Austria is not so easy any more, as ID registration for prepaid SIM cards got a legal requirement in 2019/2020.
But anon UK sims in small quantities would be possible.
And spanish anon SIMS are easyer to find then these from Portugal. Just btw

Thank you I have received my Lebra NL SIM card, this seller is trusted he has sent it from nerthland to my country in Algeria without any problem, it has taken 21 days to arrive to my address, and also he is kind and cool with his clients and acts as it is your friend and know since a long term ago  Thank you for your vouch Deal went well. Also your patience is very appreciated. 21 days is a long time to wait. From NL > Algeria, it should take 5 - 8 working days usually. Due to pandemic, the actual delivery time has become a bit unpredictable with post. Mostly the SIM should arrive on time, but an additional delay is possible. |

Hey, Calling for EU SIM vendors! I'd require EU SIMs, preferably able to ship bulk quantities. Hit me up for any country, as long as the price is fair; I'm interested No balance required. Sealed / unused would be best, with the ability to do EU Roaming.
Countries of interest: - Portugal - Sweden - Romania - Czech Republic - Austria And more+ A small sample first would be great, as I'll obviously need to test these SIMs first. Thank you for the deal Hopefully the Lebara SIM will arrive soon without delay as discussed. Looks interesting to me, what's the best place to deliver to when there is no home address.
Amazon locker ?
Occasionally, I ship to a DHL Packstation / Locker address; should work fine for those without permanent home address. This is for EU though. About the Amazon Locker, they might not accept non-Amazon packages. I'd rather recommend to look at the carrier's options in your country instead for pickup / re-routing.
