Dead Coín
Actually ICN tokens were converted into ICNGS securities. And currently investors are offered to convert ICNGS to UK shares of ICONOMI platform. So it's basically not dead but only available to ICONOMI investors. as an ICO Investor after long time coming back to ICN -> how to do this? thx Oh, man.. Sorry to tell you but you missed all the conversions. The old ICN token and their security analog are not actual anymore.

Hard cap is 8.1 mm USD. Where can we see all stats of sale? Thanks for answer.
Looks good really. Soft Cap: 2,500,000 USDT so I think you will success. GL team
Please name at least one reason why you think the project "looks good". The soft and hard caps are too high. They will never reach them, especially with scam exchanges they're trying to use. There are no any proofs they got any seed investment like they claim. That's why they cannot even order a proper IEO listing. They have no funds. The project itself is a big fail even because of extremely high expenses which will be much greater than platform's revenue. The CEO is another scammer who is looking to raise some funds and to go into the sunset.

I'm sure EzyStayz is another scam/fail project, trying to raise money for its founder and here's why:
1. I think the project's idea is not good in terms of revenue and implementation. Expenses are too high and it won't work like they say, especially from now on, considering the situation with the virus.
2. The project's content looked like a mess last year. There were a lot of spelling mistakes, discrepancies and structure issues in their presentations and website. Now they fixed some but there are still a lot of issues with content, marketing and operations.
3. Here's what I discovered about their 3 company addresses: - "PO BOX 27 Potts Point NSW 2011 Australia" - This just the region in Sydney. PO BOX in the region ? - "58 Pitt St, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, AU" - This is the address of some supermarket called "EzyMart": https://ezymart.net.au/contact-us - Sounds familiar, right ? - "201 20 Bayswater Rd Potts Point NSW 2011" - This is the address of "Station Gallery" in Sydney: https://stationgallery.com.au/contact
4. There are 2 tokens created by the team: EZT and EZY (I didn't know about the EZY before). Until April 2020 the website and each document described EZT as a native EzyStayz token. For example, here are their old executive summary and pitch deck with EZT: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1DEJPsw-1n64vKZ0C-MhxGTFni-6sPsnh https://drive.google.com/open?id=1djVzd3rAr3E8KXZCbrPYgdGxPZN7NHwN
4.1. I see a lot of payments in EZT token. But since April 2020, they suddenly switched to new EZY token and removed all the documents, mentioning EZT. People's EZT were never converted to EZY. All the documents were modified and shared on the website, describing the only new EZY token.
4.2. It's remarkable that the developers who created EZT and EZY smart contracts, also created the scam token called BizzCoin (BIZZ) as well as some other (yet) unknown: Omiindo (ODO), ApexCoin (APX) and another ApexCoin (APC): https://etherscan.io/address/0x9c0b025bfd3d84984ca70fe50abe649967cf420c https://etherscan.io/address/0x3314bf4b1286f495b1fe8908f7d0f05d8818b168
4.3. Another (second) EZY smart contract was created a few days ago (looks like so to show the community that it's just a rebranding): https://etherscan.io/address/0x416c720b508232a6487886e5b14af4b6704f8450
5. There is no any information about the CEO - James Moses: - he is the the only one from the core team who is not verified on Icobench or anywhere else - there is no social media profiles except Linkedin - google search provides no mentions about him except for EzyStayz, JMGM and Horizongosford - the same black&white photo everywhere
5.1. His profile on Linkedin looks like a classic scammer: https://www.linkedin.com/in/james-moses-2994b617
- black&white photo and no cover - no past experience - no education details - no skills and endorsements - no recommendations - no publications - overall no any personal or additional data
5.2. There is no any info about James Moses' JMGM company, except the website (https://www.jmgm.com.au/about.php): - no team except James Moses - the company address is the same as EzyStayz (see above) - no social media accounts - company e-mail is not working - no company activity
6. EzyStayz claims they have 2 seed investors: Unalome Interior and ICA Fund. a) Not sure about ICA. Jason Hung (the founder of ICA) read my messages but hasn't replied so far. b) Unalome Interior is the furniture store on Bali which started on 2018: https://www.unalomeinterior.com/story Here is the article where EzyStayz claims that Unalome has "28 years of history": https://medium.com/@ezystayz/eco-friendly-unalome-interior-invests-in-ezystayz-c6ec8f8eb858
Now some facts about Unalome: - Unalome website was registered on 2018-02-24 - The only working social media profile of Unalome is Facebook where they have 57 followers and no activity - Unalome's CEO Ako Ardalan, who has a suspicious Linkedin account (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ako-ardalan) is not reachable - Unalome's COO Michel Schoppe cannot be found in the web at all neither by name or photo
7. The EzyStayz IEO should have conducted in early December 2019 (see their pitch deck above), however the CEO made delay after delay without any good reasons and not communicated with community. Looks like he just tried to fix all the old issues (to look legit) and was looking for free exchange listing so to raise a hard cap of 8.1M (!!!) for EzyStayz (which is obviously impossible). By the way, their hard cap was different before - $15M. Please be careful and think 3 times before you invest or do anything for such a shady project.

I'm sure all the team should be verified, especially founding team (for example, on icobench). Most of Soraix' team don't even have an account on icobench which is suspicious. Why do you think so? I just looked at the project page on ICOBench and the whole team is verified on the site. https://icobench.com/ico/soraixVerified ? Where did you see that ? NO one from the team has a registered account or is verified on icobench. Hey. How much money has been raised? What is wrong with the indicator on the site?
It shows a very small amount. I would like to hear the opinion of the team members
I think the indicator is ok. They are very lucky to raise at least $57. See my post above.
