Glad to see social media engagement and all the promotions. Wish I could play more often. I do better at online poker than RL poker.

Wasn't there just a Korean teen model announced?

Having a giant trollface in the middle of the page is disconcerting.

I guess I can take that down now. It is a great ad for BitInstant which I highly recommend.

It pushes the login too low any how. We're working on better design.

It also throws SSL cert warnings/scary ui symbols to have non-encrypted data on the login page. That might scare some people.

My initial reaction was fear. My current reaction is laughter.

The belief that acquiring more stuff than your neighbors makes you better than them incites violence. You can't have capitalism without it.

The symbol should be a circle, left half white, right half black. Kind of like the symbol for the machine society in the Matrix animations.

Thanks again for all of your effort devs!

"My lawyers inform me that calling you a 'walking pile of lying, scamming and abhorrent rat shit' would reflect poorly on our ongoing legal proceedings, so I won't say that. Enjoy the conference!"

No mention of bitcoin, but it's nice to see the competition have their fair share of problems.
932  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Miners that refuse to include transactions are becoming a problem on: March 30, 2012, 10:54:03 AM
Why don't we use our resources to educate computer users and help prevent botnets from becoming as large a problem as they are.

Oh, I'm sorry, forgive me. I forgot that this was about money and not people.

Wow, it's almost like a real magazine about bitcoin!

Almost!

I don't know if this fits here, but I think it's an interesting development.
936  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FAO people who solicit bitcoin donations: please post your Twitter username on: March 26, 2012, 12:50:47 AM
Just tried to tip someone and I have gotten no message or confirmation if it worked. Does the first hashtag in the tipping message have to be #BTCTIP? Wouldn't it be better to require mentioning the @btctip username instead to remove ambiguity and help spread the message about the service?

Edit: Have just tried a second time and still nothing indicating whether or not it has succeeded. Not looking good.
937  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FAO people who solicit bitcoin donations: please post your Twitter username on: March 26, 2012, 12:40:19 AM
If I retweet someone else's tipping message, will I also perform that tip?
938  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FAO people who solicit bitcoin donations: please post your Twitter username on: March 26, 2012, 12:34:05 AM
If I retweet the tipping message, do I tip myself?
939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Making a BTC pitch to a billionaire on: March 26, 2012, 12:28:33 AM

He should get his movie star friends to talk about it.

Interesting, but somewhat confusing usage syntax. Good luck!
