I am starting to add a bitcoin faucet to my ptc site and was wondering if members would register to earn between  500 and 1000 satoahi every 12 hours on my site the in return you will get the same amount of satoshi  in $ a week added to you ptc account so if you earn 5000 satoshi  you would get credit $0.46 at today rate added to you balance  or would this put you off using the faucet. you would get the wining satoshi sent straight to you faucet box wallet    or would you just not use it.  Any comments will be helpful. thanks

a very bad idea  for anyone to buy an account that paypal credit for three goods reasons
1 not every shop/buniness can accept paypal credit
2 you can transfer money out of the credit account
3 paypal will use all it power to trace you and as soon you use it one it will be useless

you have listed all you can do  but not written down and price which would be a help so op you should update with price so that we can see what if you are charging a fare price and use a escrow to hold fund to both party's are happy as you are a newbie and  having a fixed price will help you as well on getting new business.   

What hosting will it be $25 is a bit high for what you ate offering maybe charge $10 max as there is nothing speical with you faucet if it did then you might if been able to charge more the sample faucet you have made seems OK but give it a edge that would make it standout then you might get to sell some.
