1  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Teltabit on: April 15, 2020, 08:47:05 PM
Thanks. I figured as much. I got an email from a guy that I was linked up with on Linkedin and I checked and could not find anything bad about them online so I sent them .047 BTC for a t-1.5. I was fairly certain that it was a rip off but wanted to see. They started calling me and emailing me and trying to upsell me. I told them to sent me the t-1.5 and if I liked it I would consider buying some more. Since that time I have heard nothing from them except when I send them an email and they say, it will me shipped day after tomorrow. I made this post to get some feedback and to at least let folks who are searching have some idea of what they can expect.

how about finding a pool that pays you instead of staying here? i think any other pool is better then this non paying pool....

Just curious, why would you care where someone else points their miners?

Thanks for this. I tried it and it works great. Got the pogoplug off ebay  and using it with a  ROSEWILL RHB-500 R that I got from Newegg. Sitting here on my desk with two USB block erupters hashing away. I know they will never pay for themselves, but it is great fun.

When I opted in for my two additionals I kind of assumed that everyone would participate and there probably would not be any others available. Since it appears that there might be more available, I would like to be included in that distribution also, if it is not too late. Thanks.

I ordered a Jalapeno back in August 2012 from BFL. I figure I will get these 2 Block Erupters in this order before I see the unit from BFL.

15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [RESOLVED] Another Dwolla-> BTC-E transfer failure on BitInstant on: March 23, 2013, 02:05:58 AM
It has been awhile since my last purchase, but if I recall correctly, it was straightened out within 24 hours after I notified BitInstant.

In the preferences section of your wallet there should be a place to designate a transaction fee to accompany your transaction. I currently use .001 bitcoins, I've seen the suggestion that .01 is more appropriate, I don't know. What I do know is that transactions appear to be picked up quicker if they include a fee. I sent one thru one time without it just to see and it took over 8 hours.

I've done two Dwolla to BitInstant transfer and both ended up having to be completed by someone at BitInstant. In both cases they took care of it promptly after I notified them of the failure.

I went ahead and signed up anyway. Seems like a fairly good place to be a member and who knows, might come in handy in the future.

I placed my order on August 31. I saw somewhere that September orders would be in the second batch. Not sure whether I will be the last of the first, the first of the second, or SOL.

Did you include a fee in the transaction?
