This year we have witnessed many scams projects that we have invest in more than others years. I think scamming activities is high this year more than others years and I will like to find out the way out of this. Are we going to find solutions for this by developing more security projects? I think we can kick scammers from icos market and if we can not do this governments should come in and help this market.

Ethereum Devs Reach Consensus to Delay Constantinople Hard Fork Until January 2019 Ethereum (ETH) core developers have reached a consensus to delay a planned hard fork of the protocol until January 2019, in a meeting Friday, Oct. 19. The fork, dubbed “Constantinople,” was first trialed on Ethereum public testnet Ropsten on Oct. 13, and had been slated to be activated on the main Ethereum blockchain by the end of Oct.-Nov. this year. A testnet is essentially a simulated version of the primary network that allows developers to try out smart contracts or upgrades without having to pay “gas” (computation fees) for their execution. Towards the end of their hour-long meeting yesterday, the devs finally reached a consensus that the Constantinople will at “the earliest” come in late January 2019. During the meeting, one dev quipped it might be less controversial, or “political,” to change the term for the transition from “hard fork” to “update.” Yesterday’s meeting followed after Constantinople’s debut on Ropsten Oct. 13 had run into a series of hurdles; ahead of its activation at block 4,230,000, the fork stalled at block 4,299,999 for two hours, with testnet miners failing to activate the transition. Ethereum client developer Alfri Schoeden explained at the time this was due to “a consensus issue” that had triggered a “three-way fork” between Geth and Parity (two Ethereum clients). In notes published ahead of yesterday’s meeting, Schoeden outlined that “[r]ecently added hashpower caused reduced blocktimes and caused this hardfork to happen much earlier than expected on a Saturday,” which he suggested is “by all means the worst time for a hardfork.” He pointed to the fact that the fork happened just six days after the latest Geth client release, and 1 day after Parity’s, leaving users without sufficient time to upgrade. Base sa mga ilan na basa ko walang epekto ang pagiging copper member sa pag bounty dahil sa rank parin ang pagbabasihan. Sa pag gawa naman ng quality post ay mahirap talga lalo na't halos lahat na ng topic o tutorial ay halos meron na.

Coinbase Launches First ERC-20 Token on Platform Leading U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has started listing 0x (ZRX) token, according to an announcement published Oct. 11. The move marks the first time Coinbase has added support for an ERC-20 token. ERC-20 tokens are tokens developed and used solely on the Ethereum (ETH) platform, where ERC stands for Ethereum Request for Comment, and 20 is the number assigned to this request. ERC-20 makes the creation of new tokens extremely easy, which is why ETH became popular with crowdfunding companies working on Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs). Per the announcement, Coinbase has launched support for ZRX on its professional platform, Coinbase Pro, although trading will only be allowed once sufficient liquidity is established. The exchange notes that a separate announcement will be made when the token becomes available on coinbase.com and on its iOS and Android apps. ZRX trading will be available in most jurisdictions, except the state of New York during its initial launch stage. click the notify on the right side of the bounty section to get notified for new bounties posted on a bounty section so that you can easily find and updated for the new bounties, this is what I did and it works. |

I think the common strategy for everyone is buying coins in a cheaper and sell it when its rise, but for me holding coins is good for those people that had enough money and patience since we didn't know if how long the coins that you bought is rising.
