Where are my manners.

So, I drank the winderlea to celebrate a great block run, four days straight. Passed out on the couch last night watching expanse.

Feel pretty good about that. Block tomorrow?

This season of The Expanse was freaking amazing. Super glad Amazon saved it.

Are any of the rest of us ever going to be the finder?  Tongue

LOL - they have ~50x more hash than the No. 2 miner and 107/117 of the pool hash. We are all along for a long, slow ride.

ComputerGenie, in your script (thanks) you have 'Estimated time for new miner to hit full 5N: 28 days, 4 hours, 5 min, 31 sec'.
What is the definition of new miner in regard to the pool? Is it a 'new user' or a 'new worker'? For example I am a User for 5 months using 5 machines. If I were to add a 6th miner/worker is this new miner at 5N or does it ramp up from 0N-5N based on the current pool hash rate?
Thanks!

I think it's just math since you need 5 blocks to be "fully vested".

N is one block, so at the hashrate he used in his script, N = 5 days, 18 hours, 37 min, 19 sec.

More workers make the pool hash faster (obviously), but 5N is still that miner (wallet address, not device), being in the pool for 5 block finds.

This is my understanding of it at least.

OK, so the secret to high-yield blocks is that I need to be out in the garden planting tomatoes.  Grin
If this holds true, this year's crop might get replanted a couple dozen times.  Tongue

We are over 200 diff, ARE YOU NOT IN THE GARDEN?HuhHuh

Hello! Please tell me when the miners will come to full payment? Wallet 1FyCy1NQCj....   How do I understand about a week?

Looks like you are #12 on the next block solve. So within the next day or so? ...roughly ...depending on luck, ribs, and wine.

You can use http://ckpool.org/pool/pool.work to always see where you stand in the next block solve.

Is there something we now need to do?  Do I need to create a new receive address through Coinbase?

If your wallet supports Bech32, it is maybe a good idea to generate one. They reduce stress on the network among other things. Google it a bit and decide for yourself.

Guys, on active miners list http://ckpool.org/#/miners I am the only one with Bech32 address (native segwit), the one starting with BC1 instead of 1 or 3. Proud!!!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy And you should update your wallets or find another one which supports it Smiley

I'm installing the new core and will switch my address once that is all set up. I am a bit torn though at "losing" my history, even if it is a bit small compared to some of the beasts we have in this group.

-Fred

Core running, new address generated and in place! Back to the bottom of the pool :-/

Is pool.work currently accurate? My normal stat page shows a DERP that "should" be in the payout - http://ckpool.org/users/12MiYVyrVt5bLLH1vpxYprnEtEWTEHxL3n

Looking at the pool.work page shows a "gap" where payouts go from 0.003 to 0.0008 and my address is down in the deferred range again :-/

I know I have been getting pushed down as more and bigger miners join and my tiny little hash rate has trouble making a difference, this is just the first time I have seen different data on these two screens.
Only the top 100 miners based on HERP are guaranteed to be in the payout queue and ordered by DERP. Beyond that, those that end up in the payouts list are dependant on how many times they've been deferred, so that even if they're smaller miners than you, provided they are above the dust threshold they will be in the payout if they've missed out on more payouts.

Thank you sir! I forgot about the top 100 cutoff ;-)

P.S. - anyone selling old miners? I'm always interested in building my collection ;-)

Hello, i have buy Poloniex sometime ago but i have delete my API key from poloniex with a missclick, i have ask you to add my new one since 2 weeks and no reply Sad
I would like to use it again please!
You got my mail to rene@marginsoftware.de and contact@marginsoftware.de
I'm sorry for that bro but I think that if you have deleted the key from yor exchange and you have create a new one, you have to pay again for adda new api/exchange .... heres is the link:
http://www.marginsoftware.de/pricing.html
I hope could I help you

You do not need to pay again to re-add an existing exchange because your keys change. Support will update the keys if you e-mail them half of the new secret.

Hey all

Wondering if there is an option to buy an ultra upgrade?

Need to move away from Bittrex as Margin Maker keeps placing more than one buy order per bot due to latency (I presume)
The procedure I followed was to buy another single and tell them which exchange(s) to add. Best to contact support first to make sure what I am saying is valid.
http://www.marginsoftware.de/pricing.html

This is the exact process I followed as well.
