Branny, is annual indexation of the rent to the official CPI also a regular practice in the US?
Or do you have a lower / higher freedom in adjusting to the local rental market?
P.S. avoiding 'slum' is a very sane practice, imho
I've never seen annual indexing to anything in any of my rental agreements. It is all based on the market. So then you're only at the mercy of your landlord?

I'm interested in the USB Eruptors. Do you also ship to the Netherlands? What's the total price if I order 6 of them? And when can I expect them? Thanks.
(Sorry to do it this way, but the PM functionality doesn't work)
Yes, go to asicminer-shop.de, fill your cart to see the price and they will arrive with Selektvracht within 2-3 working days.

Wait, so houses in the US have rent yields in excess of 20%? Wtf?
Something doesn't add up here. If houses had rental yields of 20%+, every investor on earth would buy up houses in the US. I did some research and the average US rental yield is 5-9%, which is about the same in Australia. Can someone explain these figures in this thread?
If you buy a crappy house in a sloppy market and pimp it cheaply, you could be able to double or triple you're average rental yield. It's a limited size niche for those with cash and time on their hands.

The question is why to use the pool. Is it to reduce variance or to keep tracking the highest reward coin?
Use the pool to get BTC out of GPU-mining irrelevant altcoins without any hassle. Since they are all irrelevant, you best pick the most profitable one from a BTC-perspective.

Order #156 made on July 27, 2013. Order status: completed. Today 10.08.2013. 2 weeks have passed. I have no shipping, no track numbers. Did you email them at the shop's mailadress?

So, you're not allowed to use regular, non disturbing devices in your apartment. And is the landlord allowed to even enter your place, uninvited?

Within 48 hours from Germany to my mailbox in the Netherland. But we're direct neighbours, so that's easy ;-)

Your product is expensive, but most of the time got stocks, and for goodness sake please lower down your prices.
Friedcat was out of stock, meaning prices were too low

h2odysee, tnx for your clear answer.
And for your pool of course, since you made it able to postpone the sale of my last 2 GPU's a bit :-)

Shares are not discrete chunks of work like you think they are. They are hashes you find that are less than the target number.
How does hashing works? Is it correct to state that when hashing at 1 khash/s, your device is calculating a hash every millisec? So a block time of even 1 second is no problem per se, since even a slow miner is able to produce many thousand hashes in this time span. Network latency seems the larger problem to me then, since data transport takes up 'a lot of' millisecs and you ain't hashing useful output just before and useful data just after a new block is accepted by the network. More blocks means more hashing for nothing in between...

yxt, do you still have stock or do you have to wait for a new shipment?

How does one change withdraw address on BTCT?
You can't. It's a security measure so that a hacker can't either. Make a new account, transfer shares. Seems useless, since a hacker could do the same and transfer the shares directly, transfer the coins through buying the shares from the new account and transfer the shares again. Increases the labour of theft somewhat, but if trade and transfer are protected with multi-FA, one could do the same with the withdrawal adress....or do I miss something. Sorry for continuing this off-topic topic, but it bumps my logic.

Please consider a compensation for the late payment.
Beggar.

Who wants to effectively transfer shares from BF towards BTCT, could create a parallel passtrough.

You really understand political strategies. Thread is FUD. ...levies a toll on electricity generated and injected to the line. As a producer you just have to pay to use (and fuck up) the national power grid, nothing to do with collecting sunlight 'an sich' and for your own use. And then they passsed a law which forbids you from collecting sunlight without connecting it to the grid...
