoboNickels is a pure POS blockchain. Happy staking. Everything appears very well so far as well.. One thing to mention. If there is no PoS block for 10 minutes a PoW would be accepted. Otherwise we shouldn't see another one. Hi Tranz ,I have a HBN in cryptopia ,the windows wallet is extremly slow,.Any advice.? I like this coin for a years. Thank you. If you don't want to host your own wallet you can put your coins on btcpop. They have a wallet running and it's a staking exchange. but you'll have to trust them with your coin. Yes you have to be able to trust them. @panda111 what do you mean by slow? The only reason it is slow would be if you have limited memory on your Windows machine otherwise it should be pretty snappy.
