I am shocked that having read through this thread from the first page, 90% of the posts is about bounty, bounty is good to build community around a project, I do participate in signature campaigns of projects I truly believed in. Why are people not asking fundamental questions concerning the project, having done some research I can see Darcus has spotted a gap in the market they wanted to fill but this is still in theory and the team also mentioned some project like Blackberry and Netscape that fell by the road side. There is no comprehensive white paper for this project to review, if there is any it is better to post the link on the thread. Best of luck
A whitepaper is being worked on, but the 90,000 foot overview is in the OP. I appreciate your feedback and look forward to critiques (both good and bad) in the future  sigwo, when do you think the whitepaper will be ready? The ICO is about to start in 6 days. Though 50% 1st day bonus is generous, without any whitepaper, you might miss out on the serious, big whales. |

The title of the thread is misleading. It should read "No more Founder's reward starting from block 5001".
Dev what are those bounties about?
Unfortunately the whole history of the coin doesn't fit in the subject line, but I changed it to "st.bl.5000", that's all I could fit in. A bounty is a a kind of reward you give to people for contributing to the cause. I gave a small bounty for listing on an exchange and promised another for help with the web site. The other ~1 BTC costs have all come out of my pocket BTW. At least title now is clearer that before about the "no more founder's reward". |

Dev - some questions and clarifications.
Total number of tokens is 1 million. Which is equivalent to 10% of how much you value Nodio. But in terms of $$$ how much do you value your company now?
If you raise 100 BTC does that mean your company is automatically valued at 1000BTC?
Holding tokens does not mean you'll get dividends - but you must first exchange them for shares in your company. Where can this be exchanged? What is the exchage rate, 1 token = 1 share? Is there minimum shares to earn dividends?
And what are your projectioms for the dividends?

Wow. 140K for the Don't Panic Consulting. And investors should not panic now? A lot are still ongoing - even the released SDK are still marked ongoing. Code documentation of rise-core codebase - isn't this the part copied from Lisk? Delegate system API + "Extensive Testing" - you already developed the delegate system and already did extensive testing? I thought this is not working (since Lisk has not made it work yet) and you'll start from scratch. Office costs absorbed by Don't Panic Consulting - which did not have an office until Early August (remember the Kitchen Office) - you sure Rise did not give a dime for that? So nice of DPC. |

antho - no weekly update yet? you need to give some nice updates to halt the price from dropping. otherwise MNM will drop to <1000 sats soon.
While dividends keep been paid every month I don't think so... If the dividends get higher maybe more investors will get in and buy MNM. Last dividend of around 3.1 BTC, if you have 10K MNM, you get around 33K sats. Calculation of the dividends is still not transparent. Antho said before he will make this available in the Shareholder platform but never did so yet. If the dividends go higher, you will have to ask you some question, especially as we say that we are not buying new GPU until we get in the new DC. So far, we are working hard to keep the results stable while working on every rig stability and it require a lot of time. We are working hard on updates by trying to get everything ready as fast as we can. However, we have to do some choice : we can't update Shareholder Platform for now while having to work on over 40 Rigs which require regular attention for updates, calculate the dividends. The Shareholder Platform update is plan by the end of 2016, once we will have move to our new local. That says, for now we only just can "pay" you with our mining gains from MINEUM's gear. For more information, you can take a look to our slack and everyone will tell you that with the equipment we currently have, our results are totally "fair". We can't make the dividend higher magically because MINEUM isn't a scam. Though, we are on our way to make these profit more important as quick as we can. 2017 will be a bright year for us and we want the end of 2016 to follow the same idea. Antho, just remember what the "Shareholder Platform" is for. Let me guess it's for the "Shareholders" holding MNM, who registered there because they have the minimum 10000 MNM and you require them to register there. They don't have to look at (or register) other social media or tools like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or Slack. You've mentioned way back 3 months ago that you will update Shareholder Platform and upload necessary documents, expenses, dividends calculation, picture of the basement - maybe now the new DC (and expenses related to it) and roadmap. Way before the move to the new DC. You might be busy, but you are not the only member of the team that is doing everything, right? I hope 2017 will be a bright year as you promised. Higher profits = higher dividends = more interest in Mineum = higher demand for MNM tokens = higher MNM price in BTC = BTCkaching BTC also for Dev team (25% of 51% dividends + maybe more) Prove icocountdown - who called out MINEUM as scam wrong! When will the weekly update be published? |
