PM/Chat logs:
I tried to contact support via live chat and e-mail numerous times, but they simply refuse to solve this issue, or even explain why I am not able to withdraw any funds. Also, I contacted the 1xbit_official account, in of one their recent topics they claimed that they would resolve any issues, but even there they simply ignored me.

Can somebody explain to me what is going to happen to my offsite portion?

It'll get removed, but you'll get dilution fee credits so that you could add all of your offsite portion onsite if you want (and have the BTC to deposit).
And how many dilution fee credits do you get? Is that equal to the offsite portion?

7  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: September 06, 2020, 07:33:39 AM
I have little hope of getting my issue resolved, but I'm gonna go ahead and give it a try anyway. Please see the message I posted in the announcement topic a few days ago:

1xbit stole 0.97 BTC from me.

They blocked the option to withdraw funds. Whenever I contact support, they also refer me to a email address: security@1x-bit.com

If you send an email to this address they never respond though.

Live chat always keeps coming back with the following reply:

"Sir, information regarding your request was provided. We do not comment on the work of other Departments and cannot influence it. If you have no further questions, I am pushed to end the conversation."

Of course they never provided this information.

Im running out of ideas at this point, any suggestions?

I don't have any other ways of communicating with the support staff so please take a look at this issue sir. My username is 12062477. You can contact me via PM if needed.

I have not checked the entire topic but I just saw the message that users from certain countries are prohibited to use the service.

I'm from the Netherlands so I'm not allowed to use this service. Does this also apply to investing? I have been an investor since February but never actually gambled on this site.

Does this mean I should withdraw all my funds? Is there any chance my account will be locked because I'm a Dutch resident?

Exactly, without giving an announcement and apparently without paying the funds still held by some users

Looks like it was a scam all along. What a shame.

We're upgrading  Smiley
please wait ..

Maybe you should provide a timeframe when the upgrade will be finished. Sundays (weekends in particular) are typically busy days for gamblers/bookmakers

How come there are so few games available to bet on?
Hello ,

You can Bet several games in the multiplayer list, so that the coefficients are multiplied.
Good luck

Betlake support.

I mean, I only see a few events from the major competitions. For example, I don't see odds for the England premier league games today.
