If you've invested in this project you really should join the Primal Base Slack channel. That's where the most up to date information about the project is available. They did release the promised "update" there several hours ago. It's a robust report with a lot of great information about progress that has been made, a new CEO for the project, and upcoming plans and happenings. I'm sure they will post it here soon as well. But relying on Bitcointalk as your primary line for communication from the team isn't the best idea. Become a part of the Slack for sure. Work is getting done to update the bootstrap by Cryptochainer.com Also working on making the sync time faster atm. Made a commit this morning to the master branch. It's a bit faster but not fast enough, if Viacoin sync time is faster, I will release new wallet versions. You're right if he's from 2016 it takes years to sync. Etherdelta is also nice exchange and have volume these days I think nothing wrong to trade there because I also placed my buy order there. As said here before, for better information and answers go to our Slack. It will take time for us to return and maintain this and CoinDash main thread but it will happen.
Bounty distribution will be on schedule and will take place two week after contributors get their tokens. The bounty portal is a sub domain of our hacked site and that is why we keep it down until a new site will be fully ready.
