481  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which exchange has the most easy to use app according to you ? on: November 07, 2023, 11:15:07 AM
Most crypto exchange mobile apps are actually easy to use. I tried different exchange apps before and currently use kucoin and binance. So far, the only thing that is concerning is the consumption of storage data like what mentioned above, with minutes of use it will take up to hundreds of MB, you can check it on the app's cache.
I agree, most of the apps that has been made by these exchanges are compatible mostly with even old smartphones. And it's true that they're consuming that much or it's just that I usually install them to test out on my old phone.

Anyway, I understand that because they need to maintain what's in the app through continuous updates and upgrades.

@OP if you want no charges, only a few of them do that but are those centavos of charge per trade do hurt you?
482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment, Beyond "Invest What You Can Afford to Lose" on: November 06, 2023, 11:13:47 PM
It is applicable to everything wherein we apply risks, just like you have said in gambling and trading and the same goes with investing in Bitcoin.

As long as you get to hold that you're investing what you have or what you can afford to lose, they're all the same logic and understanding. There is no dynamics in investing in holding Bitcoin.

You buy and you hold, whether that's your life savings or spare money as long as you can afford to do that, no one will stop you. But of course, we always tell that invest only what you can or what you have.
483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have your own casino. on: November 06, 2023, 09:35:53 PM
I don't plan to have one of it but I just want to be part of it where the operations can be made or at least be the support of it.

Anyway, who doesn't want to own a business especially if it's from a very lucrative industry like in the gambling industry. Maybe I don't have it on my mind but if I've got bunch of money and just want to have one, probably I've done that but I'm not good at it.

So it's going to be a big waste of money because it's not just all about running the casino, the advertising, the cost of everything and security.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest 8k for passive income. on: November 06, 2023, 07:42:39 PM
I have 8k worth of crypto how to invest

This amount to get 10 or 20$ per day safe methods

I tried future trading and lost
If you don't know how to trade in futures, you don't have to force yourself doing so and that's not going to be considered passive income. Passive income means that you don't do anything and you generate profits from your holding just like the interest accounts from exchanges and wallets and as well as with staking.

Is there any methods related to crypto or something else
And i dont want to invest in altcoins or buying
It is risky if you're going to store that on an exchange then you'll earn 1%-5% of interest from your deposit. Because the risk there is you don't have the ownership of your crypto there upon deposit.
485  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi Im very newbie on: November 05, 2023, 11:05:45 PM
Hi , so where do i start do i have any luck to earn some profit?
While earning some profits requires not entirely luck but wisdom and knowledge but you do have what it takes as there's an equal opportunity for everybody for this market.

I been contacted on Telegram someone told to pay signals 300$ ....he showed to his binance profits futures signals.
Im sceptical so i ask here other what should i do ? To buy signals ? And what's the signals price then ? Will i earn 3000% monthly really with payed signals ?? Indont belive is that Easy to make money ?  Sorry i don't want to sound dumb but i really don't know and i don't want to lose for no reason just

Tnx
Good that you're skeptical about that. Someone who brags his profits should just make himself rich first before offering anything that's dubious to any person.

Since you have already been skeptic about that, continue on ignoring and completely putting an X mark to that person. Signals are not going to make you rich but if you want to, you'll help the organizer or owner of it become rich.
486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Casinos Sponsor Sites That Deals With Gambling Addiction on: November 05, 2023, 09:10:45 PM
I'm just curious and would like to get the consensus of the community, should casinos sponsor sites that deal with gambling addiction and cure, we can't deny that the gambling addiction percentage is very high in this generation,

I just stumbled one site about gambling addiction it's a free help for those addicted to gambling, there are many more related sites and facilities.
Do you think it is the obligation of casinos online or offline?

It is casinos' way to repay those who put in a lot of money and get addicted or they shouldn't care because it's the gamblers' initiative to play.
They might go into advocacy of dealing with the problem that they're generating money. But maybe for some charity works that they consider, it's good for them to have that support.

We don't know what's in the mind of these casino management if they're up for this support or not. Since they're not a charity as we say and they are a business, they might not come along with this.

Because one justification is that if they already have a self exclusion feature, that's more than enough for one to stop.
487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Do You Plan to Make the Most of Your Bitcoin Investment Before the Halving? on: November 05, 2023, 07:45:23 PM
How do you plan to make the most of your Bitcoin investments before the halving in 6 months?
Nothing really.

I am just waiting for the moment to come and there is no pressure for myself when it's approaching. I just have to do what I have been doing, to do things that are common for me.

Good for you OP that you can do such decisions and they seem as comfortable decisions for you. Cutting the expenses in those unnecessary memberships are actually a good decision.

Those small amounts you think that you're paying them won't hurt you much but if you calculate them how much you're paying them the entire year, you'll see that they're quite consuming a chunk of your money.
488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 93 Percent of all Bitcoin Has Been Mined on: November 04, 2023, 12:19:25 PM
This makes Bitcoin scarcer and people don't realize that until they see the price goes high to a tremendous that we're never expecting.

