I would trade bitcoin/fiat only, i think trading with altcoins is really risky

You shouldn't do that now as it is really unprofitable at this moment

You can invest them, you can gamble them, of you can spend them

You can't get a lot for free with small work, try faucets but they don't give a lot

You can join signature campaign or sell something you don't need
