Does 150,5 works on 1060 3gb?
I have 1063x12 rig, it does the 150,5 flawlessy. Solutions: 1) check that your integrated graphics is turned on 2) or swap your gpu0 to the larger VRAM one. Thanks, yes this was the problem but as they were remotely located i cant change the bios, i just excluded gpu0 from the miner. Is it possible devs to fix this and to work with no igpu? Hi zorvalth, as 2h4u suggested, 3GB memory is tight for our solver. When there are other programs using GPU memory, it can happen that there is no sufficient memory available for miniZ to run 150,5 on 3GB. In this case you can add --mode0 3 to your command line. This will run GPU 0 in mode 3 (change 0 to n, being n the GPU that is having memory problem). The GPU will run a bit slower than the others but it should work. You can try first with --mode0 10, it may not work but it is worth to try. Let us know if this helps. Cheers ps: thanks 2h4u for your help! Thnak you both! mode0 10 didnt work but mode0 3 worked just fine. There is about 13-15% hash lost on first card but thats not a problem. What does mode do? I dont see it in the website?

I doubt that FPGA performance/perwatt,same 28nm, FPGA can only get 5x lower power,14nm GPU is more efficient,so it can be 4x
The VU9P FPGA is a 16nm device, not 28nm. Yes of course. I thought LTCMAXMYR compares 1080ti with 28 nm FPGA. i have some parameters,2015 some FPGA miner mine MAXCOIN (as you see, my nick name have a MAX) keccak 2 core ,@200MHz,may run 300Mhz,but Limited by chip specification and board 1.0V DC/DC power. 28nm kintex 325t, 400M, 25W , ~2.1A @12V, so 16M/W same time GeForceGTX970 got 400M @125W , 3.2M/W xilinx report 16nm 2x improvment https://www.xilinx.com/products/technology/power.html16nm XCVU9P may get 32M/W 16nm GTX1080ti ,1200M, 150W ,8M/W that is about 4x 14nm GPU will be more efficient,so it can be lower than 4x I dont understand. You says OP says 650MH on phi with 150W which is 4.3Mh/W 1080ti makes 30mh with 150W which is 0.2Mh/W which is x20 more efficient. which is it x4 times more or x20 times more efficient? it is keccak algo for maxcoin so yours calculation x4 times more efficient than 1080ti is applicable only for keccak?

HI
GT 1030 is not supported ? the miner shuts down immediately after benchmark
Besides, I have two GTX 1080 ti running on your miner and gives a good out put
120+ GPU clock 250+ Mem clock 145W: 60% Power Consumption 1500 KH/s
I just purchased this cheap GT 1030 @ 85$ and wanted to see if it can generates good output with your miner
Thanks
As for 1030, I can try to add it, how much video memory your 1030 gpu has? Yes I ve tried maxing it up and I was able to reach 2000 KH/s up per card woohoo!! but power consumption was insane 285W: 120% PL so I stopped and ended up the at the sweet spot mentioned above. chose cost effectiveness rather than being a superman GT 1030 has 2GB probably too low to deal with. Lock the voltage at 825mv, set the clock to 1695-1708mhz, and you will get around +1800kh/s at around 200W. Hello, you can get higher hashrate with 1080Ti if you increase PL% , but it's choice of course.

Change this variables to true at start of new pool file
$ActiveOnAutomaticMode = $false $ActiveOnAutomatic24hMode = $false
If you dont want to change @@minworkers add this
$Pools +=[pscustomobject]@{"Symbol"="GBX"; "algo"="Neoscrypt";"port"=10000;"coin"="GBXCoin";"location"="US";"server"="eu1.altminer.net";"PoolWorkers" =20}
I tried to make them true a little after i posted my question but it didnt help. And there is no point of changing them to true because flypool is also false/false on auto/auto24 but if i add ZEC address and whattominepoolorder=FLYPOOL when i select Auto or Auto24 and then Whattomine it starts flypool with no problem. but i cant make it work with my custom GBXAltminer based on flypool.ps1 ... Open an issue in github and upload your pool file, I will test it. Did it, thanks.

Test last wtm pool file from master branch It looks the same... with coins.json . I dont think will work with manually added pool with LUX or BSD fro example... Now is getting all active coins from http://whattomine.com/coins.json, before was 55 from main page, now are 55 from main page and 44 from coins.json. Can you give me a hand here, I made a custom pool ps1 for GBX/Altminer based on flypool.ps1 param( [Parameter(Mandatory = $true)] [String]$Querymode = $null , [Parameter(Mandatory = $false)] [pscustomobject]$Info )
#. .\..\Include.ps1
$Name = (Get-Item $script:MyInvocation.MyCommand.Path).BaseName $ActiveOnManualMode = $true $ActiveOnAutomaticMode = $false $ActiveOnAutomatic24hMode = $false $AbbName = 'GBXA' $WalletMode = "NONE" $Result = @() $RewardType='PPLS'
#**************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** #**************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** #****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

I added GBX address and WHATTOMINEPOOLORDER in the config, changed the @@MINWORKERS to 0. And when i start the bat file and choose manual i see my pool file nad it runs just fine. But when i choose Auto or Auto24 and select whattomine it says: "NO POOLS!....retry in 10 sec --- REMEMBER, IF YOUR ARE MINING ON ANONYMOUS WITHOUT AUTOEXCHANGE POOLS LIKE YIIMP, NANOPOOL, ETC. YOU MUST SET WALLET FOR AT LEAST ONE POOL COIN IN CONFIG.TXT"

Yep, I took a closer look. The plugin is using average nethash to calculate profit and send BTC per MH value to Awesome miner.
This is correct. Then the profit calc wont match WTM calculation and if you are using Awesom miner with mixed calculated coins (WTM and plugin) it wont be effective. To make it correct you need to calc the profitability based on the average diff for the last 24h.

Are you sure Awesome miner is using nethash average to calculate profit? I havnt used it much and havnt check but i have an app which basically do the same thing to show mi the profit of coins which are not listed on WTM, first i was trying to use the average nethash for 24h and the value was totally unusable. Then I changed to collect the difficulty and use a formula to calculate the profit and this was way more accurate and gave me the same estimates as WTM.
Is your question does Awesome Miner use nethash or does this plugin use nethash? Awesome miner uses the profitability which the pools provide. I believe this plugin uses the nethash to calculate rewards and then uses exchange rates to calculate profitability. Yep, I took a closer look. The plugin is using average nethash to calculate profit and send BTC per MH value to Awesome miner. Awesome miner is using WTM and they use average difficulty to calculate profit. So right now i dont think that plugin calculation is accurate, at leaast from my test when i was using average nethash to calclulate my profit the value was always way too higher. Then I found this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=567730.msg28352235#msg28352235 and on the next post was this "Nethash is only an estimate, this value is never real and yes the real mining formula uses difficulty - thats the value relevant to finding a new block." which explained why my estimate was always high when using proportion of nethash average and my hashrate to calculate the estimate. Then I started to use the average diff and realised WTM is using it too and its way more accurate.
