1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie Altcoins questions? on: March 27, 2017, 11:50:59 AM
I thought Monero has a max supply of 18-19 million right?

Can anyone confirm that Dash has a max supply of 22 million?

as far as i'm aware, both will have a very low emission rate at some point, but it will never be zero.
so IMO they are unlimited.

Out of Bitfinex and Poloniex exchanges which is the better overall?
well.. i wouldn't trust in bitfinex.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cheapest way to converting coins to fiat in £ on: March 25, 2017, 10:36:18 PM
it would be easier to help you if you say where are you from.
Each country has its exchanges, and even tho you can find a international one, a local one will probably be cheaper.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Distribution model of coins, altcoins on: March 25, 2017, 03:32:46 PM
it's getting rare these days, but yeah, we still have new coins without a big premine/instamine or something like.
but it generally have bigger rewards in the start and it slowly decrease(otherwise it would inflate till 1 satoshi and it wouldnt be interesting to miners at start).
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible for any altcoin to grow bigger than Bitcoin? on: March 25, 2017, 03:29:04 PM
possible? yeah, sure.
realistic? nah... at least not in this generation.. we are full of shitcoins.

ETH already made too much mistakes(and proved to be too centralized) to be bigger than bitcoin. maybe someday we find something suitable to the #1 place.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why not treat BU as Alt? on: March 22, 2017, 02:12:45 AM
if the fork happen..

When we can have both btc and BU co exist, why not treat BU like another Altcoin similar to btc?.
thats exactlyprobably what will happen. Most exchanges already said that.

Are you going to support Bitcoin Unlimited or Bitcoin Core?
We will support Bitcoin Core continuously as BTC. In line with our current internal policy, if you have Bitcoin on balance at the time of the fork, we will make Bitcoin Unlimited available for withdrawal provided it is safe to do so.

https://poloniex.com/press-releases/2017.03.17-Hard-Fork/

and just like poloniex, most exchanges will follow core as bitcoin and BU as an altcoin.

Because the Bitcoin Unlimited is a fork from the bitcoin itself.
yeah... just like most altcoins...

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie Altcoins questions? on: March 22, 2017, 01:58:02 AM
What is the max supply of Ethereum?
there is no max supply for ETH.

What is the max supply of Monero?
there is no max supply for XMR.

Is there a all in one wallet that can store all these altcoins? If so which is the best wallet to use?
i never used a multi currency wallet, so i don't have a personal opinion on that. but i think jaxx.io have them all.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can I Sell Dash on: March 21, 2017, 11:57:45 PM

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Digital Assets Management Platform on: March 21, 2017, 11:56:03 PM
people want to make big profits and they want it to be fast...

and ICN still doing great, we just had a great opportunity to buy more and make some profit.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Do You Think About Bitcoin Betting? on: March 21, 2017, 11:52:20 PM
i think everyone here will say the same.
bitcoin betting is the best way to bet. You can do it from your home, you can bet small amount or big amounts, the odds are good, and if you do it right, you can do it anonymously(and to a few gamblers, that's a very important feature).

that's why i'm betting with bitcoin for more than a year now, and i don't have any regrets.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAV COIN - NAVTECH NOW DECENTRALIZED! on: March 21, 2017, 05:08:07 PM
Tomorrow , an update and new core beta version?

i hope so..
nav really need some visibility to bring some volume.

i mean... it's not dumping but it isn't pumping either.. and i would love to see some action here.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Planned or impulsive gambling? on: March 18, 2017, 01:56:34 PM
Hi guys!
I was always curious if the most of the gamblers have "scheduled" their gambling time or you just go gambling whenever you're in the mood.
What about you? Is there any specific time you gamble? Week(ends) days? Or just randomly spread ?
Let us know Wink

well, that depends on the game.
to sports bet any time is good... just do your analysis of the games you know better, choose your winners and bet. but a few other options need more concentration so time is key.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | Welcome to the UMBRA on: March 18, 2017, 01:02:00 AM
15% more bonus for BTC over SDC. No point in holding SDC in anticipation of Particl right?
that's why its dumping.
a lot of people bought SDC to use in this ICO, but now they realised it's better to stay in bitcoin... so why not sell it?
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: football prediction site on: March 17, 2017, 09:36:44 PM

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAV COIN - NAVTECH NOW DECENTRALIZED! on: March 16, 2017, 12:05:55 AM
At this time DEV team is upgrading the Core to bitcoin 0.13 which will allow new features like Segwit, merchant adoption, etc

wow, that's great! it will allow segwit, but is there an intention to adopt? wouldnt it be a problem to anon tech?
anyway, still a great day to nav, great profits were made! have we broke ATH(in usd pair)?
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CSGO TIPSTER HELPING YOU GET EASY BTC :) on: March 15, 2017, 03:44:17 PM

17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin faster ? on: March 13, 2017, 11:49:38 PM
there's no free lunch.
and it's impossible to create bitcoin from nothing... it's so fake that when he clicks for 5$, it generate 25btc(~ 30k usd). it's probably a software with a virus.

basically, if you want that type of risk, go to casino. you'll have a better chance of winning.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAV COIN - NAVTECH NOW DECENTRALIZED! on: March 13, 2017, 09:08:07 PM
Damn,
DASH ~  6M coins 6100000 sats
NAV  ~ 60M coins 4000 sats

NAV should actually cost 50000-100000sats !

Why is that not happening?

 Huh
because the market still didn't realise that.. and that's how you find a good buy opportunity.
Regardless, nav is a great project and the devs have done a great job so it definitely has a lot to grow.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What exactly is the purpose of altcoins? on: March 13, 2017, 08:52:46 PM
each one has their own purpose.. at least in theory...

Bitcoin at least has been used as an actual currency, with people taking it as payment and some businesses even accepting it (both online and brick-and-mortar). But I have yet to see any "Ether Accepted Here!" or "Now Accepting Dash!" signs anywhere.
this isn't a good measure.. bitcoin wasn't accepted anywhere at the start, and only now it's starting to be accepted in a few places. Maybe some day we will see other cryptos being accepted too.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 4 billion people don't have internet on: March 13, 2017, 08:46:41 PM
how can they use a coin or mine one?
that's an easy question.
they cant.

and if you're saying this as a "bad side of bitcoin", well, i bet this people dont have access to FIAT money, credit card, gold, or anything related, so there's no point in this.