No it doesn't!
New coins are mined every day, and there are more coins available each day, the complete opposite of scarcer!
Yes, there are new coins mined every day but considering that the actual supply don't move and stuck with 21 million supply. This makes it scarcer and the longer the time passes by.

Many don't seem to sell the Bitcoins that they're holding.

And lesser supply in the economy while it's known that many of us are holding even I'm just part of the shrimp economy makes the demand higher.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: November 04, 2023, 09:42:03 AM
And there are already the talks that "33" would replace zai in liquid.
https://afkgaming.com/dota2/news/rumor-33-to-replace-zai-at-team-liquid

We do see tons of changes specially on roster changes and with those breaks and retirement after TI which is something that becomes standard and this is why its not
already that shocking if we do see changes because teams will really be finding up their ways on making  that powerhouse team and to those who had been in long
time on dota 2 career would really be likely having that kind of break or would really be totally retiring.

They have already prove out enough about their greatness and it is really just that sad that they're leaving the pro world but still the memories that they have
gave would really be that remains for us dota fans.
33 is a good offlaner but will he be allowed to buyout with his contract by Team Liquid? I'm sure that he's got a huge and expensive contract bind with the Tundra Esports.

This is where actually the real money comes from esports organizations when another team wants to buyout a contract from them just to get their player.

It's all about business and this is lucrative for such that are into this type of deal and that's probably not a problem since Tundra has already achieved a lot with him if ever, he'll be taken.
490  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Lost of my capital has made me to have a change of mind about Bitcoin . on: November 04, 2023, 07:04:36 AM
However, my question here is ' what is the best strategy to trade without losing my initial capital ?.
First, don't trade if you don't want to lose your capital. That's simple as that. When you trade, you already accepted two things, winning and losing.

Aside from that, the risk that you'll take always comes with the opposite direction and possible outcome of losing. That's what it is.

Also, become an investor and don't trade, with that you'll keep your holdings but you need to add more with known strategy called DCA. Only trade when you're about to sell during profit taking.

What can you say guys with the revelation of Taiga just after/during the TI finals? He became addicted and lost more than his entire career earnings due to his gambling addiction.

Taiga Opens Up About His Gambling Addiction

Based on https://liquipedia.net/dota2/Taiga his total career earnings is close to $650,000 and with that revelation from him, that he has lost more than that amount.

What a guy, it's sad that he's got into gambling addiction although he said that he's aware of the inflictions of it.

I guess that he has seen the light and now doing his best to change, I hope that he goes to a good team this upcoming season.
492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Whales moved $230 Million to New Address on: November 03, 2023, 02:13:19 PM
Amazing.
These early mined Bitcoins has been kept for so long and these miners have cared for that how many years and they've got the patience to keep it for this long.
Anyway, if they're going to dump all of those then the wait is over but it could be higher in value if they're going to wait for the next bull run.

There is nothing here that could be described as "amazing", because some seem to forget that in the first 4 years of mining, miners were rewarded with as much as 50 BTC per block, and at that early stage it was possible to mine even with personal computers. Someone could have mined those 6500 BTC in just a few days, and I have no doubt that he didn't sell a good part of mined coins in the last bull runs.
For me, I am amazed with that. Maybe they've forgotten that for years but they could have moved that in the past years where there were also bull runs.

People who were lucky enough to mine in those times actually mined millions of BTC, and I think they saved a good part of it to this day.
And that's the amazing part for me that they seem to be lucky and they've just moved it now. The patience, maybe not the timing or they'd just transferred it and will hold for several months and years again but likely to sell some of it.
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 93 Percent of all Bitcoin Has Been Mined on: November 03, 2023, 12:26:24 PM
This makes Bitcoin scarcer and people don't realize that until they see the price goes high to a tremendous that we're never expecting. Or should I say that many are expecting but it's just so unbelievable because most of the speculations or predictions are just too high to imagine.

This is good for BTC or bad?
It's good in general if you're a long term guy for Bitcoin or very optimistic on it. But if you're still thinking that you're late then it seems that the bad thought will come to you just as the others thinking that you guys are already late.

More than a century to mine all the Bitcoin, I can no longer wait for that and I know that I might be dead when it comes. But I know that good times will come for the most of us who knows how to be patient.
494  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Timely Secret to Profit on: November 02, 2023, 10:15:45 PM
I find it vague with the usage of the bible verse.

Anyway, if you need to take profits then just do it and there's no need for you to take the confirmation from any other signals that you might be setting for yourself.

Yes, next year is going to be likely a better year that what we have now. But if the situation wants you to take profit and you need it, there's no need for you to have doubts.

Just make sure that you'll still get back the sold ones or you're not going to sell everything that you hold. Either this year or next year, whichever is comfortable to you. Do not forget to take profit but as said, if you're patient, wait for the next bull run.

