This miner currently makes $30 a day. Next batch will ship out in 6 weeks (42 days)
$30 a day * 42 days = $1260
1260 (mining profit) + 930 (miner cost) = $2190.
Assuming mining profits don't go down (which they will) you're selling at a break even point.
It makes more sense to wait for the next bath than to buy yours.

Close to a year after I posted this.
How are things looking now? It's not looking too good. Waves had a great run in May last year, after that in Fall another run. Luckily I caught both runs. But it's not growing anymore. Things started to slow down. I sold my stash in went to other coins. You sold right before smart contract and next DEX update? Why? |

Don't even know both projects are very good. Now in Russia gradually legalize the cryptocurrency and the blockchain. This should have a positive impact on WAVES.
But I still think that while more potential is at ADA in the growth even though that capitalisation they are several times more WAVES.
russias positive impact i hoep will pump cryptoworld. it can reach to 1tt market cap if russai give support until june this year. but i dont think ada will achieve what you say. Where is you see positive in crypto news from Russia? More regulation, own exchanges, tax for traders, limits for ICO? What you say about legalization? 'Freedom? - No,no, control only!' I need about 13k usd in btc. Interest and principal will be paid in btc pegged to a usd amount.
Example: I borrow 10k from you with 5% interest I will pay you $500 usd in btc.
Comment here what your terms are, loan length, interest etc
I do have collateral, either WAVES or ethorse

Everybody says Waves has a bright future, and it will shine soon but it does not. I think nobody gives a damn about decentralized exchanges. Centralised exchanges are working great, and whales do not prefer decentrealised exchanges. That is the first reason why Waves price is stable.
Most of the altcoins had a great christmas and prices increased multiply however waves price increased not so much. Another reason is Waves marketing strategy is so weak. Sasha Ivanov may be a smart person and a good physician but he lacks social power. I know that they are making a public relations team, I hope this will help them.
The other issue is Waves team had a long time wasted in new interface of their website. They had to make it quick and better. Now they are telling that they are working on smart contracts however altcoin community thinks that if this may take so long time like their website. I hope it does not and they will succeed smart contract as soon as possible as written in their road map
You call moving from $2.5 usd to $17 usd then back to $8 and currently at $10, stable? I'm guessing you're looking for a x20 in 3 months. Won't happen |

How is this 3.5 month ROI? Even without paying electricity I get 5 months
What BTC rate are you using. If you calculate the ROI at a BTC rate of $10500 giving you a daily payout for each S9 at ~$23 would give a significantly different comparison at $16500 BTC rate and a daily payout for each S9 at ~$45. I'm using whattomine. I believe the price was $10,500 on whattomine when I posted |
