Got it. The document itself is short, only 1 page pdf, and for the most part clear however I did have to read it twice to ensure I understood what was going on correctly. I have not and will not be attempting this myself (I use paypal for a lot of things and would rather not risk it) but after reading it I do believe it would work, but I doubt it could be repeated much and would instead have to be done only a few times or maybe even only once. As mentioned by d4rkwizard in order to make money you must be willing to put in money of your own to get the ball rolling. Ultimately if it does indeed work (which d4rkwizard says he confirmed) you would have no problem earning back the $10 you invest to purchase the guide itself. Thanks. You can also do it if you are unverified, but only once. You can do it how many times you want if you are verified. |

Could I take a vouch copy? I'm a senior member, and I can happily say I'm not a scammer  Im guessing it's a way to perform PayPal chargebacks/claims? Because the person above me said something about PayPal and not something that would totally be safe :-/ It's 100% safe, don't be afraid. Also I would prefer to give the vouch to any green trusted member, sorry. I'll skim over it and post a touch about it if you like. Sent. |

It is red because you scammed someone or did something against the rules, hence you are not trusted. You are not trusted either so who are you, the pot calling the kettle black now?
