My phone was stolen on the last December 31st and thus I have no access to my 2FA app (Google Authenticator). I contacted Mercatox through their support email (since I cannot access the Suport Center without going through 2FA) but got no answer at all. It has been almost 1 month since I first emailed them.
Any idea on what else could I do to contact Mercatox?

it's a system that probably got most attention during the waves signature campaign.
Unlike regular campaigns, in this system, members don't get paid by fixed rates or pay per post rates.
There is a total budget for the campaign (which should be mentioned in the thread somewhere) and users get paid distinct shares of that total budget.
If you have X stakes, your payment would be: (total budget)*(personal stakes/total stakes).
E.g. having 10 stakes in a 5BTC campaign with a total size of 1000 stakes would give you 5BTC*(10/1000)=0.05BTC.
There's no definite answer what is better or worse, it always depends on the individual campaign.

I was keeping an eye on Paragon since it firstly came out but it didn't really got my interest at first. Now that I see how much people are talking about it (both in positive and negative ways) makes me surprised. The project is indeed in the first young stages of its existence but already a lot of people are talking bullshit about it only because they feel like they got scammed since the price dropped after ICO ended. Based on my experience I can say it is NOT unusual for token price to drop in the post-ICO period. This however doesn't necessarily mean EVERY token price must drop in the same way in that lapse of time! I bought some from ico and it's frustrating now. I am a stubborn investor never sell a thing when it is losing so will wait for it. One month one year five year etc. If I won't get any profit I will bury with it  Everything indicates that Paragon will get some attention in 2018. It is clear that one of the great uses for Criptocurrency is business that finds difficult when working with traditional banks. ParagonCoin could be the solution for the cannabis industry. I will hold and I believe that in less than one month could grow to at least 100 million in market cap. This is exactly what I mean. It offers a solution for a problem lots of governments have today and it has the potential to grow way past this moment of weakness (again, this doesn't mean it will, but that it could). My opinion here is that the reasons for the price drop are multiple and accountable to different factors. This is still a very young project based on a difficult market (cannabis) and got the attention of a lot of people who invested in it in the early days just to find themselves with a money loss after a month. This doesn't necessarily mean the project is a failure. In fact it's the best moment to buy PRG imho, now that it's so low on price. People tend to call projects scam after some money loss. I even argued with one in private that he told me if token pumped instead of dump he wouldn't have say it's a scam. Paragon has really potential but needs some time. There is nothing to do expect wait. Yep, This project has only one month and is already showing a lot of potentials. Has a great team behind doing the groundwork and a lot of publicity. Some people just want to play with pump and dump but Blockchain companies are here to last more time than just few weeks I also agree with you.This project is most potential ico of this year.Behind the team all people are hardworker.The people whos alltime asking about pump and dump this project not for them.best wishes for this ICO |

after the discussions made with the team we decided to extend the campaign till the 14th of january (start for ICO) and make certain alterations on some regulations:
1. you are no longer required to send weekly reports for twitter and facebook campaigns. (unfortunately, due to the excessive amount of messages in bounty thread we are not be able to notice the problems the participants face on time) furthermore, you are now going to be paid for the work you have done until today. additionally, you may continue to work if you have decided to earn more stakes.
2. we will no longer be paying for extra BTC from now on for the signature campaign. (we will start sending the bitcoins that you are entitled to earn until now, to your adresses when ico is over, so no worries . there will be no change in the amount of GLA that youre going to receive (%40) in the bounty pool.
3. from this week only (sixth week) we are no longer be doing weekly stake updates. stakes are going to be updated and added to spradsheet when ico is over. for the signature campaign you have to send 50 messages, at least, until ico is over. in addition to the stakes you have earned till now, youre going to be receive stakes in proportion to the timewhile you remain in the campaign. new participants are going to earn stakes according to these regulations.
4. stake amounts for the medium, telegram and media campaigns are going to be updated at the end of ico.
5. And dont worry, Im still working with Gladius. It is just due to huge amount of messages that I get back to your messages a bit late. I have full trust in the team and the project. please ignore the members who are just trying to spread FUD.
