You can usually re-sell them for $7-10/ea on most markets.. I'd like to get $4/ea + S&H for any volume under 10, and can do $3/ea on 10+ S&H.

I also have a lot of handy PCI-E to barrel plug converters for both 2.1mm and 2.5mm. I also have some stripped plugs to 2.1mm DC as well and am open to any offer on those. I'd like to get $6 per converter (3x or 4x to PCI-E 6/8), or $4 if you want more than 10:
