1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LSK] Lisk | Blockchain Application Platform for JavaScript Developers on: May 25, 2016, 02:40:52 AM
Lol you do realize this is a platform for computer programmers, correct?  Roll Eyes

If I coould login i'm sure I could figure it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RTFM and stop whining. You can easily build the wallet in a virtual machine, deploy it to a VPS, or deploy it to a Docker container. You do not need to log in you just have to use your eyes and read the documentation. If it is too hard for you then you should have researched what you were buying into before jumping in head first. It was clearly stated this was a platform targeted towards app developers and it has had an active testnet you could have deployed locally for months and been prepared for this.

FYI I can't login. I have no 12 word passphrase they are requesting when logging in on this address https://login01.lisk.io/.
I have 12 word passphrases for the coins etc and loging and password for main site (which if you've checked lately is currently not online and working) I bought but of course those are different. If your so smart and have any suggestions on how
to login to this without a 12 word passphrase it's asking for, Please enlighten me since you seem to know so much.

You should have saved the 12 word passphrase securely. And u had the chance to validate it for a couple months.

I did validate and have 4 or 5 different sets of 12 word passphrases for the different dates I purchased all of which are not working.

Are you sure you're not starting them with a space? Make sure to start with the first letter of the first word. No space at the beginning.

release is 00:00 GMT on 5/24 ?

does anyone know?

You can put all your caffeinated drinks away. There won't be a midnight launch.

And Please say me exact time of LISK launching (UTC or GMT)

UTC

2100 utc

Where you got this info? It's not true. Until now we are still at "evening hours". No exact time given.

This morning, Max said launch would be about 30 hours away and the chat snippet posted by JYAP and the Bittrex guy said launch was going to be tomorrow at about 5pm. Those two pieces confirm each other so my money is on launch being scheduled for about 5pm tomorrow. I am guessing that's EST.

Good Evening, Lisk Trollbox

Here is a serious technical comparison of Lisk and Ethereum

This totally made me laugh. Thanks for the bit of levity.

Did you see that Andreas Antonopolous tweeted asking where lisk would be traded? Can someone post that?

There are about 15 posts in the last couple of pages answering this question

You missed my point. I was not asking where lisk will be traded. I was, instead, noting the fact that Andreas Antonopolous was asking this on Twitter. To me, the fact that he's interested in lisk is a very good sign because of his reputation. I was also asking if someone could post his tweet here as proof. But, I get that my question wasn't entirely clear.

Is there still a need for more delegates and forgers? If so, I will run a node. But, if you already have enough I'll stand down. Please let me know.
