I'm curious as to if these boards will fit in a standard optical slot on my computer... (right by the CD-Rom drive) that would be very convenient. Anyone know?
That would be awesome. I doubt that would work as the board design would have had to been originally intended for that. But as long as the board is smaller than the slot, someone could make a bracket.

Sell it ASAP and make a profit .
It will be a door stop in a couple of months with no resell value
The main issue that is currently, and will continue to hold bitcoin back from its full potential, is people like you.

Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Why everyone keeps selling their long waited ASICMINER USB?

I bought one for the following reason:
-They are cool looking -They are not a "preorder" with infinite waiting time -They are very small -They are within my price range -They have very small power consumption -I live in a small apartment in Texas (3 video cards = enough heat for half the apartment in the winter. Now that it is June, running 3 cards makes my A/C run all day every day)

I find it odd you have received over $10,000 worth of bitocins without a single post asking for identity confirmation, escrow services, or any type of re-assurance you wont take the BTC and run. Or even just not pay dividends once hardware is received and hashing.
Do you have any previous dealings that could help account for your reliability and honesty? Please explain and prove your credibility. Thanks!
*edited for typos.
Your the first one asking. I have tried posting as much info/proof regarding the orders and will continue doing that. Tyrion and me have no problem showing whats needed for John K or someone with the same status. There is no hidden agenda, and we will be as open as possible. I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, but you haven't answered any of my questions. I am mainly asking because this is an investment I can actually afford and am interested in. You have shown images that suggest the preorders have been made, but that part I do not question. I'm wondering what stops you and your partner from running of with our bitcoins and/or keeping the mining revenue for yourselves. **edit - ... other than the fact your a hero member. Do you have some previous business ventures that show a history of trustworthiness?

The extra 19 aren't perk units, the retail 1.99 BTC price includes a 6 month warranty as per above. I wouldn't expect to get back used equipment after exercising a warranty return. If he is going to mine with the groups warranty units and keep the profits in addition to his original payment great, but it would be in good form to throw something back to the group.
Also, if a unit is defective, doesn't Arklan return them to friedcat for a replacement? Or is that only after the 19 units are exhausted? I think he should lotto them after 6 months. There's a spreadsheet of buyers ... one entry per user. Use some external random site based on bitcoin, like what has been used in the past, so it's very clear who won. M I like this idea, expect 1 entry per USB stick purchased.

I haven't received my USB stick yet.
Nobody has any reason to be upset about anything IMO.
Prior to the start, during the start, during the first stage, during the second stage, during shipment, and even now: Arklan has been completely upfront, honest and transparent about this entire group buy.
If you feel you have been wronged in any way, you must still be in grade school. Continue to cry like a baby as much as you want, us adults will continue on with our lives.

i got all my USB miners +1 arklan
insert happy, 1 footed, dance here. also, two things of note: bfgminer only displays up to 14 devices. and... despite being VERY careful about packing stuff correctly and double and triple checking... there's... uh... 5 extra. which makes no sense at all, cause they were sent in boxes of 10, which means i either got 535 (impossible) or 540, and am actually MISSING 5. i figure i musta missed someone with an order of 5 or something. obviously, the spreadsheet doesn't reflect this. as far as i can tell i haven't missed anyone. any thoughts are welcome. Didn't you originally get extras to account for possible defective units?