496  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io| 💸$1 000 000 DROP | 🎊Come for the Big Birthday Party on: November 02, 2023, 09:44:40 AM
Wow, this seems like a massive upgrade and indeed the highest in the industry! Been a while since I was last really active on the site but with these improvements it gives me a lot more motivation to check the site out again.
That percentage of cash back and rake back are attractive. And when they say about new bonuses every month, what they could be?  Roll Eyes

Betfury periodically updates its platform, and you can check it by looking at its roadmap. But at the same time, there are almost no updates on BFG, and I personally think that this token has been stagnant for a long time. I mean, I don't really believe that it has any potential. As for NFT, if you look at the charts on trading volumes and the number of traders for the last couple of years, you will notice that NFT marketplaces are not as popular as they used to be.

I think that its popularity has only decreased, but that does not mean that its popularity will not increase in the future. It's hard to justify honestly because, until now, most people knew that the market was still very unpredictable, which is still really true.

Maybe those who still love NFT will still defend it, and there will still be investors there for sure. Because no matter how many times we remind the majority of the community here, they will still have NFT investors. Although I'm not an NFT fan either, I still believe that NFT will be able to make noise again in the future, maybe in the bull season or something, right?
He's got a point.

Basically when the popularity of tokens like BFG was there, everyone has been optimistic about it. But then, we come to the point that the casino itself has to update and upgrade its features first before the actions done for its token.

But who knows if they're going to make some move next that shall effect the BFG token.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin looking like sleeping gigant in this bull run season on: November 01, 2023, 10:03:37 PM
How many times it is going to pump? IMHO not that much anymore. If it is going to peak to around $300 then it is not that much anymore. Yeah, Litecoin is known, old and one of the reputed altcoins in the market.
Has there been much development? No. Is the community still active? No. But they are willing to make a move if development occurs. At this point they seem dead, but they can be revived. Because without popularity, there will be not be mainstream adoption and without that its downward vicious cycle.
Yeah, no development anymore and it's just only breathing and continued because of the support and demand from its established community. If Charlie Lee decides to go back on it, yeah.. it's possible that there will be a continuous development.

Quote
But as of this age, the trend changes and investors are trying to find something that has the potential and if they do not find the one, they go back to the usual old ones.
The new investors will look for utilities and uses and if they dont find any they will move on and not baghold unlike the existing ones.
Right, they're going to find the better ones that has use case and active development. Although it's amazing to see that litecoin keeps on moving on and I think this is the perk when a project has been established for a long time and at least maintained its composure by its community.

Quote
Litecoin can be that one other choice but there is more likely that Bitcoin is always the safest place for most of them all.
True, but I like having some thing of a silver to bitcoin. Ethereum has taken that place but Litecoin is another coin to hope for.
I agree, Litecoin has been said to be the silver of Bitcoin but if we're going to look at its position now. ETH has taken over that spot and has been stable staying there for a long time.
498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Little Advice For Gamblers on: November 01, 2023, 08:38:57 PM
I agree to neilost about trying to contact the casino. If he was able to submit kyc there then it is possible that it will be considered to give the funds to the retrieving family informing the casinos about the passing of the account owner whom is their relative.

I don't think that will be possible since they couldn't open the phone and had already set it to default. There's no way to know which and what casino he had played on or gambled.
There can be some tricks that can bypass that phone if it's already lock. I think that there's a possibility to do that when you install some program or let those tech people do the job.

Of course it comes with some fees but definitely that there's a way because I have seen people offer that type of service. They're not hackers but it all comes with a software that they probably took somewhere else or paid for.

Otherwise, they can try to guess passwords or look for a possible backup, because it is unlikely that this person kept all the data in his head.
Yeah, like bruteforcing it but it is going to take time. Maybe there's also a software that can do that brute forcing for them.
499  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchanges allowing fixed monthly investment in BItcoin on: November 01, 2023, 03:33:15 PM
A lot of people make the mistake of using centralized exchanges as their wallets and keeping their funds there, but it is not a recommended way of keeping your funds since anything can happen at any given time as we have seen several times in the past happening with several different centralized exchanges.
We've been telling that. Even if we trust the exchange, decentralized or centralized and it's all about trusting them with our funds and we get some return from doing it, that's still not enough reason to leave your funds there and let it stay there for so long for the interest they'll give you in return.

Well, if we have already told them the risk that it's going to give them when they're too pushy of the potential profit they'll make from these exchanges without having the trade which makes it sounds good and easy.

There's always the exchange of it and that's the risk whatever happens to them.
500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Spot Bitcoin ETF also favor the SEC? on: October 31, 2023, 11:19:57 AM
Whatever the reasons SEC is delayed on the approval of these ETFs are, this is making me believe that they're going to put that in timing with the upcoming halving.

It's not a secret to them that the Bitcoin halving is about to happen somewhere between March-April of 2024.

That's why they're just letting it go and make the people speculate as much as they can and get close to the news that are manipulating the market into crazy pumps for the past weeks.
