unlike Alexa, increased traffic does not mean much on Google rank. rather it can cause penalties by Google search engine, especially if it comes from an automated bot traffic aggregator. I'm not just thinking about your service here, so it is with all purchased traffics. more risk than benefit.
Google itself has repeatedly emphasized this, the amount of traffic does not bring or brings very small website rank improvements.
btw. how long each "visitor" stays on the website?

welovedcrypto gave you good and correct advice, and although it is not disputed that you do not do more bumps within 24 hours, you also need to know that old bump posts need to be deleted, which you obviously don't do. 13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours per thread. Bumping multiple threads at the same time is allowed if it's not annoying. [2][e]

Just visits aren't really worth much nowadays, as there's plenty of autosurfing sites which offeer 10k visits for like $1
