US based exchanges have gotten very strict about KYC/AML procedures, especially with users who belong in the US itself. Be patient and wait for verification to be approved before calling a lawyer. Poloniex is not a scam exchange, but they are being very careful these days. Theres also a chance that they will be open to sharing your name and trading history with the IRS. If you made a lot of money in trading, have your accoutant ready to know how much taxes you owe.
Would make things a little better if they had some contact with their clients. Their 0 contact policy is not so reassuring. |

I hope to open again soon Thank you Yes there have been many questions regarding the payout delay. Its quite simple SUP was listed on an exchange and due to this many transactions clogged the system causing transactions to take hours to be added to blocks this is a result of superior coin being a fork of monero and using dynamic blocksize so blocks will increase 2x every 400 blocks around 800 mins if they are full currently we have 3x larger blocks now so transactions are being processed 3x times faster and will be 6x in a few more hours and the problem will be solved. Monero and other currencies have all suffered these growing pains including BTC. But no worries all transactions will process. |

what is this error ? I can mine every coin except this coin. Windows 10 x64 NVIDIA GTX1060 3GB ccminer-cryptonight_20140926 You need more system memory you can assign part of your hdd space to system memory and should solve your issue another option would be add more ram. |

Hi dev, trying to send some coins via wallet-cli but coins stuck in "pending" status, can you tell what I need to do to make it more quickly? maybe increase a "mixin_count" number? already tried 0-2
Hello , Tx's on network are at all time high because of exchange listing. You can up the fee and should push through faster. The blocks should start getting bigger anytime now to accommodate traffic. |

Hello , There is an option withdraw inside of bank in kryptonia.io I cannot understand what are devs doing? exchange for miners? no way and now just only devs countinue selling their coins. great devs! buy now and cry later. When you talk about rewarding coin holders, how will that work? I did not buy at ICO, but I want to hold some of my mined SUP long-term. Can I move from the windows GUI wallet to Kryptonia.io? Will I be allowed to participate in long-term holder rewards if I somehow deposit my coins? Hello Yes if you send to Kryptonia.io you will be taken into account for the Reward payouts |
