Крупнейшая по суточному объему торгов криптовалютная биржа Binance задействовала ПО от блокчейн-стартапа Chainalysis под названием Chainalysis KYT [know your transaction] для мониторинга транзакций в реальном времени и определения связанных с преступной деятельностью переводов. Об этом говорится в совместном пресс-релизе.
Сооснователь Chainalysis Джонатан Левин выразил уверенность, что другие представители криптовалютного бизнеса последуют примеру Binance и также внедрят программные решения, обеспечивающие правовое соответствие их деятельности.
Так, использование ПО от Chainalysis может не только гарантировать соблюдение KYC- и AML-норм, но и упростить процесс открытия банковских счетов.
