That is true luck is the most prominent thing in gambling, but there are a few games which requires you to have skills to win like poker, sports betting. The safest way to gamble is to withdraw after you won so good amount (don't be greedy) and not try to recover if you lost, just accept it and move on.
If it was that easy lol, we'll never satisfy with our need to win. I dream to be a successful gambler since I learned how to gamble, so I would be happy if I have the skills in gambling and can choose the right game. I don't mind if I am not lucky all the time because with skills, that would be my weapon to win consistently. I'm sorry, but if you are playing in casino, where usually all games have a house edge, you will not win consistently, you expected value will be negative. |

For the people asking about the 1060, I have 5 coming and I'll let you know once they get here since people seem to be less than helpful everywhere.
I own 1060, since it has 1.5 times less CUDA cores than 1070 it performs 1.5 times worse. Price difference and power use are also around the same factor. So I finally got Win 10 Anniv Update + 369.09 + Genoil 1.1.7. However my 1080 FE is only mining 20 MH/sec. Is this expected? I'm seeing posts above about the 1070 getting 25. Is my batch file screwed up?
1080 has different type of memory. Its actual speed is 1250 vs 2000 in Gtx 1070. May be this is the reason. 1080 is bad for Ethereum as it has slow memory. But it is good for other algorithms as it has more processors. the true king is the 1070, good at everything, really the best card, and it's not that expensive, it's already around $400 or lower in some case 1070 is double the price of 470 in my country. So for the time being, I will buy AMD RX 470 for Ethereum mining. Good choice, even after ETH will go PoS you will still have ETC to mine, or maybe some Cryptonote coins. |

Also, what is your hashrate with 1070? Thanks. no i'm using last epsylon build 1.8, hashrate is around 265MH with 145w, but you can do 180w 290MH or near 300MH, i prefer the first option, to maintain the gpu fresh I'm mining with GTX 1060, 175 MH/s at 75% TDP. It works, but not for you, it is for the house to get more profit...  As all people know, house will a little advantage against with players even in a 50% game (like Sic Bo, when you bet big / small)... therefore, more games you played, you are most likely to result with a loss... The casinos are getting so rich on this martingale strategies. You need a large bankroll to survive a long streak of bad beats. But the larger your bankroll the smaller your % winnings. In the end it is just not worth the risk. Casinos have set the Max bet amount to avoid your martingale strategies, so there is no way to win in the long run even you have a large bankroll... and also, once you lost your martingale strategies, you need to win many times to cover your lost, which is not worth at all... You can profit with martingale with large bankroll but you need to start with so low bet amount e.g 1satoshi on a site where the max win per bet is so high and allow you to bet 1satoshi. But it will just wasting your time, having large bankroll just for some satoshis is crazy. But I think Psychiatrist could give council to family members in what they could do to handle your situation... Just make sure of your broker is not a scam and your investment will surely grow in a long run. i think crypto-games will do the good jobs for you. but if you are not sure, better you search again on this forum to see what others recommended, and after you choose what is a good site for you then you can try to invest. my suggestion is don't put all your investment in one site, but separate it for 2-3 site.

I think it's the best to invest big amounts in low risk investments, while gambling or investing risky with small amounts. Also keep in mind that investing anywhere with bitcoin has a risk of losing all money with almost zero chance of returning it, because of hacks and scams.
